12 Chapter 12

As he finished yelling at the soldiers Dante walked towards the water faucet and washed up, after awhile he headed back to the campsite and lied down for awhile until they called for him to go and eat.

As the Sun came out Dante slept in the barracks he heard a loud bang outside so he quickly got up and headed outside wanting to see what was going on, by the time he had gone outside all his man had already came out to see what the commotions was.

Looking at the far distance Dante could see groups of snipers hiding near the tress, and in the far back he saw 2 tanks, as soon as he turned around he ordered his men to hurry up and get ready to attack. As they finished getting things ready Dante lead his men to the front and waited for the right time to send out the tanks. Turning his head around he took out his hand gun and shot it towards one of the snipers hidden behind the trees, they got a few men down but the shots weren't life killing, quickly changing the hand gun to a sniper he shot it towards the remaining snipers and sent out the tanks to charge out of the campsite.

As soon as the ambush was over the last to be standing were Dante and his soldiers, they breathed out loudly and waited for the general to give some orders. Seeing the men looking at him with anticipation Dante turned and shouted Victory! hearing their General shout victory the soldiers cheered and started to do a head count for the injured and the ones who died in this surprise ambush.

In total there was 10 who got injured and none who died, in all of his leading he never had anyone who died in his leadership so he felt really proud. After cleaning everything up Dante ordered his men to go and rest. While walking around the camp he remembered that he couldn't go back home for another 2 days, slowly taking his time looking around the camp ground Dante decided to keep watch in case there was another surprise attack.

About an hour of waiting Dante got someone to take his place of keeping watch while he goes back into the barracks to rest his eyes and maybe call Lilly Who at this time was just waking up and had been tired of from the night before.

The phone rung loudly causing the soldiers to look at their general and see who he was calling and why his face seemed to be brighter then usual, he just sat on his bed and stared at his phone wanting to quickly talk to Lilly, the phone's light glared off of his face and pressed for face time, he then plugged in his head phones and waited for her to pick up his call.

After a few seconds Lilly picked up the call and smiled, she waved her hand lightly at the man in the darkness and held back her laughter, seeing that Lilly was getting ready early in the morning he felt like his life was complete.

"When do you think you're coming back?" Lilly questioned as she placed the phone down and started to put on her natural make up, at the same time she felt like Dante didn't hear her instead she felt like he was just staring at her.

"Babe, are you listening to me or are you going to continue to stare at me like I'm a doll?" Lilly questioned putting down her nude lipstick and waved her hand in front of the camera.

"Hmm?oh yea I was listening...I'll come back the next the day, gramps has already said that I only have 2 days left and tonight is the final night that i'm staying here so wanna go on a date just the two of us when I come back?" Dante asked as he slowly shifted his body only to find most of his men staring at him.

Slowly getting up Dante walked out of the barracks and headed towards another barrack but smaller that was meant for him but he didn't want to use it since he felt like there was no need to hide anything form them but now that Lilly was in the picture he felt like he should go and use it since he wanted to be the only one looking at her while she was putting on her make up or doing anything that he didn't want others seeing.

While on the way to his new room Dante talked to Lilly even while she was eating breakfast and driving down to Queenz, when she arrived to her office the two still continued to talk until she completely finished working with everything on her desk.

"Babe, will you cook me something when I get home? or I can also cook for you if you want, my cooking is top chef you know." Dante smirked as he acted like a cocky fool.

"Why not try your cooking, you seem very confident in it so let's go eat at my restaurant...you'll be the head chef for the day." Lilly suggested as she placed her hands on her chin and waited for his answer.

"Why not...but why don't we make things a little more interesting, let's have a contest. We can invite all our family and friends to judge which of our cooking is better." Dante smirked showing his pearl white rows of teeth.

"You jerk, I thought you said that you wanted a date just the two of us. You also said that when u get back we could go hunting. What the hell..." Lilly grumbled she then closed the phone leaving Dante to laugh at her reaction.

Dante quickly called her back and wanted to see her angry expression, as soon as she pick up the phone Dante smiled at her and his deep dimples appeared on his cheeks. While they continued to talk outside of the barrack that Dante stayed in had already begun to brightly be lit by the sun and outside of Lilly's office the stars shined lightly.

Just as the two hanged up the phone a soldier came to inform him that it was time for in to go back home, with those few words Dante had already stood up, he then went to a sink located on the side of the room and started to wash his face, while looking for a tooth brush he found both a tooth brush and tooth paste behind the mirror.

After washing his face Dante got his things ready and headed outside he then walked outside and waited for one of the guys to take him to he helicopter pad.
