20 TA: The Awakening Part 2, The Dreamscape

Alex was currently standing on a dark platform that was 200 meters in diameter all alone. It was levitating on the air and was surrounded by Dark Pillars that had many Scribbles that Alex cannot understand or it was just an Extinct Ancient Language that was on its body.

Alex looks around notice that she was not in the cabin with her brother, She couldn't help but be anxious but when she remembered her brother words about being calm in an unknown situation would make Alex survival rate increase by 50%.

"The Court is now starting Little girl, You should be honest when the JUDGE is questioning you" A Weird Ancient and Distorted voice was heard by Alex. She felt a cold sweat coming from her forehead when she heard the creepy voice. Alex slowly turns around and saw a Giant Eyeball that has 7 dark wings on it each side, The wings also had hundred of small eyes in it which makes the Giant Eyeball in front of her horrifying.

The Giant Flying Eyeball was staring at Alex menacingly but Alex wasn't afraid, The word fear was eliminated by her being when she was training with her brother who doesn't give her mercy.

"Who are you?" Alex asked while staring at the Eyeball not showing fear on her eyes, This was very weird for the Eyeball monster when it didn't sense any fear in the little girl that was in front of it. The Giant Eyeball stares at Alex and the two eyes met as they continued staring on each other, The Platform was in silence until the Giant Eyeball Finally talked.

"I am the JUDGE, You are currently in the Court. Be honest or you will fall in the depths of the Abyss." The JUDGE said with its Distorted Ancient voice, Alex was still staring at the JUDGE not understanding what it meant. Why is she in this court and what did she do to be in here?

"You are suspected on being the Next Devil in line after the Last Devil, I hope you will be honest little girl. This interrogation will decide if you can get out of here Alive." The JUDGE said while looking at Alex with its Giant Eyeball, What made it more creepier was that All eyeballs that were in the wings were also staring at her.

The two were in silence as the Dark Platform was currently levitating with the Pillars circling it. Alex was very curious on what was happening, Why is she here?, And when did she become a Devil? Do Devils even exist but considering the fact an Giant Eyeball with 7 Dark wings was staring at her she will take them as real.

"I don't understand, I know I am being Judge when I heard what your name is but when did I become a Devil?" Alex asks the JUDGE, She was really confuse on the events that were happening and why was she called Devil. Of course she remembered her parents saying that she was a Devil but as long as her Brother exist she doesn't care about the opinion of Strangers. She was also confident on being a human since nothing about her shouts Devil other than killing people which could be done by ordinary people.

"A Devil is something or Someone powerful that isn't chained by responsibilities that are given by fate and the universe itself, There are many powerful individuals than it but all of them had their own responsibilities. The Devil is one of the powers that was called a Sovereign, There are many Sovereign that is a little bit powerful than it but in the end. The Devil is free to do or go anywhere and anything it wants, It isn't a creature from hell but a creature that loves freedom" The JUDGE said while staring at Alex with its eyeballs, Alex tilted her head and stares back at the JUDGE.

"Hearing your explanation, I have another question what is a Sovereign why are you talking as if the Devil is part of the so called Sovereign" Alex asked the JUDGE that was in front of her.

"A Sovereign isn't someone, It is a classification of Classes or Specification of a certain someone that is given an Extra ordinary power. You were given the Sovereign of a Devil and Like what you heard we are Extremely careful on the next Sovereign of a Devil" The JUDGE said as it looks at Alex with its Giant Eyeball.

"Then why do you say as if it is a bad thing to have a Devil" Alex said, From what the JUDGE said. A Devil is only a creature that leaves freely in reality itself and had no some kind of responsibilities unlike other Beings or Sovereigns.

"The Last Devil killed many Sovereigns and creating an Alliance between demons. This initiated the Crusades which was initiated for 12 times until he was stopped on the 13th Crusade. The Crusade destroyed thousands of worlds with it and the casualties were quintillions of lives, which cause a huge overpopulation in the Purgatory. This Overpopulation activated the purge in the Purgatory Erasing 50% of the Quintillions of souls that were in the purgatory at once." The JUDGE said as he sighed on the problem the last Devil gave them.

"Wow, The Devil really cause you a lot of problems" Alex couldn't help but be surprise, The JUDGE couldn't help but be shocked on how calm this little girl was.

