14 Decision and Gabriel

Esha had stopped crying. Karan kissed her on the forehead which calmed her down.

"I know it must be hard for you as you can't have both," Karan said. "You have to be strong and make a choice."

Esha knew that now the situation had turned to this she have to decide sooner or later. She left the hug and looked deep into Karan's eyes.

"I decided it long ago that I'll go anywhere with you." She said sternly but her eyes got watery. But she controlled herself to not cry once again. "And I'm not going to forget my decision."

"Awesome. I love you Esha" Karan smiled and puller her into him.

"I lov- mhmm..." Before Esha can complete Karan started a passionate kiss with her.

Xiuying was present in a large garden while sipping some tea. There was a white-colored table where cups were placed and similar colored chairs, one of which was occupied by her.

While she was focused on her tea, a woman of otherwordly beauty entered the garden and walked towards her.

"It all thanks to the new lord of Pure Flower Palace," Xiuying replied with a smile. "I don't think we need your protection."

"Because of Karan?" Gabriel was slightly intrigued. "Fair enough. I don't care anyway. Still, if you need my help, you know where to find me."

"Thank you for understanding." Xiuying wanted her to leave as soon as possible. Gabriel was sent by Karan's mother even after them severing every relation with her.

Gabriel started to walk away but stopped in middle. She turned towards and extended her as if summoning something.

"Give it to him." Gabriel summoned a magnificent spear and handed it to Xiuying which hugely confused her.

The spear was very light and long, around 8 feet. It was mostly black colored with various dark red strips that shined brightly. It felt like it's both holy and evil aura was coming out of it. The spear was so dominating that even Xiuying, who was an Ancestral Sage, felt weak before it.

What the most surprising for Xiuying was that the spear was the most beloved weapon of Karan's mother. She had fought countless battles with it. She never thought that there will be a time in her life that she will see such an event.

"But-" While Xiuying was engrossed into observing the spear, Gabriel was long gone.

'It will be too overbearing for him till he reaches the Heavenly Realm.' Xiuying thought as she proceeded to put the spear in a safe place.

Xiuying, Esha, and Karan were sitting in Xiuying's room on her bed. After their talk, Karan brought Esha to the palace so that she can begin her new life.

"It's so beautiful!" Esha marveled as she noticed Xiuying's room which was very majestic looking. She was sitting very close to Karan while Xiuying was a little farther away.

Karan smiled as he looked how excited Esha looks.

"Xiuying, can Esha cultivate too?" Karan asked which got both ladies' attention. "It will be bad if she turns old and dies whereas I live longer."

"Yeah, she will be able to," Xiuying replied. "We just have to activate her bloodline and physique."

"Everyone has a bloodline and a physique, although most have very common ones, some have special. They become more powerful as the owner becomes stronger." Xiuying explained. "In order to cultivate a person has to activate those. I have a very rare pill that can help us in it."

"Then why are we waiting," Karan said.

"Yeah, let's go." Esha cheerfully replied making both of them smile a little.
