Now this experiment did not create zombies it created vampires. Yes I said vampires 11 years ago the first vampires created a system to gain control over the rest of the vampires. So they created 2 different groups the ones that control the outer walls the Satsujin-sha also known as the Killers and the Dorei's the slaves to the Killers.
