1 Power of a glance

'Ugh breakup sucks.' George mumbled to himself walking down the stairs,he was late to his class, he didn't notice a girl walking towards his direction and he knocked her down.

'What's wrong with you?!' George yelled at her, the girl apologized even though it was not her fault.

George glanced at her once and rushed to his class, it was Mrs.Roger's period,the strictest teacher in the school. But on the way to class he just couldn't stop thinking about the girl just saw.

'Why can't I take her out of my mind?', 'did I just get mesmerized by her?', ' Is she the one? ', 'Was that just a coincidence ?'.Millions of thoughts came flooding.

Due to him overthinking and wondering. He was late to his class, And Mrs.Roger wasn't happy about it. 'GET OUT!!', Mrs.Roger started to scream and curse.

'Ugh, why does this always happen to me!?' George mumbled.

After the class was over. George entered the class with a annoyed look on his face. Noticing this his best friend Ben said,'dude I can understand common cheer up, You know what is the opposite of ladies finger? It's mentoes, haha'. George smiled at him.,Ben was everybody's dream friend. George always thought he was lucky to have Ben as his friend, George didn't tell anything about the girl he met because he wanted to surprise him.

After 3 days of failing to find the mysterious girl. George was walking out of the cafeteria, when he saw a guy about to beat the mysterious girl, without giving it a second thought George marched right at him and hit the guy right at his face and left him with his nose bleeding.

The guy said,' you're gonna pay for this and left '

The mysterious girl introduced herself as Britney. 'HI thanks for helping me',she said.'Umm.that's fine ',George said. Then the bell rang both left the place. George just couldn't stop smiling thinking about Britney.

Not long after the principal called George, Jeff (guy who George was fighting with) and Britney to his chamber. George and Jeff were standing outside, as soon as Britney saw George she was filled with guilt. Britney asked George,'why did u help me?',she goes 'I'll tell the principal that you have nothing to do with this and hopefully he'll let u go, ok?'

George replied 'you don't have to worry about this, everything is in control just trust me'.. and I also have something to tell you...'

'What is it?' Said Britney

'Eversince I've laid my eye on you, I just cannot stop thinking about you, I thought I could keep myself busy in order to forget you,but that just doesn't seem to happen,I think I'm in love with you something in me tells me that you are the one,my soul mate, just think about it'

'So, why did you students fight in the cafeteria this noon?'the principal asked. Jeff stated 'Britney and I were discussing about some assignments,then Britney's boyfriend George thought that Britney was cheating on him with me, so George hit me'

'What do you have to say for this George?' Said the principal.

Seeing that Britney was really scared, George said ' I don't know who this girl is, neither does she, I and Jeff just have some personal issues, that's it.,and this girl(Britney) has nothing to do with it'. On hearing George's story the principal let go of Britney. Then the bell Rang and all students went home.

The principal held George and Jeff and suspended both for 1 week.

George felt really nervous after confessing his love for Britney. While he was walking down the stairs to go home suddenly somebody held his collar and took him back, it was Britney. George was shook, 'what happened ?'.said george

'Eversince I 've laid my eye on you,I just couldn't stop thinking about, you have fully occupied my brain and heart and I think nothing would be able to stop that,I Love you'

Both shared their first kiss right there. And george asked britney out for a date, and she said yes!

George was so excited to tell his friends about his date. So he first called his BFF Ben over. Ben was really happy for him but that didn't last long.

'And her name is Britney',said george

Ben was starting to get scared. 'Wh-which Britney, do I know her?!

'I don't think so!' said george

'Do you have a picture of her' asked Ben .

'Yes.I do' Said george.

George shows Britney's pic. Ben is shocked. 'OMG!. bruh the last person I want you to date is her'.said Ben.

'But why', exclaimed george.

Britney enters the room opening the door.

She is shocked seeing Ben.

Britney:'OMG!! Ben what are you doing here?'.

Ben: I should ask you that .

George: Guys what's going on?.

Britney: George, Ben is my brother!.

George: Really dude? Why didn't you tell me? And why do you want your sister to be the last person I date?.

Ben:I don't think this is gonna workout.

George: Why??.

Ben :Cause you get annoyed real easily. And damage in your relationship will cause damage to ours. I don't wanna lose a best friend like you.

George promises that nothing will cost their friendship. And Ben approves their relationship. And George, Britney and Ben are happy at last.

George and Britney enjoy their life.
