We wander around the forest for 5 minutes searching for monsters that have levels higher than us so we could level up faster. The first monster we found is a black snake, i remember from the book I've read that the snake is named Black Scale because of it's pure black scale. The snake is 1 meter long and is 30 cm big. The snake is not poisonous but is very Agile, compared to it's peers despite it's pretty big stature.
The snake's level is 170, higher than all of us but we have the advantage in numbers. The snake sneaks and jumps onto Angel and started hissing and baring it's teeth, but before it could reach Angel, me and Aurel took out our weapons and slashed at the snake.
The snake seemed really confident in it's Agility since it didn't prepare any countermeasures for our immediate counterattack, or our attack is just too strong for it's scale to handle. Anyway the snake was cut in half making it's blood splattered around while some of it's organs could be seen. It's not considered a gory scene for the three of us since we've all already experienced all of this, even both of them but not for Felicia. Felicia is just a normal dog so she had never seen this kind of scene which made her a little scared and started hiding inside my top...
We tried to comfort her a little and decided to just shrink her to 20 cm, enough to hold onto my clothes and hide from the next fight.
From the snake, both Aurel and Felicia received a pretty good chunk of EXP while me, being level 32 but managed to somehow get the last hit, received something.... incredible.
Because of me defeating something over 100 levels higher than me, i received a gift package from Kae aka "The System" and the exp i should have received is 5.950 EXP, but with the bonus... i got a it multiplied by 700.....?!
Numerous of notifications panels could be seen appearing more than one per second, all of them are level up notification, thank god there is an option to close all notification or i'll be wasting my time closing it all up...
'What the heck?!' is the first thought that i have when i know this.

I tried to keep my face straight in from of Aurel and Angel and asked them if they want the corpse, they told me no because it's not useful for them and will just fill their spatial bags so i gladly store it into my inventory, keeping it for later.
I asked them where should we go next and they answered to just keep heading straight into the center of the forest to meet monsters with the level early 200s.
We kept heading into the center of the forest, we met a lot of monsters on they way but all of them were just 1 monsters each encounter making it easy for us to kill it, the hardest one is a turtle like monster, it got an insane amount of RES, i'm curious so i checked it stats and it got freaking 10000 RES!!!!
Granted other than it's RES, all of it's other stats is literally sh*t making it a moving wall.... We gave up killing it after 10 minutes of trying and just continue on. Actually now that i think about it, why do we even attack it, the turtle is not even hostile towards us....
It has been hours since we started our journey inside this forest, the sun is gone and the night had come, making us stop our journey here. I actually have no problem continuing since i'm stronger in the dark, but both of them wanted to rest to get back to their peak conditions tomorrow, tomorrow we'll finally reach the center of the forest, place where the high leveled monsters dweled.
I took out Felicia from my shirt, putting her down and told both of them to just sleep while i keep guard, it was just an excuse since i want to check my stats and gift packs.
Both of them told me that we will rotate positions every now and then, i just nods towards that. We talked for a bit and played with Felicia. 15 minutes later both of them had fallen asleep while Felicia is still enjoying my company. I sat her down on my lap and kept stroking her fluffy fur while checking my stats.

'No wonder i feel a little bit more powerful, i leveled up 100 times! in one day!!! what the heck is this, i haven't even devoured the corpses, what will i be when i devoured all of them. I got around 30 corpses today.
'Each corpses have at least 700 status points in each stats except INT and, meaning i will gain around 20 status points of each stats from 1 corpse making it 600 points..... Wow, that's a hell lot of stats.
'Anyway i got a gift pack, guess i'll open it now.'
I closed my status screen and opened my inventory, still playing with Felicia's soft fur. I realized i still got some endurance and fasting pill left so i just ate 1 of each since i don't want to wake any of the girls up, its not a loss for me anyway.
I gazed at the new bag inside the inventory, it's a small bag that i can't extract from my inevntory so i just asked Kae to open it.
