18 Hinata 2.0 Apologies accepted, but i am still mad (blush).

My turn finally came to be, well no climax there, Choji instantly gave up. I looked the guy over, even Ino didn't say anything about it, they knew how it would end so they would rather not have that fight go on for no reason. It was not unexpected for my fellow comrades to just give up if they had to fight me.

Kankuro still met with Misumi Tsurugi, the guy who looked like a circus contortionist. Still go beaten with all his bones shattered, i was not shedding a tear for him this guy was a traitor to the leaf. I don't help the unworthy, plus i want to see the next match. Kiba vs Naruto finally one of my teammate, i wonder how it will go on?

Kiba came in with only Akamaru who looked like he would rather be napping. Naruto stupidly told him he should leave his dog out before being told by the examiner that dogs were considered ninja tool. Yes, i need to make up his education on that subject one of those days. Kiba and Akamaru started to come at Naruto as fast as they could but Naruto dodged everything, if he had not i would really wonder why i ever passed all those hours training him. In the end the two resorted to soldier pills to enhance their chakra and their speed started to be a bit much for Naruto, but just when they put him in a pincer i saw him smile smugly.

Into his two hands i could now see rasengan before he smashed them to the ground in different direction making Kiba and Akamaru have to switch direction not to get smash with all the debrits. Naruto had already taken account of the change in trajectory and send two kunai in the direction of his two opponents. The two would easily dodge those normally but explosives tags were attached to them and they detonated right in each of their faces. The dog and his master ended up smashing themselves into the arena walls. Akamaru was out of commission, but Kiba stood up just to be put down by Naruto in a single punch to the chin. That was fast, too fast actually. I didn't see him move there for a moment.

I activated my byakugan doubled with my sharingan to see what was up. There was now two different color of chakra blending inside Naruto body a green one and a purple one. It should be the combination of Raiton and Futon, let call that swift release for now, i didn't think Naruto would master a dual elemental release before he had the help of the bijuus but that is true the system can help a lot for those. I knew Kakashi sensei had taught him the raiton and i had personally trained his futon, but never thought he would manage to combine the two. Maybe i underestimated Naruto, in the future i need to keep and eye on him.

Shikamaru vs Tenten ended in a similar way as Shikamaru vs Kin from the manga. The guy made Tenten drop her guard and took her close to the wall before pulling his stun with the shuriken banging the girl head to the wall. Tenten was really mad at that an made a vow to become stronger for next time. Gai sensei approved saying it was the power of youth, to which she felt disgusted and wanted nothing to do with him.

Maki finally had her turn but she didn't get the easiest of opponent, Shino Aburame. For someone like Maki this was one of the worst match-up the boy bug could absorb the opponent chakra and give track of the whereabout of the opponent and now that he had his killer bee's by is side it would make it even harder to fight i'm. I was only slightly worried thought., Maki was a hard nut to crack, i didn't go all out again her but that was only because of my various skill and equipments.

When the match started Maki backed up before making the hand seal for the dragon breath. Countless of Shino bee died in the process, but most of his other bugs absorbed the chakra of the attack. Still the smoke of the after match made it hard to see for anyone else but me i saw Maki make a clone, a perfect clone to be precise, before taking off on a beam at the ceiling. She keep herself in Shino blind spot and took some soldier pills to recover a bit of her chakra.

-This is the end, my bugs will drain you of all your chakra, you should give up now.

-I don't think so.

The clone promptly formed seal for a genjutsu. While she did that the real Maki dropped what i assumed to be a smoke bomb, as to why, i had no idea. I could only tell it didn't look like the usual one, has when it popped it didn't make any sound or raise any smoke. The clone got in a bad situation getting overwhelmed in a sea of bug. Maki executed her attack at this moment pointing her finger at Shino who had most of his bug on the offensive, this one slightly moved back like he was suddenly drunk.

Maki dropped behind him ready to attack, but Shino had seen it coming recalling his bugs. The only trouble? Those bugs were falling to the ground in batch, like dropping fly to a bug spray. That when i got what her bomb was, a poison that would act on insects too. Confused and without much of his army of bugs Shino was not in a position to resist getting kicked in the chin toward the ceiling. Maki jumped even faster toward it to go back down smacking him to the ground with a lariat to the solar plexus.

Shino was now down for the count. I could see the amount of sweat on the back of Maki from over there, like i said Shino was a truly bad match-up for Maki. My sweet friend probably had to use more chakra then she ever wanted to use in this fight. She dispelled the perfect clone that was now lying in a sea of bugs. Shino was promptly carried out to the infirmary.

-Nice match Maki.

-Hm, bad match-up, i had a hard time. And i hate bugs they are disgusting.

