10 A new friend
We both went outside the training ground and in a not so far place that is covered with green leaves is the place we will be going.
"This is the animal care center" Sevan said, pointing at the building.
Before we have truly entered Sevan signed a form. Hmmm what's with form in every building here.
"Come Sister I think you will love it here" He said and I just followed.
As we went outside at the back of the building I saw different kinds of animals and some were not much seen. I looked up in the sky and somehow we are inside a dome maybe because the animals might escape.
"Hi my name is Vi and welcome to the Animal Care Center" A lady appeared. She looks like the girl earlier hmmm what was her name again? Uhmmm... Oh yeah it was Ivy.
"Hi Vi. My name is Eine and this is my brother Sevan" I introduce.
"Ahhh yes welcome Eine. Your brother actually visits here mostly" She said. Oohhhh I think I will end up teasing him again later on hahahaha.
"Do you know some girl named Ivy? you somehow look alike to her" I said and she was shocked but then changed into a smile.
"Well then I guess your brother here talks to you about my little sister" She answered.
"Uhm can we just go for a moment I will tour my sister. She may have found her new friend" My brother suddenly pops up talking well what can I say his ears are starting to be red again.
"Uhmm sure have fun. Stay on track so you won't get lost okay? If you do I know you'll figure out something" Said Vi and left us.
"Eine please stop teasing me" My brother begged as we started walking around.
"Pft fine I'll stop... For now" I said.
"Eineee!"
"Okay okay okay fine I'll stop just also stop teasing me about Alio. Okay?" What? I don't like him... I think. Hmm I don't know well all I know is that he is a good guy.
"Okay fine deal" He answered.
While walking I keep looking around the animals here are so fascinating. Somehow I saw a wolf but it has sparks wews it's amazing.
I was about to touch this cute bear when suddenly a bird flew up high from the bushes in front of me.
"Are you alright?" My brother asked.
"Yes. Yes I'm fine. What do you call that bird?" I ask while watching it fly.
"Actually I don't usually see that bird here but from what I know it is called the Phoenix and somehow its power is similar to yours" He said.
I somehow don't want to take my eyes away from this bird Phoenix. The way it flies is like a dancing fire. I wanted to gain its attention so I opened my arm in front of my chest upward and drew some flames to come out.
I looked up and I saw the bird notice my flames. I put out the flames and held my arm for the bird to stand on me but it stood on my shoulders. I was shocked when it shrunk to stank on my shoulders. Its height now is from my shoulders to my head.
"Wow you're so cute aren't you" I said as I put my hands softly onto its feathers.
"The Phoenix likes you" Sevan said while watching me and the bird.
"AHHHH!!!"
"What was that?" I ask.
"I don't know but somehow the voice is just near us" Said Sevan.
I looked at the Phoenix on my shoulder and somehow it actually followed what was on my mind. It flew up in the sky and guided us where the voice came from.
"Ivy!" Sevan shouted as we saw Ivy wrap in vines and a snake.
"Help me please" Ivy said and we did not hesitate to help.
The bird is back on my shoulders. Sevan and I were walking carefully to get close to this huge snake but then it was going to bite us so we walked back again.
"We have to help her" My brother suddenly ran towards the snake.
It was about to bite him. I was also about to jump in to save him but the Phoenix flew between my brother and the snake and released a massive flame causing the snake to go back to its position.
I looked around and somehow this place is filled with vines, maybe it was made by Ivy. I took a glance a bit father and somehow if I burned this vines which also is wrapped on the snake I would not make this whole Animal Care Center burn.
"Sevan" I called my brother.
"What?!?" He asks in panic.
"I have a plan to keep the snake distracted" As I said those words I climbed the Phoenix which is bigger than me now.
My brother started distracting the snake and here I am up high looking for the best way to easily burn the vines. Ivy won't be able to help as her hands are tied up or wrapped by the snake. Hmmm
"Got it. Ready Nix?" I glance at the Phoenix.
I added more power onto the heat of its flames so that it will burn the vines even if its feathers won't touch the vines. Just needs to have a right distance.
We flew continuously around the snake until all the vines were burning. The snake instantly toss Ivy and all the vines away from it. Sevan caught Ivy as she was about to fall onto the ground. The snake ran away when Nix was about to approach it.
"Are you okay?" Sevan asks Ivy.
"Uhm... Yes thank you. Thank you very much" She answered as Sevan was helping her to stand.
The bird shrunk again and stood onto my shoulders.
"Looks like the Phoenix likes you" Ivy said.
"Well I guess it does"
"You can take her though you just have to fill up some forms. That Phoenix is a girl. Do you have a name you want to give?" She asks.
"Well a while ago I already had one. I will call her Nix"
"Nix it is. We must go back for you to fill up some forms" Ivy was about to walk when she stumbled but yet my brother was so quick he caught her again. Awww I feel sad that I couldn't tease him Oh well...
"You should be careful here let me give you a piggyback ride so that we can go back" My brother insisted but yet Ivy was too shy to say yes.
"Go on Ivy. You are injured let my brother help you" As I said that Ivy nodded and my brother gave him a piggyback ride.

I finished filling up the form and I was about to tell my brother to go home because I'm tired but then I saw him talking to Ivy while she was being treated so awaited for them to finish. Somehow I really like seeing my brother smile after everything that has happened to us. It's just been a few days since it happened. Oh mother guided me and my brother on our journey.

"So how was your date?" I said to Sevan while we were walking home.
"Eine I told you to not tease me" He replied irritated.
"What? I can't help it." And we giggled a bit.
We are near our house then his phone rings.
