In a false utopia, the Earth's population is divided into five Units after a disturbing decimation forced the human race to be on the verge of extinction. The increase in man's population competes with the upgrade in advanced technology. With past secrets hidden from the eyes of civilians, they are oblivious to what goes on around them. Like every other individual in his Unit, 19-year-old Livingstone is determined to stay true to his dreams and have them fulfilled. Crestfallen by the sudden disappearance of his mother, his unbending character remains firm. His growing suspicions toward the Heads of Earth's administration: The Council - is justified when he finds himself entangled in their twisted agenda, which seeks to wipe a quarter of Earth's growing population. Bent on exposing the deed of the opposition, he takes actions which might determine who lives, and who dies.
