2 My First Life [2]

"Hey... Agnes, can i talk to you for a second?" i nervously asked her, i don't have full confidence that i'll be accepted as her boyfriend. My heart was pounding like crazy while my back started to sweat a little.

"Sure, what do you wanna ask?" she answered nonchalantly

"Ehhm... i was wondering, do you by any chance...want to be my girlfriend?" after i dropped the bomb, my heart pounds even more crazily. This was my first confession that i've ever done in my life! There was an awkward silence around us for about 15 seconds, after that she smiled and opened her mouth to answer...

"Sure, i'd love to be your girlfriend Vulop!" she said while smiling broadly....

At that point i was stunned to the ground, i can't process what she just said....

'Did she.... Did she just accepted me?!'

I didn't move for a solid 10 seconds which made the atmosphere very awkward, she then said to me

"Well, i gotta go home now, see you on monday, Boyfriend." while smiling from ear to ear...

'Boyfriend...boyfriend... she said boyfriend... i'm her boyfriend now... i succeeded.... am i dreaming?' i pinched my cheeks twice just to make sure it wasn't a dream and it wasn't. I was so happy, i didn't expect her to accept me, well a little i guess but not straightaway like that!

After all that happened, we started dating. On monday i told all my friends, from MPLS and both of my best friends that i got Agnes as my girlfriend, they were pretty shocked when i told them that, i guess they weren't really expecting me asking her out and her accepting me, i got a little bit offended by the way.

Me and Agnes ate together at lunch everyday which made a rumor that we're dating, it's not wrong though, we are dating, yup we're definitely dating, we also exchange LINE [1] ID so we can be in contact whenever. The rest of the day went normally for us, after i got back from school i went to my course for around 2 hours then went home. When i got home i played for a little while with my sister, she's in 7th grade or 1st year in Junior High School but she's still the same energetic girl that i knew from the past, she barely changed at all, i like her that way though.

I took a bath after playing with my sister then opened up my phone, i got a friend request from Agnes, i of course accepted it. She then send me a message and we chatted for about 2 hour or so, it was fun since i've never chatted with a girl for that long before.

My sister started pouting, it was cute by the way, since i ignored her when i was chatting with Agnes but at that time, i can't be bothered with her since i'm having fun with my girl. She ended up leaving me alone after a few minutes of pouting.

For the next 3 years i still retain my peaceful days of school but now i have Agnes with me to help me pass my days, and i gotta say, the more i spend time with her, the more i fell in love with her, she's just really loveable you know.

There's this one incident, it was 2 weeks after i confessed to her, i was compensating my sister because i kept ignoring her those past 2 weeks, at that time i was just too immersed on chatting and having a date with my girl.

Me and my sister went out to have a movie on saturday, i told Agnes that i have something to do that saturday and i can't go on a date with her, she's cool with it. We went to our usual movie theater in a mall, it was like a date with Agnes but with my sister, We bought our movie tickets, have lunch, talk a bit, have fun at the arcade then watch the movie.

My sister's mood kept increasing till she's back to her usual self and not pouting at me again, i'm happy too since she's happy, well at least until Agnes came to us while we're having our dinner at a restaurant. Turns out she found me "having a date" with my sister after we went out of the theater, she was following us till we're at the restaurant and greeted me with a creepy smile plastered on her face, it was scary! It went a little something like this

"Hey Vulop, didn't expect to see you here, i thought you're busy... i guess you need to take your girl to a date huh..." asked Agnes, i kinda get the feeling of a criminal getting interrogated by a policeman....

"Agnes, what are you doing here, i didn't expect to see you here too" i replied, the dumbly... the dumb thing is that i didn't fully realize why she was saying that with a scary face after i replied to her and before i could correct myself she went ahead of me and slapped me right on the face!

"YOU JERK!!!" exclaimed Agnes while she ran away from my table... i was still petrified on my seat because of her slap, and when she was running away i realized what I've had done wrong and chased after her, i saw her hugging a man while tears flowing down her eyes in his 40's which i guess is her dad... Her dad then comforted her and they left the crowd while Agnes is crying.

I stood there alone, while behind me my sister is running towards me. I felt like i shouldn't chase her just now or i'll just get beaten up by her dad which won't solve anything so i decided to explain the misunderstanding later on. I sighed deeply while my sister just caught up to me and asked me what was that about.

When she asked me that, i just realized i haven't told my family that I've gotten a girlfriend so i told her about my circumstances, she then laughed while her hands are on her mouth, seemingly trying to hide it from me, i just could sigh deeply again.

When i got home with my sister i directly opened up my LINE app and messaged her that the girl is my sister and not another women, i kept coaxing her and saying that she's the only one with and for me, which she definitely is, i wouldn't dare to betray her, i mean she's my angel!

At first she didn't replied at all but after i sent her pictures of me and my sister when we were little she finally replied, i think she still didn't trust me yet since she replied

"You liar!" i don't know how to respond to this, i could only type in "Agnes come on, you know i won't lie to you, besides how can i lie when i have pictures to proof my innocence".

After i sent that messages she just kept saying that i'm a liar, faking the pictures or something but i kept coaxing her and she eventually believed me that that's my sister. After all that is cleared out, we started chatting like usual even though its like usual, it felt like she's still mad. We kept chatting till she's not mad and suspicious at me anymore....

Actually, that incident is like a blessing in disguise since that made us closer than ever...
