Chapter 2 : Spirit Awakening

"Grandapa Jack!"

Chun Shu greeted the old village chief enthusiastically. He was grateful to village chief jack. If the old man hadn't picked him up in that rainy night he might have died as a baby.

"Xiao Shu did you just come back from the mountain?" a kind smile appeared on village chief Jack's face.

Chun Shu came back at this time everyday after fighting with Tang San. It was not once or twice that he met village chief jack. He always thought that Chun Shu coming back after he finish his exercise in the mountain.

"Yeah." Chun Shu nodded.

Jack was very satisfied with Chun Shu and said with a smile: "Very good with your training you might have a higher chance to awaken as a spirit master. Chun Shu you are six years old this year , you can finally participate in this year's awakening ceremony."

Chun Shu felt a little excited when he heard the news. It has been six years and this day is finally coming.

"Grandapa Jack, when is the awakening ceremony happening?"

"Three days later is the awakening ceremony, I will call you at that time." Jack said

"Thank you , Grandpa Jack; then I'm going back first." Chun Shu said.

"Go ahead." answered old man jack while nodding.

Three Days Passed Quickly.

Chun Shu still went to the foot of the mountain every day to wait for Tang San and fight him but Chun Shu still keep beaten up by Tang San.

After all Chun Shu is not able to use spirit power at all and he didn't know any body movement or martial arts in his previous life, he only has his powerful body , abnormal strength and calm mind from years of training since he is 3 years old.

"Xiao Shu! Let's go Grandpa Jack is here to pick you up!" After breakfast, Village Chief Jack arrived at Chun Shu's home with Tang San , on the way he already picked Tang San first from the blacksmith house.

"Grandpa Jack!" Chun Shu said.

"Let's hurry up, we don't want to let Master Su Yuntao in the spirit hall waiting for too long."

Jack said.

Under the lead of village chief jack, Chun Shu and Tang San followed him to the spirit hall building in the middle of the village. The so-called spirit hall building in the village was nothing but more than a larger wooden house.

Including Chun Shu and Tang San , several children in the village are going to awaken their martial soul spirit this year. The other children are a little scared when they see Chun Shu because they have all been beaten by Chun Shu previously and Chun Shu is considered as alpha among the other children though he look like omega instead of alpha.

Anyway , In addition to the village chief Jack and the children , there is also a young man in spirit hall building who looks more than 20 years old , with yellow hair , sharp eyebrows , and star clear eyes looking very handsome , dressed in white clothes and a black cloak behind him. This person is the one that the village chief talking about previously , Master Su Yuntao of spirit hall.

However , this Su Yuntao regarded the protagonist martial spirit and innate full spirit power talent as a waste , so in Chun Shu's previous life he was dubbed as the Blind Douluo.

"Hello, respected Master su yuntao we will have to trouble you again this year." Village chief jack respectfully greets su yuntao. In Douluo Continent , the status of Spirit master is very high specially for civilian like them.

Hearing the respectful Village chief greeting him , Su Yuntao's eyes showed a sense of pride. The number of Spirit master compared to normal people in Douluo Continent was one in a thousand. In front of ordinary people , he did have the capital to be proud.

"I don't have much time to waste , so let's now." Su Yuntao said.

Village Chief Jack turned around and said to Chun Shu and the others: Children , this is master Master Su Yuntao from Spirit Hall in Notting City, He will guide you to awaken your Martial Spirit, You must cooperate with the master to awaken your Martial Spirit , Grandpa looks forward to some of you who can become Spirit Master."

Su Yuntao said impatiently: "Well these are are the same sentences every year. I have walk through six villages today and there is no one with spirit power."

There was a trace of sadness in Village Chief Jack's eyes after hearing this. It was too difficult and rare for an ordinary people like them to become spirit master , for the past few years there are no children that have awakened as spirit master in the holy spirit village.

Su Yuntao look at Chun Shu and became a little bit daze of his beauty and weird appearance and the other children and said:"My name is Su Yuntao. I am a 26-th level spirit grandmaster , I will awaken the spirits for you later , No matter what happens , don't be afraid."

