Not paying any more head to the Administrator I start frivolously looking for the last skill I need, and I find it pretty quickly. Then I start asking some questions.
"How long is left until the shop disappears?" I ask the admin knowing he purposefully wasted some time while I couldn't see.
"Around 3 minutes" he replies while flicking some dust from under his fingernail
'System, Anything else I should buy?'

I just try to race against the clock as I find the last 2 remaining items. Luckily I am able to do it with little time remaining. The Administrator closes the shop as soon as I breathe a sigh of relief after buying the Well-Sharpened Sword. I then put it into my new inventory.
"Well your shopping time is done what do you want to do for the achievement you just got as well, you wanna wait to cash it in, or wanna do it now" The Administrator asks me
'System, what is the best course of action?'

"I would like a skill please!" I say with confidence
The Administrator looks a little disgruntled by my request and thinks for a bit, and he sits down, while I stare at him in anticipation. It takes him a long time before he responds and brings his hand up for me to shake.
"This should be a skill deserving of that Achievement" The Administrator says
I take his hand with excitement and wait to see the skill that he is going to give me.

I was honestly a little disappointed but I decided to check it out after the Administrator made his exit, but when I looked up from the blue screen he was already gone, with the only trace being a glint of a purple portal. So without any further delays, I decided to check my status for the first time.

I was looking at my status and I realized that I was going to be OP but one thing really irked me about my status.
'System, What is up with this 'Name: None', I have a name, right?' I asked the system, but I also thought back to my last life and realized that I couldn't remember my last name at all. It kinda freaked me out, but the system replied and brought me out of my thoughts.
[When God reincarnated you he got rid of your name so you could pick it. He forgot to tell you]
'That doesn't surprise me at all' I thought and started to think of a good name to pick. It didn't take long before I found it.
'System How do I pick the name I want?' I ask not really knowing what to do

I get taken out of everything when I hear screaming, I mean I was hearing this the whole time but now that everything was kinda sorted I was taken out of my thoughts by it. And then I was reminded that I should get back to work, I don't wanna die anytime soon.
'System, What is the most optimal thing to do next?' I ask as I did before
[Buy Scentless Powder from the shop and meditate until the 3rd Tutorial then hunt in Tokyo's Subway system]
The system gave me more info than I was expecting, but I am not arguing against it after the gains I have acquired in such a short time so I get to work. I find the powder and buy it for 100 Points. It wouldn't have been if I didn't buy the skills and Inventory. I spread the powder on myself and start getting to work on Master Of Mana as well as Meditation since they are the only skills I have at 0.00% Proficiency.

My Proficiency for Master of Mana stopped going up so I switched to Dragon Body. While I was still working away at my skills I got taken out of my thoughts by a Notification that was not about my Proficiencies.

I get up and start making my way to a subway entrance while taking a look at my status to see how much my proficiencies went up by. A black screen showed up in front of me.
