4 chapter three

"Hey" he said, he looks nervous.

"Hi, you are... alone."

"Oh, that yes, but no."

"Hum?"

"I really don't know where it is, but two street from here our car stopped and dad and mom sent me for help."

Two street up, but I thing there was a mechanic shop so why...

"Who is it Mira?" Dad's voice come from the hall.

"Oh, who are you young man?"Dad looks between me and Edward.

"I am Edward Washington sir; you must be, Mr.Adam Skylark, Mira's dad."said Edward and forward his hand.

"Yeah, correct. Nice to see you Edward, where's your parents?"

" Oh, I forgot, they are still in the car, two street from here. Car stopped and they sent me to for help." Dad was already on his way and mom followed him too, obviously. They said to Edward he must stay here until they return. And like always he accepted in without any hesitation. Thought it seems a little bet odd or I don't know maybe strange, whatever.

Ten minutes later and we still waiting for mom, dad and our other guests. After mom and dad went to help; Edward come in and I interlaced him with grandpa and grandma. He acted like he knew them for a while. It seems they likeed him already and can't stop talking.

"Jane please." I am so tired and Jane wants to know every thing about last night. When I come to school directly I go to her and without greeting narrate everything, but she wants to know more. More what, I don't know thought.

"Oh come on Mira, you just said that it was Edward who come for help and then your parents went to help them, OK i got that, but why he came? Why not his father?or, or you said he asked you to show him your room and your parrot? Why you rejected and brought Patony in hall? There are lots of whats and whys Mira!"she is really going in my nerves.

"I don't take him to my room because my room was mess, okey! And after that his parents and mine came home. We had dinner and that was all! Not any cheat-chat to Edward, sorry to disappoint you thought. "

"I...I just thought what had happened; you know he is absent today." She sounds sad and confused.

"He is not at school?"a nod,"I didn't 't knew that, no idea why, thought."

Two days passed and he didn't come. I was in library, picking some new books for extensive reading that a voice intrupt my thoughts, a very familiar and warm voice. I know who it belongs to, it could be just one person in the world.

"Hey, Mira?"

"Edward!...hi." Where were you last two days? That was the only thing I wanted to ask, but I don't thought, obviously.

" fine, how about you?"

" same," a puse and, " we are going back,"

What? Going back? Where?

"Yeah?"

"We are going back to New York in two days." he said.

"Dad make a big deal and mom will find some other hospital, and I...I "

"You don't like being here, I understand.."

"No Mira it is not like that. I don't want to go, in last two days I pushed them alots, try to talk to them many times, i did everything i could, but they aren't listening."a big pause," I want to be here with my new friends, with you," he reached for my hand, when he touched my hands, all my books slipped from my hands, one by one they hit the wooden ground of library.

"Sorry, I don't meant to..." he sound embraced and nervous.

"No, it's Okey." I said when I bent down to pick my books and of course like a gentleman he helped, too.

"Miracle, I.." He want to say something, but the bell start ringing.

"I have to go" that was all I can manage to say.

"Yeah, yes....but wait! I will see you after school in Bob's restaurant Okey? " He said. He looked confused and that made me certain to go, obviously.

"Yeah, of course."

I felt so stupid, is that new? No, of course not. I was so tired, I was still setting here, waiting for him in this hard uncomfortable chair for a boy who I don't really know, but im still waiting for him. It is 4:15 which means i was setting here for 15 minutes now. He is not coming, maybe he is one of those stupid rich boys who doesn't care about anything accept of themselves. I hate him, hate him so much.

Picking my bag I was on my way to leave restaurant that a voice called my name, again that voice!

"Mira!... Mira, wait."yeah this is Edward with those beautiful green eyes that match perfectly to his green shirt.

"Mira really sorry, I was late. Come set please." He said so fast and start checking under the table and set in front of the door, to have a better look?

I have to ignore him, I know that, but this time he takes my hand, and I don't know what's happening. I feel lots of thing in the same times, emotions that weren't mine, but how is that possible.

"OK, what you want Edward? I have to go it's late and..."

"Mira I'm sorry, I have to talk to you. You are the only option."

"Okey..." I said I confused.

" you know that we are leaving, right? " another nod, " yeah of course, I told you that. Listen, I don't want to leave and I have a great plan that only you can help. If you don't help me I don't have a choice they will make me to go with them. Can you help me Mira?"

What can I say; I can never, ever say no to those green, green eyes, obviously.

"Okey, I'm in. What should I do?" I may sound so desperate, but I am not; I had three important reasons to help him. Firstly, he is not would not leave. Seacondly, he asked me, not Jane or his other friends. And lastly, i was almost bored, so after many days now I can do something new