While talking , Su Yuntao opened the items he had brought , he took out six black stones from it and he place hexagon on the ground and then took out a shiny blue crystal ball in his pouch.

"Lone wolf , Possession!"

Su Yuntao snorted , his yellow hair turned gray , his eyes became blue , his hands were covered with his hair and his body swelled a lot and his nail become longer.

"AHHH--"

Except for Chun Shu and Tang San , the other children yelled in shock and fear , when they saw Su Yuntao becoming like this and they unconsciously wanted to run outside.

"Don't be afraid , this is my spirit possession. If any of you can become spirit master in the future , you will have the same abilities like mine." Su Yuntao said while stopping the children from running outside.

When the children finally calmed down , Su Yuntao said to the boy in front :"You! Come here and I'll start the awakening your martial spirit and the Martial Spirit Ceremony will now begin."

Although the boy was scared , he still followed the order and walk over him.

Su Yuntao shot six yellow glows toward the six black stone on the ground , and golden light envelope the boy in and then he said: "Kid! Extend your right hand."

The boy stretched out his right hand and a small sickle appeared.

"A sickle martial spirit has a little attack potential."

After that Su Yuntao used the crystal ball to help him test his spirit power but there's no change at all , the boy didn't have spirit power.

Telling the boy to step aside , Su Yuntao began to awaken the spirits of the other children again. The awakened spirits were all hoes , sickle , and the like and they all didn't have any spirit power.

Although he had expected it , Su Yuntao shook his head in disappointment.

Finally it was Tang San's turn , he stretched his right hand and it was blue silver grass martial spirit that he awakened.

Su Yuntao saw that Tang San's spirit was Blue Silver Grass and felt that there was no need to test his spirit power but in the end after Tang San's insistence , he finally allowed Tang San to test it. Tang San put his hand on the crystal ball and it starts to shine brightly.

"Innate Full Spirit Power!"

Seeing the incomparably dazzling blue light on the crystal ball , Su Yuntao unconsciously raise his voice. He awakens the Martial spirit for the others evey year and this is the first time he has encountered a person with innate spirit power.

"But the Martial spirit is blue silver grass!"

Thinking of Tang San's martial spirit , Su Yuntao shook his head disappointedly. Blue Silver Grass was recognize as a waste Martial spirit. Even if Tang San was born with full spirit power , his achievements would be very limited , at least he thought so.

"Here this is your awakening proof." Su Yuntao calming his emotion give Tang San his awakening proof and finally looked at Chun Shu.

Chun Shu walk to the center of the hexagon , although Su Yuntao was in daze he channels his spirit power into the black stone once again , golden light envelopep Chun Shu , Chun Shu felt that he was wrapped in a warm world , very comfortable.

As the bright golden light poured out , Su Yuntao has bright eyes with hopes while Chun Shu stretched his right and left hands while the martial power is starting to gather in his eyes.

"What!?"

Seeing that nothing happen Su Yuntao is shocked because all people should have a martial spirit.

While Su Yuntao is thinking , Chun Shu remove his blindfold and Su Yuntao see that he have a bright blue eyes meaning he have a martial spirit Su Yuntao then sigh and become shocked again because:

"You have a rare spirit eyes h-how??

Seeing the shock face of Su Yuntao , Chun Shu giggle a little and keep the martial spirit back , he couldn't imagine how Su Yuntao face is when he see his second martial spirit though he can't see it because it was in his eyes.

After calming down a little Su Yuntao said in an impatient voice : "Now i will test your spirit power" While handing the blue crystal ball to Chun Shu.

Chun Shu grab the ball and it starts to show a dazzling light. Seeing the dazzling light Su Yuntao raised his voice again : "Innate Full Spirit Power!"

Su Yuntao began to doubt his life. 'Does genius nowadays all appear in a small village like this?'

After calming down a little bit again Su Yuntao said :"Here this is for you." while giving Chun Shu the awakening proof.

"Now the spirit awakening ceremony this year has ended!"
