2 Chapter One

When I was born, there was actually a little bet funny story behind it.

It was 5:00 pm Monday 25, March,2000 when all sky gifts (as mom likes to call it) come together ;rainbow, rain,lightning, sunshine ,dew and snow. I didn't saw it, obviously because it was my first day in world, but my parents always tell me about it.

"Exactly in the same time, it was all happened together, it was so beautiful so amazing. I can't never ever forget that beautiful day in my life, after you was born in was totaly shocked by two things. The first one was sky gifts and the another was your face, my most favorite and the most valuable treasure, my angle, my own daughter." she always says that it is her favorite story; the way she tells the story is like thinking about that day tearing her apart and in the same time making her whole.

You can't imagine which name they chose, actually it is not like a name it's like a word in in writer's ballad. My name is Miracle Skylark .I don't really like my name but thank God is so good then SKYBLUE , oh God really realy thank you so much..I don't know about good names, but I am 100% sure I will never choose names like my name. Sometimes I tell my self that my name it better than other girls at least it is not like those names that are so so common and in every class there will be two or more girls with same names. But my name is so different so ... strange. My mom is Sarah Skylark and dad's name is Adam Skylark. We live in a wooden small house with a beautiful garden, and also with my grandpa(Benjamin Skylark ), grandma (Rose Skylark ) ,uncle Tom (Tomas Skylark ) ,little bro(Newton Skylark ) and my best friend,my own little noisy parrot (Patony). Yeah, yeah I know the name is so funny, but why I just be the one who should has funny name. So yeah obviously, I made it two .

We have four rooms a garage and kitchen. My room and mam dad's room is in second floor. Grandpa and grandma live in their own big room in first floor next to the hall and in the left side of their room is our old wooden staircase to second floor. To the right in front of hall is another room that is for uncle Tom near the kitchen . Oh, how did i forgot to mention, i have a little noisey roommate, little bro Newton. But my bed is near the window, so it is a not a big deal. Against the beds are our closet, in the right is our on-and-off favorite deck with two chairs, mine with rainbow fur and Newton's with blue fur. On the left side is a big and old armchair, also our favorite one. All walls and roofs covered by wooden and I don't really know which type of wooden those are so don't ask me about it, but I like them. We live in a small town near boston, so we have to drive 40 minutes to Boston. My father has to drive a lot to Boston with his old black truck (that love it pretty much mind you), because he has a little wood factory in west side of the town. Mom is all host lady in home, busy with cooking, cleaning and small women parties; actually granny is the leader of our town's women organization and mom is her right hand and second in comment. 60% of their meetings are in our house, if not at mayor's hose or at the park. And obviously, they have a lot to do . My life was wonderful actually more then wonderful, my all wishes had came true, mind you even every little childish one. They never say no to me never in my 17 years. I had total ideol happy life, it was all home, school and new adventures with uncle Tom any little bro . I don't know but it seems other people didn't liked my kind, gentle and funny uncle, he is coming cool!. He is such a big guy, literally and figuratively. I told you that my life was wonderful, but it was before Edward's coming, when I was 15 years old. Edward Washington, yeah his name is one of those names that is old and in the same time always always sexy. But we are not talking about the name, we are talking about the guy. Edward Washington never ever looks like a GOOD boy and his acts are totaly not like Mr Jake Washington. He is absolutely a real gentleman and her wife Mrs Lucy such a great proper adorable lady. I'm not sure that he is their son or not, but dad assure me he is their only kid. Let me start from the first day and tell why I hate him.

