9 Chapter 9

"It was a moment before the Big Bang that we were truly defeated. I had tried to use Command X magic, my unique size altering magic that could chance entire concepts and laws and change the size of anything as long as the user is powerful enough. During the battle Infi's left arm and both her legs were destroyed, I had a severed right arm and left leg while Master had gone blind. But despite of our constant pleas, He didn't want to leave us at the hands of Zero and thus cast a shield around us effectively blocking us from Zero at the cost of his entire reserves while also preventing us from saving him, I had tried to reduce the chances of Him getting killed but Zero had overpowered it and used the Fate's lancer, increased with power with Origin power to pierce the very soul of our master who was severely weak at that point. That also led us to be severely weakened but we didn't get destroyed. "

While also shredding tears, Infi exclaimed, "We won't make the excuse that we tried to do our duty but Zero was simply too powerful to overcome with us fighting his constant growing army. It should have been us instead of Hiro and we know we have made a grave mistake. We will still be thankful to you for caring for us even if you were to strike us down at this moment."

Hiro didn't feel bothered at all but instead felt proud at himself for making such a badass sacrifice while saving his beloved. though Infi was billions time older than him, he gently started caressing Infi's head with his hand and while petting her, he gazed straight into her and Vi's eyes and said,

"I could never do that to any of you. You have given me the love I had desired for a long time and for that I feel very thankful. Just the fact that I could trust you enough at that moment to sacrifice my life and leave the burdens of the world on your hands tells me tonns of your loyalty and belief in me."

Though Hiro was certain he wanted to speak this, mid-speech his voice turned more mature and loving and as he expected both Infi's and Vi's eyes opened wide from shock and warmth. The ancient beings had turned to immediately tuned to a young boy and girl who could not further contain their emotions and broke into tears.

After they had calmed down a great deal, Vi continued his story as he returned to his serious composure again. He continued, "The destruction of the Origin and its guardians, the whole multiverse became extremely unstable and though we hoped it would be destroyed if it even gave the world to survive his tyranny but alas that didn't happen. Instead it created a planet in a specific timeline where you would be born several times over. This world would contain data and information from various world and know of its happenings in form of physical or digital content. We believed this was our chance to defeat Zero once and for all and we started fabricating a plan of our own in the shadows as Zero continued collecting his army to invade the countless world in the multiverse."

Hiro then seriously asked, "Have they already invaded any world successfully?"

"Yes they have and that's why we need you Hiro. You will help us to save the world as it's your destiny now that you have accepted the core." Answered Vi.

Hiro tried to ease his tensions by laughing awkwardly and saying, "Wow! No pressure huh!" this caused Infi to giggle and say, "Don't you worry your little mind on this." adopting the big Onee-san attitude as she followed, "The world were created as individual units for functioning properly. The world will apply it's rules on anybody in it. Though this can be overpowered, it often cannot be avoided, So for example in a world of robots or with similar elements, everyone will have to fight with same such elements and only then they will be able to change anything in it like conquering it. So beware Hiro-kun, According to it's standards, a world can lower or enhance your power to varying levels. Beware of this and you are good to survive. However there will be many exceptions where you will have to fight many different other worldly forces in the same world. But there can also be worlds where you will have full access to all your powers and all the weapons."

Hiro was imagining various peculiarities he may face during this journey but got excited when he heard about the exceptions. But his celebrations were cut short as he heard about his mortal enemy.

"Now Hiro let us begin your training. This is gonna be a beneficial but very hellish for you."

Hiro really had no problem in fact he preferred it. You may call him a battle junky but he loved to fight. But hearing Vi tell him about it, he couldn't help but get worried as this bastard was smiling sadistically at him while talking about training. Vi dismissed him for the day but he didn't know what to do with his free time except to test out his powers and he decided to do just that . For the whole night he had kept changing into different aliens and tried to get a feel about everything. But he had forgot that he didn't have a real Omnitrix but one made from his own energy and as a result eventually passed out cold on the floor. As he slept he saw Vi's figure pop in his dream, he was confused. But to confirm it was Vi and not someone else, he hesitantly called out to it,

"Vi! Is that you? Look you have had enough of your games already, it's not funny anymore.!!"

Hiro suddenly felt his body seize up and felt an intense chill at the back of his mind as his heart tensed. He quickly squatted down to avoid what looked like a katana. It was wreathed in black-blue flames just the same as he had seen in many games and anime series. As the katana swung above his head, missing it by a few centimetres , Hiro saw it trace a beautiful elegant sky-blue arc. Hiro however didn't get anymore time to admire it as his danger sense started blasting again, he had it roll forward as he saw an arrow embed itself where his head was a few moments ago. Hiro quickly jumped and stood up but was surprised when he found himself in a serene white room.....
