4 Can You Hear our Sound Check?

After a thirty minute journey in the van we arrived at our hotel. None of our fans know where were staying so we could arrive and lodge into the hotel in peace.

When the door was opened to the van me and Chole were in, I could spot the 4 camera men. Three following the girls and one waiting for us to depart our vehicle.

The reason behind this was because we were on tour. To connect more with our fans we normally upload a behind the scenes videos. Now, since this is our first world tour in our two years in the music industry, we're going to be making a CD and videos for our fans. We've also been asked to record clips for a documentary.

We always  have camera on us. Even when we sleep sometimes. It doesn't bother us though as much anymore. We're so used to it by now. We've become really friendly with the camera men aswell! So I guess that a bonus.

Walking into the hotel with our luggage rolling behind us, we stopped infront of the reception desk. Our manager - nim spoke to the receptionist and got our keys to our rooms. The reception looked at us suprised when he realised that we had booked up the whole floor.

Everyone smirked at his reaction. It happens every time we lodge into a hotel. Due to safety reasons, we have book a whole floor. Not only for our safty but for our but our tour crews safty too. If our location is leaked even to one person, we would have to leave because within 10 minutes of the information being leaked, over hundreds of local fans would be in the hotel pestering the security and the staff on our whereabouts.

"Level 6, crew! Come on." Manager - nim announced as we headed over to the elevator as the rest of the group went to the stairs. I felt sorry for the crew for having to walk up six flights of steps so I decided to join them.

It didn't take long for us to reach our destination. 5 minutes and we were already in our assigned rooms. Me and Nicole were in room 502, Chloe, Aly and Lizz were in room 503, manger - nim was in room 512 and the rest of the crew was spread out through out the rooms on the floor.

We didn't have much time to sit around as we had an hour until our concert. Getting our costumes out of our suit cases we headed back down to the lobby where we met everyone who was needed for the concert.

Before we knew it we back in the vans heading to the stadium. Dubai International Stadium. One of the many, humongous stadium we sold out within seconds. It was hard to believe at first, to be honest, still is. The stadium holds 25,000 people and we've sold it out for three nights. That's 75,000 people!

As we arrived to the stadium I could see thousands up on thousands of fans waiting patiently and orderly in long organised lines. Some vloging, some dancing, some crying, some chatting to their friends excitedly on the phone, bragging to them about their day and journey and others were at the stalls buying merchandise as a souvenir and memory of tonight. I had no doubt that some of these people that I see now, I will see in many more concerts to come.

We emerged out of our vehicles and ran towards back stage entrance to start our sound check. There were strict rules that our fans had to follow during the sound check. They were not allowed to record, video or use any sort of photography during the duration of the time we were singing. To my suprise our fans actually listened and abided by the rules! This gave us joy and helped us get through the sound check much faster.

"Time for the concert!"
