26 Chapter 26

Eyes opened wide Dante dropped the bag of clothes for the day, 20 minutes before Lilly's waken his mom called him out saying that he brought new pairs of clothes. Gently standing up he kissed Lilly's warm lips and headed down stairs. As he got to the lobby he immediately saw hi mom waving to him with a warm smile. They spoke for a few minutes and headed back up, slowly taking his time back up stairs he headed towards a subway store near the hospital. As they finished up he decided to head straight back to Lilly's private room.

Slowly sliding open the door he dropped the clothe bags in his right hand, her croaky voice saying hi pulled a heart string causing it to skip a beat. Dropping everything he ran up to the bed and started to cry in her chest.

"Thank you God for not taking her away..." Dante spoke as his cries filled the whole room.

Lightly lifting her hands Lilly patted his head trying to comfort him in any was that she could, as his tears finally came to an end he lifted his head up and filled Lilly with kisses.

"You have no idea how worried... I... was... If you hadn't woken... up... I would've... gone... crazy..." He said through all his kisses.

"I stop kissing me, I want water," Lilly deadpanned gently pushing Dante away, "I'm also hungry."

"You...you want food over your boyfriend?!" Dante questioned acting as if her were being replaced by food.

Not wanting to play around Lilly glared at Dante, whenever food was involved Lilly would never joke, seeing that Lilly didn't want to joke he lightly kissed her lips and headed towards the door where he dropped everything. Quickly picking everything he handed her the bag of sandwiches and gently creased her cheeks.

Remembering that he hadn't called in anyone to check Lilly he quickly called for a nurse saying that Lilly had woken and at this very moment she was eating. Hearing Dante say that Lilly was finally awake the nurses quickly called Daisy and Josh who arrived in no time.

"You!!! Lilly Amelia Wu! how can you so be reckless?!" Josh questioned as soon as he arrive into the private hospital room.

Hearing her brother's scolding Lilly started to cough uncontrollably, after she calmed down she threw a pen on a desk beside her hitting him straight in the forehead.

"Who told you to ruin my food?! Look at this you made me spit some out!" Lilly yelled not giving her older brother face in front of his wife and Dante.

Just as Josh was about to fight back Daisy quickly stopped him saying that even if she were in bed right now she would still be able to beat him with one hand tied behind her back. Finally calming down Josh took a seat and watched silently as Lilly finished the sandwich, just as she finished Lilly's stomach started to loudly rumble.

"I'm hungry..." Lilly said as she licked her finger getting rid of the access crumbs on her fingers.

"I'll go and buy some more, for now be good and let then give you a check up." Dante said as he lightly laughed at Lilly before heading out to go buy more food for Lilly.

As soon as Dante left the air in the room became heavy. Lilly looked up and her eyes lightly lit up, what she said at the very next moment both Josh and Daisy became shocked.

"When are you guys going to tell me about the new baby in the oven?" Lilly questioned as she placed her hand on her chin, "I'm sure you haven't told anyone right?"

Looking at his sister with disbelief Josh loudly gulped and turned towards Daisy who was doing the same thing. In all the years that he had been a doctor the only person who could out beat him was Tyra and Lilly who would catch anything having to do with the health.

"He seems to already be 3 months old." Lilly continued to say as she looked at Daisy up and down.

Although at this moment Daisy was wearing thick clothes Lilly could still tell that Daisy was carrying a baby in her womb. for almost 2 whole months Josh and Daisy tried to stay away from Lilly for this exact reason but no matter what they did at this moment the were still shocked that she was able to figure out that now only was she carrying a boy, she was already into the 3 month of pregnancy.

"Ugh...keep this a secret...we want to surprise the family before announcing anything about this child." Josh sighed as he walked up to his sister's bed and gently ruffled her hair.

Feeling that they really wanted to keep this one a surprise Lilly nodded her head and smiled, right at this moment Dante had just arrived in the room only to see Lilly smiling while speaking with her elder brother and sister. Smelling the food Lilly looked up and motioned for Dante to hurry up and bring the two bags full of sandwiches and some other things.

As soon as she finished with everything Lilly sighed feeling full, when the others saw that she didn't seem to have any problems after waking up Josh told her that she could leave the next morning. With only Dante and Lilly in the room left Dante felt energy depleting. Lightly falling on top on Lilly she light snores could be heard gently breathing. Not wanting to disturb his rest Lilly gently moved him off of her body and next to hers with a lot of work.

A few hours later Lilly could hear foot steps loudly coming near her room causing her to gently sigh, trouble was about to arrive...

As soon as she finished signing the door to her room opens loudly 4-5 people stood at the door way tears rolling down their cheeks. Gently lifting a hand she shushed them and pointed to Dante who was gently sleeping while hugging her waist tightly, which didn't cause her any uncomfortable feelings.

"Y...you wicked girl!" Ashley cried walking faster to Lilly's bed.

That day when Lilly had been kidnapped no matter what she did she couldn't feel at ease, her husband had did everything he could in order to calm her down and get her to rest but all she replied was, "how can I rest while my daughter has been missing? For all I know she could be abused!"

How could Lilly not feel bad for her mom who was once full of spirits at this moment looking pale with worries for her.