That was hilarious, i took her by the shoulder to help her over to the viewing stage. We were just that close and we took our place to observe the next participants. Neji vs Ino, another match-up that made one weaker than the other, but if you asked me everyone had probably someone that could beat them up in this group. I personally stood at the top of the food chain in this group, probably could go again anyone and still come out on top.

Without surprise Neji won, but it was harder than it should have been. Ino knew from her spare with me the Hyuga style. She made sure to keep far away from Neji and her own style was mostly from throwing weapon and using poison in smoke bomb like Maki did previously. Make me wonder if Ino was not the one who gave her that, later i would ask them about it. Her only problem was that Neji was not getting hit by anything between the divine turn and his original speed she also could not tag him to possess him.

In the end she had no choice but to use her kodachi to try and mark him from mid range, entering Neji domain was a bad idea but she almost made it if she had the time to use her technique she might have won, but Neji closed all her chakra point before that. In the end depleted of all energies she lost consciousness. I took upon myself to go and heal her up.

-Hey Ino that was a good match, you came far since the last time i saw you. You should be proud of you.

I saw her become red till her ears lobs, she then proceeded to push me away before thanking me for healing her. Maybe she was embarrassed to have lost and have to be healed by me who was Neji cousin of all person?

-Neji, you could have gone easier on the poor girl you hit her like a brute.

-If i had gone any easier, i would have been the one to lose Hinata. Did he say has he was smirking back to me.

-Well that was a good match, i am sure the two of you should be satisfied of the result even if one lost.

Ino seemed a little out of it she came close to Sakura before starting to talk to her. I could not hear what they said but Sakura was agreeing with her. For some strange reason i felt left out, oh well i am sure they aren't saying anything bad about me, i haven't done anything bad recently.

Next to came down to the ring was Sasuke vs Temari. All i have to say is those boys i am going to give them a beating later. Hiding from me his swift release, i could think Naruto wanted to surprise me. But Sasuke had also combined his Katon and Raiton to form what i could only call a plasma blast so maybe calling it plasma release would make for a good name? Anyway i could not see any good reason for him to hide it away from me, other then to take advantage of it if we ever had a dual.

That was not reassuring in the less if you want my opinion. In the end he used it right of the bat over his kodachi, cutting through the girl wind release, her fan and finally her right arm leaving being nothing but a fuming stump of her previous arm. I immediately dropped down followed by Gaara who was now emitting killing intent toward Sasuke. Kankuro came next putting himself in front of his sister as if to protect her. I gave them i wry smile and turned to Sasuke. To see this one bowing down in apologies.

-I am sorry i didn't think this technique would be so destructive please forgive me, i will make it up to you one way or another.

The poor boy was shocked to have cut up someone who was barely older than him up like that. That was probably the first time he tested it in real condition too. I could not come to yell at him so i simply gave him a nod.

I moved pass Gaara to the cut arm before taking it up. I proceeded to go to Temari will Gaara wore a stunned expression. He probably had not thought i could actually be that fast. I opened a scroll with some medical equipments inside and took out a syringe.

-My healing technique can't help reattaches your arm, it has been too damaged for that but i can regrow it, only the pain will be greater then if you gave birth to you first born. So i'll need to give you this anesthetic to lessen the pain a maximum.

-You, why would you help? Didn't you hear you Kage we are at war.

-Maybe when we are in the arena fighting, but when we are not our respective village are supposedly allies. Now let me give you this and bite down of that.

She gave a nod to her two brother that were behind me ready to attack. I pricked her in each nerve of her shoulder and waited until she didn't feel anything before having her bite the wooden gag. After that i started to compose the mudras for my technique rebirth regeneration, this technique would cost me the majority of my chakra and i was not too happy to have to use it with that slimy snake in the same room as me.

Will in effect, i could see the pain on Temari face and the cold sweat all over her young body transpiring through her cloth. She probably was thankful for the anesthetic, since the pain was so strong now what would it be without it? After several minute her arm had been restored a new.

-Your new arm might feel weak for a few days, just do some daily exercise with it and it should go back to normal. Also you skin will be more sensible them normal for some time so i suggest putting on long sleeve until that has come down.

-Will my sister have any other side effects?

-Hum, if her new arm get hurt she might feel more pain on it since the nerves inside it are new too. Other than that nothing i can think of. Here have those pills that should help with growing back your muscles.

I smiled at Temari before taking of with my equipment. This would have been a big incident had it not been for me, i could see my Uchiha teammate brooding in a corner even if he had won this match. Well he had all the reason to do so, he used a highly offensive attack in a match that would not have been that serious for him to win. The boy knew i didn't hesitate to kill my enemies, but i hated excess violence for no reason.

I would later know that i should have punished Sasuke right then because Kakashi still dragged him away for some personal training right after the match would end. Well Naruto shall suffer for two then. After all only the strong can decide for the weak not the other way around.
