finding out bad news

I can't believe I have to deal with this, and now of all times!Why does it have to be now?I just got sick and now I am fired?! Really? I screamed you all knew i was sick and now what do you just want me to die ? I literally have to go to the doctor to see what the hell I have, because unfortunately they haven't even been able to realize what is wrong with me In the last 4 months what the hell am I gonna do now, I can't give up now. I need to keep going, I need to find another Job, I need to survive.
