life as a farmer, stardew valley story

I was ten when grampa gave me a letter saying not to open it till you are crushed by the burden of modern Life and your bright spirit will fade before a growing emptiness. when that happens you'll be ready for this gift. after saying that he fell asleep. (a couple days later) after grampa funeral my family went back to zuzu city. (time jump ten years) I started working at joja. I hated the job, but they were the only place that would have me a job. the pay was okay and I got discounts on joja stuff. after ten years I could no longer work there. I felt trap in the small desk I had to work in. then I remembered the letter that grampa gave me, I opened it up and it said

Dear Ruby

if you're reading this you must be in dire need for a change, the same thing happened to me long ago. I lost sight of what mattered most in life. real connections with others people and nature. so I dropped everything and move to the place I truly belong. I've enclosed the deed to that place my pride and joy Green hills farm located in stardew valley, on the southern coast. it's the perfect place to start your new life. this is my most precious gift of all and now it's yours. I know you'll honor the family name my girl good luck

after I read the letter I sent in my two weeks after thay were over I got my final paycheck and make my way to move to stardew valley. after I got off the bus I saw that someone was waiting for me.

Robin- Hello you must be Ruby I'm Robin, the local carpenter Mayor Lewis sent me here to fetech you and show you the way to your new home. he's there right now, tidying things up for your arrival. the farm right over here if you follow me. this is Green hills farm .

the place was so overgrown I didn't know what to say. Robin much saw my reaction because she said

Robin- what is the matter? sure, it's a bit overgrown but there's some good soil underneath that mess with a little dedicated you'll have it cleaned up in no time.

Robin said as we walk up to the cottage.

then someone came out

Lewis- ah the new farmer welcome I'm Lewis, Mayor of Pelican town. you know everyone been asking about you. it's not Every day that someone new moves in. it is a big deal. so you're moving into your grandfather old cottage. it's a good house very rustic.

Robin- rustic? that's one way to put it. crusty might be a little more abt though.

Lewis- rude, don't listen to her Ruby she just trying to make you dissatisfied so that you buy one of her house upgrades. anyway you must be tired form the long journey you should get some rest. tomorrow you ought to explore the town a bit and introduce yourself, the town people would appreciate that.

as they started to leave Lewis turned back

Lewis- oh I almost forget if you have anything to sell just place it in this box here I'll come by during the night to collect it good luck.

then he left I went in my house, it was nice the right amount of room for me, a cozy bed and next to the table was TV and on the other side was a fire place. I'll have to get a kitchen soon. I saw that Lewis left some stuff for me but being tired I will check it out tomorrow.