It was first day after summer holidays (obviously) and of course I was so excited to about school, meetting my friends and really missed funny school days with my friend. Actually we saw each other every day, because this town is not so big and all families know each others. In lunch daddy told us that Mrs an Mr Washington had been came to their old castle shape house two days ago with their son. Dad says his name was Edward and said that he is one of those big cities nerdy guys and in the same time I had these feelings that we can't be friends but I didn't care much about it. Oh and that we were the same age and in one class didn't made anything easy. That day I wakeup early in morning(that is so much big deal to me, I am night owl not morning's person) take a shower and choose a cute blue shirt with my favorite jeans . After breakfast and leaving little bro to preschool, daddy leave me to school with a hug and kiss to my forehead and I also kiss his stubble checks. He was already late had some meetings in city. When I was in parking lot, I heard some noises. When tourn around, there it was a white beautiful car ( I don't know really which model obviously), but it was beautiful . The front door opened and a tall gentlemen appeared out of blue. He wore dark blue suit(obviously) with beautiful hairs. He comes first and behind him a tall tiny handsome boy with bright green eyes like his father and brown styled hairs. He didn't wore suit (obviously) with his sport shoes khaki janes and with t-shirt he really looks the exact opposite of his father. They talk with each other and laugh, they really look happy .maybe I was wrong, he doesn't look like bad guys, he really look like good ones . I don't know really, but I can't control my eyes to don't stare at them . But I finally did, but is was to late. For one second his eyes meets mine, but he cut it so I have to have some" time to ditch " is the only thing I can say to my self .but...

I stop walking when I hear a deep, gentle voice. "Miss "

I don't dare to turn around maybe he called someone else, but no way. In a second they were in front of me, like two stunning, gorgeous greek gods.

"Little lady can I ask you something?"Mr said

"Yes, of course " I said a little bet hesitately.

"Can you tell me where is Mr James office? "

"Second floor last room into left side." I use my hands to show the way and point to the building .

"Ok" he said and I have this sudden feelings that he is trying to hide his smiling, but obviously he failed. On the contrary, he boy (Edward) can't stop grinning and I decided in that exact moment that don't like him.(lair lair, pants on fire!!!)

"Thank you ,young lady" Mr Washington said gently and tourn to face Edward.

"So, should I introduce you to Mr James or you can manage that, ha young man?" he asked cheerfully and tilted his head and winked at me.

"Dad..."Edward said groaning and a little bet annoyed.

"OK then, have fun. See you soon young lady." Mr Washington squeezed Edward's shoulder and again winked at me. I just nod. He was gone in a second and I feel really stupid about why I am still standing here and it seems like I am wait, but I again I don't know why. And when I just TRY to collect all my power and run so fast to building. It was just about 10 feet to door ...

"Hey, wait! " Edward yell behind me. And i was like hell no and yes pretty please. Before I can choose what to do, he was next to me in a breath. I was stack.

"Hmm, hello I am Edward Washington." He said politely and push his hand for shaking .

"Mira ... Miracle Skylark. " I said shaking his pale white, strong hand.

"By the way I know your name ..." Oops, it just slipped WITHOUT any intention. Way to look like a stalker or fool, Mira ( #shame for me). He stopped walking and I also stopped, obviously.

"Really, how do you know my name ? " He said with a little confusion and amusement. Huh, now his beautiful green eyes are looking more bright green annnnnnnd I loved it!!!

"Yes, your father just said that moments ago."I laid. I hear about him before, but I didn't met him, so it was not actually a lie.

" Oh ...yeah, but actually I already know you are thought." He sound so sincere and i had just the feelings like I knew him for thousand years. We stand about 30 seconds near the staircase; finally he start waking ahead of me and I was just stood not moving even an inch. I was felt like how rude of him, he neither said good bye nor thank you. After a second, he turned around and with a small smile in his gorgeous face he said: "you don't want to accompany me ?"

"Should I? "I said .

He came closer and offer his hand.

"Oh come on, don't be so shy now. Show me where you study Young Lady." We both start laughing at how ridiculously he sound when he acted like his father. I was still smiling when I take his hand and start walking toward the hall.

I showed him teachers' room, library and Mr James' room. All the whole time I just had the feeling that somebody is watching me and when I turn around, there was nobody accept Edward who seemed so eager to watch the walls and roof or anything except at me.

"There is Mr James office , and I. Before i could finish my sentence, he intrupt.

"Could you wait here for some second ?" He turn around and pointed at door.

"Hum .... I don't know." I was confused.

"Stay. Please." A little push, " I think I will need your help."

"You need me?..my help? " It was everything I managed to say.

"Of course, I am new here, but If you..." He seemed kind of sad and hopeless, so this time I intrupt him before he can finish his sentence.

"No, I will stay here."

With one of his heartbreaking smile and a little nod, he turn around and after two nocks he went to headmaster's office.
