Nodding his head General Wang continued, "As you should know, my wife is from the kingdom of Zhang Xie. My wife and Empress Kim are best friends. Often when my wife visited the empress she took Chushan with her. Crown Prince Kim and Chushan became acquainted and not long after their visits to Zhang Xie the Crown Prince started visiting us too."

"For a long time, I found it strange but because the empress came over too I did not ask questions. Later on, my wife told me that Empress Kim asked us for Chushan's hand in marriage." The emperor's face changed colour while Wu Yong started fidgeting hiding his anger, he couldn't believe that someone else had their eyes on his wife. Continuing General Wang said solemnly, "I was flabbergasted at first but later I found that Crown Prince Kim's heart was true. He worshipped the ground Chushan walked on and always presented her with flowers. In the beginning, it was gift's and when she refused them he brought her flowers, hence Chushan's love for gardens and flower valleys began… I along with my wife thought that the two of them were going to be together but the moment she met Crown Prince Qin, everything took a turn."

"Crown Prince Kim became depressed and hated Crown Prince Qin since then. He wanted Chushan to be happy and knew that if he forced her to marry him then she wouldn't be happy and let her marry Crown Prince Qin instead. This is when things started going sour for the two Crown Princes."
