"I'm going…"

"Oi!"

A sound of breaking glass could be heard. The girl who was about to go out, was being threatened by the broken glass. You wonder who it is?

It's our second favourite author, Hana.

Her father is drunk yet again and her mother can't even help to control him because she's staying at her friend's house to avoid this mess. Hana knew what her father wanted but she has been going to school so she hasn't been making any money from her part time job.

"Dad…I need to go to school-"

"You better bring back money! Or you can just ask from those rich friends of yours!"

"...I wish for you to root in hell." She whispers before walking out from the house.

When she's outside, she sees Edward and puts on a big smile. Edward stares at her before giving her a genuine smile. He heard all the words her father said but the girl still smiles as if she had no problem at home.

"Is everything okay?"

"Hm? Everything is fine. Thanks for asking."

They walk to school together and come across three familiar faces. Two of them were laughing while one of them looked very sleepy. You guessed it, they're Klein with Woo Young and Han. Klein looks very done with those two which makes Hana chuckles a bit.

Edward smiles that Hana was able to smile a bit.

When they approach the trio, they could see how disappointed Klein looks because Woo Young is making more noise after saw Hana. If this girl won't shut up for another minute, he might go insane.

"Good morning, guys."

They look behind and see Jamie with a pissed off face while Louis is waving at them and ignoring the twins following from behind. Klein feels like going home but his friends drag him to the school.

"You guys~ Let's go to the mall today!"

"Sorry-"

Both Klein and Hana look at each other when they both say the same thing. Woo Young sighs in disappointment when her best girl is not going with her.

"Well…I still need to work sometimes…"

"I have something important to do."

They all look at Klein because they never trust this guy had important things to do. But Klein really needs to go somewhere today.

"I have to go visit my aunt."

"Hm…fine! You two are allowed to go! Also, twins, I did not invite you-"

"We're going to buy a lot of stuff for you!" The twins said while hugging Louis.

Klein accepted this as a sign to go without them and when he reached his classroom, he dropped his bag and did his daily duty. Honestly, now he's just too tired to even react if he saw those sports guys being all weird.

"I-"

"It's not like that-!"

"...In two minutes, the club will be disband if everyone is still training without any permission-"

In an instant, the gym, the basketball court, pool, skating rink and the field are empty because they knew, once Klein said it, he will do it. He didn't even hesitate to beat the living sh*t out of them or pull their hair.

'In my defence, violence is the only option.'

When school ends, he walks home, changes into whatever clothes he found first and goes to a house that he hasn't visited after for too long. He pressed the bell and the door open, showing a beautiful young woman.

"Klein?"

"Hello Miss Seol-A."

The woman invites him inside and she serves him tea. He accepts it and drinks while waiting for the woman to stop serving him a lot of pastries. He might think twice about being in her family.

"What brings you here?"

"...Well, I don't really remember where Seong's grave is…"

"Ah, right. Today is his birthday."

She asked Klein to drink while waiting for her to get ready because she wanted to go there too. Guess that he's going to enjoy some food. After a few minutes, she looks ready and keeps the foods before using her car to bring Klein to the place.

"How was school? I was glad to hear that you decided to go back to school."

"...I am still traumatised."

"Oh…"

She knew her son was to blame in this part. She doesn't know her son's feelings toward the boy but her son did decide to jump right in front of his best friend. She knew it must be hard for the boy to forget about the incident since he saw it right with his own eyes.

"I…am sorry."

"It's fine. I am perfectly good for now."

When they reach their destination, Klein makes sure to let the mother have alone time with her son first. Surely, it would be awkward for him to listen to whatever she wanted to say. After that, she tapped his shoulder to let him have his time. Klein went to Seong's grave and saw his smiling portrait.

"...Hm. I have nothing to give you."

If Seong is still alive today, he would be whining about it.

"But you got a pretty good flower from your mother. Consider that from me too."

Klein looks down and pulls out a sticky note. He starts writing whatever he could think off while still talking to the portrait as if there's someone listening.

"What kind of conversation would we have, huh? I think you would lead the conversation while I would answer you simply. You would say you wanted a good listener, smart and quiet person as someone to date…

And…other than talking about that…

You always bug me because you know nothing about me…you said"

He stopped writing and stuck the note next to Seong's portrait. When he's done, he stands up and bow down.

"I like fish."

That was too random but Klein ended the conversation there and went back with Seong's mother. The sticky note surely is his only birthday gift for his friend that's already gone. When he's home, he went through his closet and found a small box.

'Happy Birthday Klein! Here, let's have a matching watch!'

"...I told him that I hate watches though…"

Louis: …? A sticky note?

'Dear Seong, this is the last time I am visiting you. I hope you're in a good place. See yo-'

Louis: Ah, f*ck you, bird. Why would you s*it on this note while I was reading it.
