Hence, he didn't waste any time ordering the Grimoire of Life and Death to consume the corpses.

Also, since it was Grimoire of Life and Death's first time-consuming Quaggoth Servants' corpses, Aeon was curious about the effects he would be receiving from the [Devouring Effect] from the [Blessing Page]

Of course, Aeon was also curious about the gifts he would be receiving from the Grimoire of Life and Death; however, it would take some time and before that, he planned to kill as many Quaggoth Servants as possible.

Aeon raised his brows and muttered, 'Was there a stat called Fighting Spirit? Isn't that just a term to express someone's determination to fight?'

On the other hand, the Quaggoth Servants screeched as loud as possible while jumping at Aeon only to get killed by him.

For each corpse, the Grimoire of Life and Death devoured, Aeon's fighting spirit increased by one percent and eventually, it crossed 20 percent, making the little fear in Aeon's heart disappear.

Even after killing 22 Quaggoth Servants, there were still another 20 Quaggoth Servants left and thanks to the increase in his Fighting Spirit, Aeon was fully confident in killing them.

What's more, more Quaggoth Servants started coming out of the hole to kill Aeon.

'As I heard, there would be at least a hundred Quaggoth Servants in one Quaggoth Hole.'

Aeon was not surprised because he had already expected more Quaggoth Servants to rush out of the hole.

'As long as no Quaggoth Sergeants are coming out of the hole, I will continue to farm these Quaggoth Servants.'

If it was only a single Quaggoth Sergeant, Aeon was not worried much to take it head on; however, handling multiple Quaggoth Sergeants along with dozens of Quaggoth Servants jumping at him, only death awaits him.

Hence, Aeon was not worried much about the incoming Quaggoth Sergeants; instead, he was excited that the trial's progress was rapidly increasing at the same time, and Aeon's fighting spirit also rapidly increasing.

Suddenly, there was a loud screech from the ground and at the same time, the ground shook a little.

What happened next was that the remaining Quaggoths no longer rushed at Aeon…to be exact, they hurriedly retreated into the hole.

'Huh? Running away? Do you think I will let you go that easily?'

Maybe it was because the boost in Aeon's fighting spirit had reached 50 percent, Aeon was no longer afraid of death as he rushed after them.

Just as he took a few steps, Aeon paused in his steps when he saw five three-foot-long Quaggoths come out of the hole.

'Quaggoth Sergeants'

No matter how much his [Fighting Spirit] increased, Aeon knew his own capabilities and he also knew rushing at them would only give him confirmed death.

'I have to be careful now as the Quaggoth Sergeants could use long-range attacks.'

So far, Aeon was having an easy time killing the Quaggoth Servants because they only have one skill and it was [Spider Bite] which was a close-range attack.

Even though they could release the sticky silk, it was weak and could only be used to wrap the dead prey.

However, things would be different with the Quaggoth Sergeants as they could release sticky silk to attack the enemies and even tie them up.

Hence, Aeon became serious and alert as he carefully looked at the five Quaggoth Sergeants.

"Human, how dare you kill my Queen's Servants and feed their corpses to that weird thing?"

One of the Quaggoth Sergeants spoke in an angry tone.

Killing was one thing and feeding the corpses was another crime the Leader of the Quaggoth Sergeants couldn't digest.

Unlike the Quaggoth Servants who could not think and speak, Quaggoth Sergeants could do both and thus, they were able to process what was happening and knew sending Quaggoth Servants to fight Aeon was not a good thing to do.

Hence, without wasting any time, it ordered the remaining Quaggoth Sergeants, "Go and restrain him. Let's offer the Queen with live prey for her to consume as it's been a long time since she ate a human. She will definitely enjoy it."

"Yes,"

The remaining four Quaggoth Sergeants nodded their heads and rushed at Aeon while releasing their sticky silks to immobilize Aeon.

Difference between Quaggoth Servants and Goblin Soldiers.

Quaggoth Servants:

1) Loyal to the Quaggoth Queen and never betray it.

2) Can't speak any language.

3) No intelligence. They only follow what they are ordered to do.

4) Basic Instinct: Attack anyone who kills one of them.

Goblin Soldiers:

1) Loyal to their Sergeant or Captain or any higher-ranked Goblin; however, when tortured, they spill the beans.

2) Can speak.

3) Basic intelligence. They will follow the orders; however, they put some thought into how they are doing.

4) Basic Instinct: Run away when the enemy is powerful.
