Dragon Bloodlines awakening ceremony is held every 10 years for every Deazer (certified) clan with dragon race bloodline and are and the dragon clan will send an envoy to the Hazard clan to arrange it, and if the child posses special bloodline they will bring it back to the clan, which take place in 5 years.)

"What do you mean you almost have no allies, you have your mother and her clan don't you? And why will using the awakening ceremony to awaken your bloodline and using it to remold your meridians won't work?"
