13 12) Five Items (Or Seven).....
Since the day everything was revealed the families were a lit closer and they were always at one another's houses except for the days that they were doing something else. There were also news of animal attacks so the nomads should becoming through soon though Cory didn't care about that and actually decided to end that as soon as possible.
Today was a Sunday though and him and Rosalie were just laying in his bed they both declared it a lazy day and planned to check out some drops he had in his inventory. They had said that but they hadn't left the bed at all he was holding her in his embrace while she traced his tattoo, "Do you think since you can change my biology then we can go get me a tattoo?" she asked.
"Why not? Let's go later tonight or sometime soon." he said while running his hand through her hair. He had also thought of something else to get and was going to go tomorrow it was a surprise for her, she was having a girls day with his mom, Esme, and Alice tomorrow so it worked.
"That sounds good but let's wait until Tuesday, it was just a thought so I still need some time to figure out what I want." She said a happy smile on her face.
Cory nodded, "Okay now let's get our day started, Nissy." A popped sounded and the little elf came out out holding their clothes, they have been sleeping naked together after all. Though they haven't slept together they did sleep together naked every night it was getting harder for him told hold back and she giggled every time he went into shock seeing her.
They got dressed before walking over to his desk where he sat down and she sat on his lap, after a moment he took out five things that they decided on. The first was a lone seed that was gray and gold in color like it was fading in and out, it pulsed slightly the name read as ???.
Rosalie rolled it in her hand before talking, "What do you think this is, it is weird one moment pulsing the next glowing." she said tapping it on the desk when it started to glow again.
"No clue though I hope because of all the mystery something good. I got it when I was fighting some plant monsters so it could be anything though I hope it isn't one of those." He had found it on the third floor when fighting those plants and still shuddered at the thought of the mucus landing on him.
It was hell being near those plants he spent almost two weeks to get through and after every run he took three hour long showers even after it turned cold. They called Nissy who brought a pot that was filled with some soil from the Hogwarts green houses.
He planted it then used some water he had set aside, there was nothing special about it just from a regular water bottle he had set down. He didn't want to use anything special until he tried all options first no need to waist what he did have on him.
Rosalie went onto the next thing which was three orbs which was considered the second thing not part of the five, these luckily did have names to them. One was blue it was called [Water Body Constitution] next was green for [Earth] and the last was red for [Fire] which he got the other day from the 69th floor.
They were pretty much self explanatory just from the names they would change his body to something more, he tried to give them to Rosalie but she refused saying they were his. He then decided he wanted to wait until they had a free day just incase something happened nothing ever came free or was easy so he needed someone there just incase.
He first put the blue orb in his mouth and slowly his body was washed over by a cool water, it was refreshing like he had taken a nice bath. After it went away a little message popped up explaining to him what just happened.

Rosalie was watching him the entire time and seeing that he was okay she sighed in relief and looked into his eyes, she was shocked by what she saw. "Wow your eyes are so beautiful they changed. They are no longer just blue and purple it now looks like a deep pool of purple with blue doting it like stars." he voice was light but amazed.
Nissy handed him a mirror and he saw what she was talking about and was amazed by his own eyes they were something really beautiful, looking at Rosalie, well the second most beautiful thing. He looked down at the other two and reading what he got from the first he was happy to see what he would be getting from them.
Picking up the green one his quickly tossed it into his mouth this one actually had a flavor to it but it was like eating dirt so he couldn't really call it a flavor. Suddenly his body felt brittle like it would break apart and he couldn't move all he could see was Rosalie staring at him.
She was saying something but he couldn't hear it, it was like he was drowning into the earth slowly sinking under, she was panicking but he couldn't even reassure her. She shook his arm which fell apart turning to dust along with the rest of his body but it didn't feel bad no he felt refreshed he couldn't describe the feeling, when she thought he was going to vanish his body started to come back together.
He was normal again and quickly took a crying Rosalie into his arms, she pounded on his chest lightly telling him over and over again that he better not go anywhere. There was another message but he instead of looking at it he was cuddling with his still sad girlfriend, finally when she calmed down enough she looked at him with watery eyes.
"You better be okay idiot. What was that?" she asked leaning into his chest just to hear his heart beat.

He was curious about Earth walk and clicked it, the description helped with what he had done earlier, he now knew why he had turned into dust. His body now could mold into the earth and while it didn't let him teleport anywhere he could travel in the ground undetected by people.
"Well it looks like what happened was gaining the ability to travel in the ground, my body will turn into soil like the earth then I can travel a distance in it, though it uses a lot of Mana." He explained to her.
Rosalie nodded, "Make sense though these make you stronger it is a big type of skill so it should cost you so mana to use."
