Living Through A Second Apocalypse

Seven decades ago the world experienced its first apocalypse level threat. A zombie virus. It spread through the usual bite but also through infected water sources that the zombies have interacted with. I tried real hard to live through it. Unfortunately, I kind of didn't. I ended up losing an arm so now I'm a crippled zombie. Not exactly fortunate. I was also one of the late bloomers. Turns out if you go long enough you go back to your plain old self...just kind of dead. Soon enough humanity was erased and we rose. Civilization is somewhat back to normal. Most cooperations are screwed. I mean why work when you don't need to eat or sleep. Pretty hard to kill us too. Just as things go back to normal. BAM!!! Orcs, Dragons, Goblins, Griffins, Gods, Devils. A whole other world starts to merge with earth. Looks like humanity got screwed there too. I found a single living child while exploring. He's calm, collected, and petty. Just before I can do anything the brat becomes attached to me. Suddenly, more humans appear. I guess I'm their leader now? Looks like the dragons are afraid now? What should I do with the gods?
