The colour drained from Satan's cheeks. "You weren't supposed to hear that. Sorry, you saw the horrible side of me." She said full of shame.

"Don't worry, I've seen it in the past. Although... "

"What? Why did you stop saying what you were about to say?"

"To make up for me having to see the cold-hearted side of you" — he continued as if she hadn't spoken — "You could tell me who that was on the phone."

"Fine. It was..." She trailed off too ashamed to say anything.

"It was the man who you cheated on me with. Wasn't it?"

"Yes it was." she said then added "His name is Hades" she said the last part coldly and disgustedly.

"Why was he calling?"

"He wanted somewhere to stay? I don't know I cut him off mid-sentence."

"That's stupid."

"Eh? Why?" Satan was very confused at Dracula's words.

A sly smile crossed his face "Because you could have given him an alternative solution to his problem. You know the one you created with him?" he teased

A small smile bloomed on Satan's face she could see what he was trying to do. "Thank you. For cheering me up. I didn't know how much I needed it."