"Why don't you take the last one? I mean you could be able to use magic after that and have something to help protect yourself when I'm not there." Cory said kissing along her neck it was something that usually made her docile and go along with what he said.
Rosalie for once didn't budge but still accept the kisses while shaking slightly, it was a sensitive part of her body. "No, though I might like what you are doing at the moment I still am going to decline. I have a feeling that if you put them together something might happen there is no way that they are meant to not all be taken."
Cory had to agree with her on this and looked at the red orb the last one left, he didn't even want to think of how hard it was for him to get the blue one. It was almost forty feet underwater and that was the biggest fear he has ever had, screw anything having to do with underwater it was hell.
Though he might be strong one of his biggest fears was being underwater trapped and not being able to get back to the top, good thing he did know how to swim. But he didn't want to think about that anymore and looked back down at the red orb then at Rosalie.
"Well Rosie Bear this is the last one, we saw what just happen so unless I don't answer within thirty minutes then just know that I am fine. My body last time was adjusting while also combining with the earth that was why I couldn't talk to you I needed to get back to normal." He said looking her in the eyes as she got lost in his he had checked the mirror and this time there was green stars in them.
It was now a whirlpool of of blue and green together it looked like a colorful night sky.
Cory took a deep breath and kissed Rosalie giving her a light smile, "Well here goes nothing." he picked up the last one and slowly put it in his mouth, for a moment nothing happened and he raised a brow. "Well that was...."
He didn't get to finish as his chest started to eat up then his tongue felt like it was on fire, hot wings had nothing on what he was tasting at the moment. Next it was like fire ants were crawling inside his body eating at every muscle and bone in his body.
His chest area felt like it was going to explode, Rosalie saw the look on his face and she had to hold back her tears, she knew he was going to be okay but she hated seeing the man she loved being hurt. Showing him that she was strong she took his head and put it on her chest rocking him she needed the contact more than he did at the moment.
Cory squeezed her a little to let her know he was okay, though really he felt as though he was about to die any moment then. While the to hugged he body started to slowly catch on fire starting from his feet all the way up to his head, the flames though didn't hurt Rosalie at all.
The two didn't notice the flames at all since their eyes were closed as they hugged each other, Nissy stood off to the side looking at them in wonder and amazement at what was happening. After awhile the flames died down a little jumped into Rosalie's chest warming her on the inside, it gave her a boost to being resistant to fire.
When Cory felt it was over he turned to Rosalie with a smile, "It's okay Rosie Bear, I'm fine." he spoke as a whisper his voice hoarse from the flames that blanketed them. Nissy brought him over a glass of chilled water, he croaked out a thank you before drinking it down, Rosalie giggled a little hearing his voice.
He shook his head and looked at the new message, [Fire Body Constitution- Blessed by a Demon and Goddess of fire. Powers: Fire Control, Fire Mimicry, Self-Detonation. More practice the stronger it becomes.]
They both could see it and Rosalie like him were confused by the last two powers so she had him quickly click on the two of them. Cory agreed and looked at the two, [Fire Mimicry- Using the power of flames create a clone using fire, duration up to two hours. The clone can only use up to a fourth of your power. Gain memories when it disappears.]
Well that was just like clones he read about or in anime or manga just that it had a time limit so it wasn't as strong as the ones he read about. Though it was helpful and could protect Rosalie when he wasn't there, he already had 'Thing 1' in her shadow but this would be even more helpful.
He clicked on the last one, [Self-Detonation- Can self destruct using half of the mana left inside the body. The explosion has a radius of a thousand square feet. User will revive after a day, time goes downer after each use. Will appear at saved place.]
Cory saved a place right at his bed after he finished Rosalie grabbed his collar and growled, "You better not under any circumstances use this I don't care if you are in trouble don't use this." She stared right into his hypnotic eyes and glared hard at him daring him to refuse what she had just told him.
He was a smart man he knew not to even try and fight what was she was saying, and he even agreed with her unless she was in mortal danger then he wasn't going to use it. Kissing along her neck again he smiled, "Of course dear but you can't refuse me when I say this, if you are in danger with your life on the line I will use it. No fighting that because you are one of the most important people in my life."
The two had a stare down but she nodded along with him, after a moment she notice his skin and face were a little different then what it was before. "It looks like that fire one did more than we thought, other than giving you fire powers your skin also got better and your face a little more angular."
"Well this body belongs to you so I have to make sure that I look good for you right?" he teased wiggling his eye brows at her.
She laughed and slapped his chest rolling her eyes at him, "Well I thought I was a narcissist but it seems like you are an even bigger one than me."
