16 Farewell... for now

"Here you go." Xiuying handed over one card to Karan and another to Esha.

After a week of training, it was now time for the sect entrance test. Since they weren't born here they had to make their own ID cards. Both of them were keenly looking at their card.

"This card also works as your virtual storage of spirit gems. You have to just deposit them in the bank and then you can buy things using this card." Xiuying explained.

"So it's basically an identity card and debit card combined. That's pretty convenient." Karan was impressed.

Xiuying nodded in agreement.

"Now get changed. I'll be leaving you to Crescent Moon Sect, it's in Dagua continent." Xiuying said as she left the two.

"So is this a car?" Karan asked with a disappointed face.

"Yes, is it not to your liking?" Carlene replied. Karan rolled his eyes and didn't say anything.

Currently, Carlene, Xiuying, Esha, and Karan were sitting in a large carriage. A person was driving that in front of it by using a steering wheel. The vehicle looked like a mixture of horse carriage and a car. They had taken the carriage from the town which was closest to the sect.

"Qi from the driver works as a fuel." Xiuying picked up the topic.

"Well, I was expecting a lot," Karan replied still disappointed. "And these clothes are quite weird."

Karan was wearing ancient-Chinese like clothing. He was not used to this so he was finding it very uncomfortable. Meanwhile, Esha was wearing a feminine version of that clothing, similar to Xiuying's. The clothes hugged her body very elegantly.

"In the future, I'll introduce some clothing from Earth," Karan announced.

"Don't worry you will get used to it," Esha said. She was sitting nearest to him.

"I got to know that people in this world have similar cultures to Earth. Why is it?" Esha curiously asked.

"I don't know exactly but it is rumored humanoid races first appeared on the Belated world. Since then people had the ability to go to different planets." Esha explained.

"So some of them went to Earth and populated it. Time to time a few people went there and introduced this world's culture to theirs." Carlene said. "So it's more like Earth has similar cultures to us."

Esha and Karan had a big "O" expression on their faces.

After they talked and flirted for a while till the carriage reached quite a few distance away from the sect entrance. All of them got out of the carriage.

Karan and Esha were going to become stronger and experience the cultivation world without any help from Xiuying.

"From now on, if you want to contact us use this. It will be helpful in an emergency." Xiuying stood close to Karan and give him a ring.

"Cool." Karan took the ring and wore it on his finger. Karan grabbed her chin and gave her an erotic kiss.

After the kiss, he did the same with Carlene. Meanwhile, Xiuying turned towards Esha and took her a little bit away from them.

"Esha, if you want to live with Karan and support him, you must be ruthless to anyone who gets in the way. This world is not as same as yours, don't let your superfluous morals to cloud your judgment." Xiuying advised Esha with a serious expression on her face.

"Yeah, I understand." Esha nodded and smiled.

Xiuying gave a tight hug to Esha. The two girls had bonded considerably in the past week. Xiuying treats Esha like a younger sister.

Esha and Xiuying moved to where Karan and Carlene were kissing. After some good-byes and all Xiuying and Carlene left leaving the other two in the uncharted world.

"Let's go!" Karan said as he started walking. "Sect is nearby."

"Yes." Esha followed him.

Karan and Esha reached the sect entrance after walking a couple of kilometers. Because of cultivation walking such a distance was a piece of cake for them now.

For the past week, the only thing they did was training and fucking each other's brains out. Because of that Karan was now a First-step Master Magus while Esha a Ninth-step Profound Magus.

The sect was surrounded by large walls while the entrance was a big gate. There was a symbol at the top of the gate shaped like a snake coiled around a crescent moon. That was the symbol of the sect.

Once they entered the sect, they were taken to a ground-like area where around 400 people were standing. They were young men and women who had come from various places to get into this sect. On one side of the area, there was a large stage.

Karan and Esha moved through the crowd towards the stage. They unsurprisingly attracted a lot of attention. Though none dared to stir up some trouble.

Karan noticed that on average people here are a lot attractive than Earth. He looked around if he can find any girl who is worth his attention. After having sex with Esha, Xiuying, and others usually, his standards were now sky-high. Sadly only a couple of them caught his attention.

"Silence now!" A gorgeous woman with a banging body walked on the stage and stood confidently in front of the crowd. She was wearing a very revealing dress that almost showed her impressive assets.

Hearing the woman's voice the chattering of the crowd stopped and they moved their attention to the alluring lady.

"I am the sect elder and I am going to take your entrance test." The woman announced

Men and even some women were mesmerized by her as she was the second-most gorgeous women present. Karan couldn't look her perfectly for far away but his instincts were telling him that she's damn hot.

"Now follow me." The sect elder got down from the stage and walked towards the nearby gate similar to the entrance gate. Everyone followed her to the gate.

Right behind the gate was a large jungle. Basically, the sect was near that said jungle. Tall big trees and grasses can be seen when the gate opened.

The woman snapped and a translucent like substance appeared in place of the gate.

"Those who want to take the test please pass through this. It will send you to random positions inside this forest." Sect elder said. "But beforehand, I should warn you. The likelihood of your death is high, so those who don't want to take the test can leave."

"That's too vague." A man said from the crowd. "At least tell more about the test. You don't expect us to just jump there, right?"

"Shut up!" Sect elder scolded him. "I will disclose the information when I want. If you got a problem with that, the get the fuck out."

Her harsh words scared a lot of people from the crowd. Some of them left.

But there were some with courage who started entering the jungle. They disappeared the moment they pass through the magical substance.

"Let's do it." Karan grabbed Esha's hand and they too entered it.
