2 Waiting.

Waiting has always been a thing for Kai, he waited to be born, he waited for care, he waited for his father even if he left him. He got the most care out of his mother, she cared for him, but didn't show him much love as she had a legal secretary job, and it was important for her to go for the career. This led to Kai being rebellious against most things. He would get in trouble at school just to get the attention of his mother. She would yell at him and many things to not do. He feels as if he is trapped in his own mind, a little birdie cage with only him in the middle.

During middle school the people dissected him, all of his insecurities, he got used to it. Being anti-social to other's, other then the two friends he had in high school right now. They convinced him to get an illegal tattoo down his back, a waterfall going down into his back. while also getting his brown hair dyed. Tamara, and Donald were the average type of misfits who liked gaming as much as the kid next door. Until all of them found their own game that they liked. They all liked competitive, "I win, you lose" type of games.

They would either compete against, or with each other. They would join games such as CSGO, League, DOTA, many games in where the best just wins. You don't have to farm 50 days to just get to someone else's level to fight them. You fought right in the moment. That was the fun times. The strategist would always be Kai, and damn could he pinpoint which, and where people were gonna be. His friends were mechanical beasts, their like two notches down from faker. Kai was average at mechanics but he made up in micro.

He had this one friend who he always hangs out, but doesn't play games with, Nico was his out-goer type of friend, whenever he felt like going outside for an adventure he would always go with Nico since he had the best luck of finding something unique. Nico didn't like video games as much as Kai and his friends, but he supported them in his own ways. Nico never knew this but one moment when they got near a bee nest and started hearing buzzing out of the air, Kai ran like he had just seen hell itself and ran towards the light instead.

The game LiNkd RaID was about to release in about 1 day.

"Dude! Linked is about to be released!!!" Tamara was screaming in his usual loud self. Tamara would be the stereotype of sports people playing video games. Donald was ecstatic himself as well, "Bro did you know this VR technology is the gonna be the future!!" "We already tried VR only on VRCHAT and that shit was not that good to be honest" Kai responded. "Quit being such a douche man that was like a social experiment type of game for people.

"Guys! lets go wait to buy the headsets for the game!" Tamara hung the two of is arms to Donald, and Me towards one of the stores that were selling the game console. We waited almost the rest of the day because of the waiting line which was a stupidly long one. People were fighting over spots in where they could go.

We got our headsets and the game itself with it, It seemed the game had been out for a pretty long time, but mostly as a open world single player RPG. Multiplayer was gonna be a game changer for its profits as well. This time you could create your own player and his skills at that time.

Then it took about 3-10 hours to download the game since it was a large type of game. In Multiplayer there was also a open world. Competitive mode can be joined with the characters you made. The mode made sure that everyone was the same max level and had all the skills for it.

Now the game was about to start and Kai was ready for a new adventure.
