4 4) Dungeon Run.....

Cory got home and found his dad getting ready to go fishing with his mom joining along, their relationship was so good because they shared the same interest. After telling them goodbye Cory went towards the basement, using his key he mad it into a dungeon.

He was currently on floor 68 out of 100, the key made him go back to the previous floor that he entered as long as he didn't defeat the boss. Though he did like how the dungeon would respond the monsters after a certain time that way he wouldn't have to be bored while making his way to the boss.

But this was time consuming, three hours inside was and hour in the real world, after reaching the fiftieth floor it had started taking him at least forty to fifty-five hours to finish a floor. Looking inside the place was a jungle an environment he hadn't been to usually it would take the form of the place he was in just an extended version, now it looks like he was getting terrains.

Walking out he called out his two Shadows that he had with him, the first was the dire wolf that came a little taller than his waist it had ash gray fur with bright blue eyes. Looking at it he really wanted to know what was the difference between this and a wolf of twilight, he knew they were big but he stood at six one and the wolf almost reached his chest.

Though thinking about it he was actually more interested in what the strength difference was, ignoring that for now he turned to his panther which was just like a normal black one with purple eyes. He called them 'Thing 1' and 'Thing 2' with a lack of naming sense he didn't really know what to call them so he just went with that.

While he was admiring his Shadows an arrow came flying towards him he moved his head slightly, it flew right passed him getting stuck in a tree behind him. Looking where it came from he saw another form of elf but unlike his this one was ice blue with really long ears, it showed a vicious grin before leaving.

Cory tilted his head he had seen that elf in the Manhwa of solo leveling, he now knew what he was looking for but there should also be ice bears here to kill so he would go for those. "Search and kill, leave behind the blue elf's they are for me alone." Hearing his words the two took off in a flash while he started walking deeper in the woods.

While going he stretched out his right hand, slowly a sword was drawn out he clutched it at the hilt. The blade was solid black but the glaring sun shined down on it and a rainbow reflected off of it, this was his elemental sword he had gotten as a kid in a dungeon. It was a S-Rank evolvable sword.

When he was ten he gotten it beating the twentieth floor, after that it became his trusted companion. Getting out of his thoughts he looked around and realized he had been walking aimlessly, sighing he jumped lightly and landed on a branch looking around.

Three arrows suddenly flew two almost hitting his legs while the third went for his head again, luckily he was to fast for the arrows to hit and was sitting on another tree. Rushing before they could disappear again he landed next to a female looking elf and cut her head off swiftly, her body burned as his sword lit on fire.

Her two friends watched but they couldn't do anything about it, Cory could see that they had intelligence but it was only at the level of knowing to attack him. Rushing to the male that has tried to take his head twice he threw his sword at it but it dodged slightly, Cory was waiting for that though.

While his sword flew past the male it buried itself in the woman's chest killing her instantly, while the male was still in the air Cory appeared in front of him. With his fist already cocked back he sent a straight punch to his head not holding back his strength at all.

This one pissed him off trying to take his head so many times, when his fist landed the elf turned into blood mist, that's how strong he was. Though he didn't know if he could keep up with a vampire he knew that if it was anyone from any floor he had fought on then it was an easy kill for him.

Shaking his fist lightly he got rid of the blood on it before jumping over to the tree with his sword, the female elf was still alive just hardly. Looking down he stared into he eyes but just like he knew it wasn't clouded with the thought of just kill but was really just an unintelligent creature that was hunting him down for being there.

Killing her quickly he looked far to the east where he just got the memories of his Dire wolf 'Thing 1' died, it had met the boss while killing the last ice bear. A savage grin took over his face as he took off in the direction, 'Thing 1' came out and he jumped on its back as it took off swiftly there. 'Thing 2' was also moving in the same direction.

It took thirty minutes for them to reach there and while it may seemed like he was only in here minutes a day and a half had already passed since he started doing everything. The place was just to big even with their speed that it took awhile for them to reach anywhere.

Along the way he came across more scouting parties that he killed usually it was groups of three, with most being five. Finally 'Thing 2' met up with them and they all charged to the waiting village of the elf's, outside the boss was already waiting he was a foot taller than the rest with a golden dagger at his waist.

The two stared each other down before the boss walked into the makeshift circle that was there, he took off his robes leaving him in only his pants holding his dagger. He grinned savagely at Cory motioning for him to join him in the circle, Cory was bored though and wanted this to end quickly he didn't care about honor.

Raising his sword he did a quick slash and every element came out of his sword; fire, water, earth, air, space, and soul. Everything around them disappeared the boss looked shocked that he wasn't going to have a fair duel with him, Cory shrugged it off and picked up the blood core on the ground.

He slid it into the sword hit which glowed faintly, 92% showed up after he put it in these blood cores are what helped it level up faster. When it reached 100% then it would just grow stronger at the moment it could take a hit from a high level S-Rank monster and survive anything above and it would slowly chip away.

After he had did that a set of stairs appeared which led down, it would take him deeper into the dungeon, he wondered what he would gain at the bottom. Going down the scene changed once again, this time though it was like looking into hell flames raging everywhere and lava pits. There was even little red imps with pitch forks.

Looking around Cory thought one thing 'Nope!' then he turned around and left ending back up at the door of his basement. Shaking his head he looked outside and saw that it was dark out his parents weren't back yet but he did have a message saying they went out to dinner.
