As agreed, Kang Sola took Xue Guangxi safely home to his flat after a night of sullen drinking ay Milky Way. She did not bring her car there thinking that she might drink some alcohol herself so they simply hailed the taxi on their way to Xue Guangxi's residential building where his flat was.

Yang Haoran had kindly offered to drop them off since he was surprisingly going home alone.

However, Kang Sola refused to ride in a car driven by a person who had just drunk.

"Better safe than sorry." She shrugged one shoulder as she declined his offer.

"Suit yourself, sweetheart." He drove off with such a powerful rev of his car's engine.

For a change, Xue Guangxi went home with a girl while he called it a night alone. The roles were reversed that night.

In reality, Xue Guangxi had not been completely knocked out by alcohol. He's only a bit tipsy and had sobered up at the bar a little while back.
