4 Very merry trip~

"The more the merrier" Penelope uttered under her breath when she heard their story. I somehow pulled Penelope and twins out of there. I just went like "we can call the police and just expose the orphanage and maybe they can get foster parents" then twins thought the police might be joined with the orphanage and decided to take them on our trip. "The more the merrier" Penelope yelled so we argued on how this trip is even supposed to be merry anyway but they came along. So the count just went from four to seven.....

That night the teenage group; Rachael, Randy, Ricky had nowhere to sleep so they stayed at Penelope's house because her mother was not even home. Jack and Lila were at my house anyway. The next day; early morning, Penelope and the gang showed up at my house and we started walking towards the steel warehouse. We planned to stay at the inn until the evening and observe the guards. This was one of jack's dumb ideas, he came into my room at midnight and he goes like "we need to observe the guards it will the safe for us in case anything goes wrong." I did not have the energy to tell him how dumb it was so I told him "it is not only us, Jack. What about the gang and Penelope?" then I knew he actually meant it because he already informed them.

At the inn, we had nothing to do. "So Rachael, Ricky, Randy.... how come you guys ended up in a Juvenile? Y'all seem nice to me" Lila pouted.

"It's quite dramatic" Rachael shrieks

"No they won't believe it" Ricky added

"No they won't!" Randy repeated

Their story was like a movie indeed. They were all dropped off at the orphanage the same day and time. So they were raised together and once they reached the age they could work for them, they started doing these tests by checking their mental and physical strength. Ricky and Rachael passed the test but Randy did not, which meant he was of no use for them so they tried to get rid of them by killing him. Rachael and Ricky got to know about it and tried to save him and in the process, they got caught and they were starved for three days until Ricky saw the window which looked very weak and tried to break it eventually he did and they all escaped.

Until we spoke about it and had some snacks we realised it was late and it was almost time to leave. So we checked if everything was in place and just before we left jack reached the mini-fridge and grabbed some water and some drinks, from that moment Jack and Ricky were like brothers just because they have the same thoughts.

It was finally that moment we sneaked into the steel warehouse. We were inside and everything looked so deadly, dark and quiet. We had nothing to do, it was just an open ground and we finally decided to head back home and spend the rest of the spring, like any student would; Miami beach and silly pool parties. We did not even realise that it was almost the time when the guards returned; just before we left the guards were back on duty and we leapt back in. So we decided to have a look at the CLOWN HOUSE, well it was not a good idea. Because it was the one and only reason for the steel warehouse to shut down and remain to be called haunted. It was called haunted because anyone who tried to demolish it or sell it winded up dead in a horrific way. It remained untouched for so long and now we were going to mess with it. The clown house was huge, dark and it looked like a portal to direct hell.

We were going into a maze that was not even looked upon for almost a decade. Well, the one thing that devastated my heart was, it was such a huge amusement park but it was shut down just the other year; 2001... The clown house was as clean as it was in the picture of the article. Along the way the stuff we packed as if we were on a trek was used. It was a maze that looked like an unfamiliar woods but instead of trees, there were iron stakes kind of things.

Then Ricky tied all the ropes together and put it around the first iron rod. We held the rope and started walking while a little sound rang in my ear "we shouldn't have been here in the first place" it was Penelope. She regretted being there. The most excited was Rachael almost jumping on to Randy. We went further in but the maze did not seem to end and so was the rope.

Lila paused for a moment and discovered that there was a rope that was tied at the starting point which should have been stiffened up till then. "Jack, pull the rope, JACK PULL THE BLOODY ROPE!!" Lila's voice echoed in the maze. Jack pulled it; it was the beginning of the rope bitten by a rat.

"Holy shit"- "we shouldn't have"- "we lost?"- "This is my entire fault" voices overlapped, "shut it," a strong voice said, I could not believe that it was Penelope. Everyone was quiet, Penelope said with a long sigh "okay we are lost, people and panicking will only make it worse. There is no time limit, so we just have to find our way out" the moment she stopped they started to yell AGAIN "Just??" "Way out of this thing?" "Really pen".

Penelope started walking. We were already lost we did not want to lose her in that maze we just quietly followed her. We walked for an hour or so. We reached a point where all we saw were our reflection. Before we could start to curse our lives, a flash of light just blurred everything and the next thing we see; in a wood, Penelope lost, we were in between of three total strangers...

"Conall" "Mrs. Kenley" Lila and Jack muttered when they were able to see. Rachael got confused and whispered in my ear "do you know them?" I made it clear to her that Mrs. Kenley was Penelope's mother. This seemed to make her more confused. Then we started to ask various questions like "where is Penelope?" "Where are we?" "How are we here?"

The first answer we heard from Isabelle is "MAGIC." We all paused and before we said anything. Isabelle said the third stranger was Penelope and she showed her tattoo and she had the same black hair. Then Penelope said "moon's rising". Then Isabelle handed us a map and snapped into "YOU ARE NOT SAFE, GO!" we were so confused... Are we supposed to follow what a stranger who is supposed to be Penelope told us.....?
