8 Chapter 8

Hiro jolted conscious as the young Dragon Slayers head rose once again. Hiro felt as if he was wearing a very thick sweater as he felt even simple movement in the new body too difficult. He could not understand how he had absorbed the fire in this condition but he out the thoughts on the back burner for now.

"Hey Vi! Why can't I access Saitama or Anos? You said I could transform into any character I choose right?, so why can't it be them?"

Vi answered in a calm tone, "Yes, I told you, you could access them but I never said that could be done without training. You will have to train like crazy first to even reach a proper basic understandings of characters of such high caliber. You still will be bound by your own human limit and stamina. In addition, You will also have regular seizures of pain, depression and various other things. You gained an immortal body on absorbing the Origin Core but know there are lots of ways one can kill an immortal and as much as I would like it to be, you are not nearly invincible", clearly disappointed.

Hiro was shocked, not by hearing that he could die in countless ways but by the revelation that he had become immortal, which he didn't even know about until now. But stopping that train of thought, Infi's voice ringed in his ears, "Those seizures you will have, they will hinder your progress a great deal and stop any task you are doing at the very moment. You will have to be prepared before hand and train properly to gain understandings of the various abilities of your transformations. Also while you use them, their personalities will intermix with your own and fight for dominance, so don't be too surprised if you temporarily become a sadist or something else."

"Don't say it so casually, my life's dependent on it. So how do I stop these?"

Chuckling Vi answered again, "There are only four rules to stop these, you wanna know about them? Well here it is, the three rules, 'Train, Fight, Study and repeat until you reach the peak."

Hiro felt it was very anticlimactic and answered, "And here I thought it was some kind of thousand year old secret. Thanks for dumping my expectations into the gutter."

Without minding much, Vi replied, "Well, you have got a lot coming for you so you better use all the edge you can find. If you want to access characters like Anos, hmm...What are they called? I am forgetting their names, Ah! Yes! characters like Star king Kirito or the powers of The Red/White Emperors, you have to also increase your internal reserves exponentially. Also you can also access different kinds of weapons, technologies, skills/magic or Innates. you have your work cut out but only need time."

Hiro felt into deep thinking as the mentioned individuals could easily wipe an entire planet at worst and a continent at best in their full powers easily. He had to be careful or he would end up killing somebody or kill himself.

From the corner of his eye he saw Infi suddenly smile at him which was very confusing but he was even more surprised when midnight strokes of a clock came to his ears. Still confused, He looked at the smiling elegant lady in front him.

"Many happy returns on your 22nd birthday Hiro-kun. We all wish you have a happy life." saying she nudged Vi and hr spoke out, "Have a good life kid. Well technically you are still 16 year old unless you change your body's age.". And serious Vi vanished as Vi spoke out, "We are going to party the whole time today and start training from tomorrow. Now it's time for presents....."

Vi raised his hands in air as two long object materialised in his hands out of thin air again and Vi handed it Hiro just before the magical light stopped shunning out of it. Hiro waited patiently for it to stop and he wanted to appreciate this gift fully as this was the first gift he received from persons he could actually relate to. If he really was Origin one's reincarnation, he was already acquainted with those two for millions of years if not more. This made them some of the closest persons he held in his heart. He didn't know how he could thank them enough for showing him love his heart had longed for a long time.

As the light ceased shining, a jet black-red object came out, and boy was it really any ordinary Scythe, (Hey of course it's not. Did you expect him to fight Zero's forces with a stick?) it was the <Disorder Divine Scythe 'Befenguzdogma'> itself , the second one equally powerful Time God's Scythe. The overpowered reality and time distorting Scythe were his now? Oh he could not have received a better birthday gift. Suddenly another rectangular object popped out. It read <Universal Identity Generator>, a yet another amazing item. Hiro didn't need an explanation, what was the knowledge he had gathered by using web novels beside this?

Next Infi raised her hands in the air, and out of it came out two objects again, these two read...,

Two objects came out this time and when he saw the first long object, he both vey scared and excited, it really was the <The Sword of the Almighty 'Livaingirma'> A divine sword created by Arcana. It was so powerful that if one were to pull it out from its sheath, their root from the present, past, and future would instantly be permanently erased from existence. The true power of this weapon is that it can cut through anything no matter how indestructible it may be even if it was the concept of 'existence' of a person, this sword will cut through all of it. This was the legendary Boss of all the other holy swords that had the Durendal attribute. Hiro now had to be very careful as he had seen what tis sword did to a god in the Maou Gakuen manga. If it was anything like the manga, Hiro could seriously die and never get to see the light of the day again. However, before Hiro could get over his shock, yet another rectangular card like object popped out, it read, <Balance Unlimited Card>, this one was good and thankfully super safe thought Hiro as he released a sigh of relief which he didn't know he was holding for a long time.

"Thank you for the gifts guys. I completely forgot about my birthday with so many things on my plate. Guess I have a lot to catch up to. I will be able to use the cards easily but I am not sure about the others."

"Well you will be able to use the cards properly but it can very well be that you never get to use the swords and the scythes even for a single time. The worlds have different capacities as some are pretty normal while some could also have gods fighting in it. Not all the worlds could bear the strain of such powerful weapons and this could cause an imbalance leading to destruction of the world as it tries to find the balance. But it is not totally restricted but you can use it for not more than 5 minutes."

Hiro worriedly asked back, "But how will I fight if I encounter something truly unstoppable?"

To alleviate his concerns Infi replied back, "You can increase the time by using your blood and soul. You are the Origin being after all but it will come at a price one cannot easily recover from. But that should not be your worst concern."

As soon as Hiro heard that he understood that there was probably something far worse. He couldn't help but ask unsurely, "It's that bad huh...can't you fix it? I mean after all you are all powerful and stuff....right?"

"We would have already did that if we hadn't failed multiple times while trying. We have limited time and we need to spend it for your preparation."

Hiro felt like the conversation was taking a strange turn as he felt he had lost something that he had loved and as his tears started to fall, he practically screamed, he desperately wished that what he thought he heard would not come true, "What do you mean you have limited time?!! You said you were super powerful right, then what did you mean earlier."

Infi could not bear to tell anything so it fell on Vi but the strong man still held his head high and said, "It was in a moment before the Big Bang..."