Cory chuckled at her it was kind of true they both knew that their looks surpassed others and both of them knew it, he looked her over up and down making her raise a brow, "Yeah your right maybe I look to good for you, there are probably many women who will fight you to get a chance at me, I mean look at this face."
She looked at him with a blank face before she burst out laughing, "Yeah don't get a big head there buddy, I'm sure after a day with you no one besides me would be able to handle you."
He sighed and shook his head she was right they fit together because they were the same it was easier for them to get along to since they both felt what the other needed without even speaking. The hugged each other feeling close to one another for a moment before going back to the table and looking at the other three things left on it.
"Well then future misses Chase, what are we going to mess with next?" he asked looking at the last items.
She looked them over to there was only three things left to mess with they didn't come with descriptions but they did look self explanatory so they didn't need to worry about it. Looking at them she picked up the one thing she did want for herself since it would be a use for now, they were a pair of ear rings that held emeralds in them.
[Earrings Of Mana- They are earrings that help boost someone's mana. An increase of 2,000 mana when worn.]
Though they weren't as great as the other things that were on the table it was something he figure she could use, his parents could teach her spells. Though she didn't have a wand his parents were pure-bloods so they trained in wandless magic it was just stronger using a wand.
He saw it as a crutch though that they used wands he thought that people who could use the wandless magic could become stronger than the ones who used them. Seeing as these would help Rosalie use magic which was a big wish of his then he wanted her to only train in wandless magic since he thought with one was a crutch.
Rosalie knew this too that is why she agreed to take them and learn it, though she didn't know how long it would take she was going to train as hard as possible to learn all she could. Since she was currently in a human form they pierced her ear and attached the earrings, she felt the magic gather in her core that was in everyone.
Everyone had a magic core but people couldn't access them unless the magic is stimulated in some way, that is what the accidental magic was. The ones who actually got to use it was the ones who had a stronger connections than others, even squibs had a stronger connection then someone who didn't have magic at all.
"Well that was anticlimactic after everything that happened to you I was hoping to turn into a magical princess or something." She said rolling her eyes.
Cory couldn't help but laugh at that, she giggled along with him before they went to the last two things one was like the seed but different since it was in a circular shape. Looking closely inside there was a figure it was a small person with solid black hair it was a little girl, she could feel someone holding her and wiggled a little but couldn't move.

Cory quickly pricked his finger and dropped one drop on it then took Rosalie's hand when she was still staring at it and did the same. The little fairy glowed brightly before it burst out the whole room was covered in a bright white light.
They covered their eyes before removing them, when they looked back there was a little girl in a white dress sitting on the desk she was as tall as a three year old. She had big bright eyes that were shinning with his purple, blue, green, and red it also had Rosalie's golden in it.
She looked between the two of them before smiling, "Mommy! Daddy!" she hugged them both giggling happily, Rosalie was stunned not knowing what to do but her eyes were wet from what she just heard.
Rosalie looked over at him and gave him a sweet smile, she knew that she wasn't really their kid but even if she called them that she wasn't going to stop her since she loved hearing it. "Hello little beauty, what is your name?" she asked.
"Name?" She tilted her head cutely to the side, "I don't have one, Mommy and Daddy name me." she said clapping her hands.
Cory watched the two he didn't mind it much seeing as she was just a spirit who looked to be just born, while she had intelligence she was still like a child. Rosalie didn't bother to ask for his opinion she took it upon herself to name her, she would ask him for real when it was their real child.
"Well how about, Artemis, after the greek goddess associated with the moon, your father has eyes like stars in the night sky while mine are golden like the sun so it is only fitting our daughter is the moon." Rosalie said pulling Artemis into her arms and hugging her tightly.
Artemis giggle and clapped her hands delightedly, "Haha, Daddy is Stars, Mommy is sun, and I am moon... Yay!"
Cory smiled at the scene of it all he didn't stop it and went along with it since he did find her super adorable, he kissed them both on the cheek, "Well then how about we deal with this last item then go show her off to mom and dad." they both agreed the last thing sitting on the table had all ??? on it.
Before he could look more into it Artemis grabbed it and stuffed it in her mouth, Rosalie was about to stop her but she already gobbled it down. They both stared at her wide eyed Rosalie looking worried, "Are you okay? Do you feel bad anywhere?"
"Don't worry mommy it will help me grow stronger," Seeing them look at her questioningly she went on, "It was a lotus seed of the spirit world it is used to help healing spirits like me grow stronger. It won't have much use for you mommy and daddy don't worry."
The two just nodded it's not like they could question her about it since she knew about it more than them. After that was gone they were done for the day so they took Artemis downstairs where his parents were talking to Esme.