"Then do you know about the Izan Axis?" This was the last question Alex had, The organization the kidnapped her and imprison her on a damn dark room.

"Izan Axis? I remembered that this organization was a gathering of Supremacist coming from any race or gender. They were considered as Crazy during the past time and the whole organization was disbanded but there were a lot of branch that came from many different worlds that didn't disband and just continued running?" The JUDGE answered Alex's question.

"Thank you for answering my question" Alex smiled towards the JUDGE.

"Its okay, The court will start I hope you will be honest" The JUDGE said, When Alex heard the JUDGE what followed his words was the sound of Bells ringing and it didn't stopped until 10 minutes passed. Alex was using her hands to cover her two ears because the bell was too noisy.

"You better be honest Little Girl" The JUDGE said towards Alex.

"Okay" Alex said while nodding, The JUDGE nodded after seeing Alex agreeing with him. This Trial was made due to the other beings worried about the next Devil giving them problems. The JUDGE shakes his huge Eyeball and the Court was officially starting.

"What is your name?" The JUDGE asks for Alex name.

"Alex Sinclair" Alex said while still staring at the JUDGE's huge eyeball.

"What is your current age?" The JUDGE asks for Alex age.

"10 years old"

"Where do you live?" The JUDGE asks for Alex address.

"I live with my brother"

"Who is this Brother?" The JUDGE was curious on who this brother was, He must be a great guy considering that his sister was facing him unafraid.

"Leo Sinclair"

Hearing Alex's answer, The JUDGE felt a cold sweat coming from his spine, He knows that he probably heard this name somewhere but he kinda forgot about it. He decided to forget about it and continued the interrogation.

"Who do you Love?" Love was the sweetest poison that even gods die because of it, The JUDGE was curious on who this little girl in front of him Love.

"My Brother" Alex answered with a straight face as if it was spitting facts.

The JUDGE choked himself when he heard Alex's answer, He didn't know what it meant but it was probably something or some kind of Familial Love.

"Who do you Hate?" Hate was something opposite of Love, But it wasn't a poison like Love and it wasn't sweet either.

"The one who touches my brother without his permission" Alex said with an Innocent face.

The JUDGE was very shocked when he heard Alex's answer, Like what the fuck is wrong with this girl. He sighed and just continued on his question.

"*Cough* What do you think about life?" Many think differently about Life what does this little girl think about it, Was the JUDGE thoughts.

"Something Alive"

"What will you do when you get extreme power" This kind of question is very controversial but in the end this kind of power corrupts a mortal mind.

"Unlimited Powaaa!!!" Alex raises her hand pretending something to come of it and shouted the word that was Taught to her by her brother.

'My Eyes! Wait what? What the hell is happening' The JUDGE thought to himself, The two were in silence until the JUDGE continued to ask Alex.

"Do you think its okay to destroy a world?"

"If my brother ordered me to destroy a world, I would destroy it using any means that is possible" Alex said with her innocent eyes looking at the Flying Giant Eyeball.

"Do you know that you have the power of a Devil?"

"Yes I know, You just told me a while back"

"What is the strongest power you could think of?" There are many people that think many different strongest power the JUDGE was curious on what the little girl opinion about the strongest power.

"Lov- No, My brother said that the strongest Power is High Ground" Alex said while gripping her fist, She promises herself on achieving the High Ground that her brother was talking about.

"Are you good or evil?"

"I don't know" Alex shakes her head, She didn't know if she could call her self as a good person but she also didn't know if she was a bad person, All she could think of was what her brother would think when her brother was asked by this kind of question.

The JUDGE sighed and wrote everything that Alex said during the Interrogation on a ancient book. The two were in silence until the JUDGE felt something weird, He looks at the sky that was forming a storm.

"Who dares to invade my Territory" The JUDGE shouted towards the sky, Alex was surprise when she heard the JUDGE shouting and looks at the sky with him. She could see a humanoid figure slowly descending from the sky.

"JUDGE, you should not intervene my business" A woman's voice was heard from the sky, Alex looks at the figure and saw a Young girl that has a Pitch black hair and Purple eyes. She was wearing a white simple dress and slowly descended from the sky.

"Deus Exmachina!!, Now that I remember Le-" The JUDGE was about to say something but was stopped by the Young girl in front of him.

"You should not speak with that word, JUDGE. You are asking for a death penalty" The young dark haired girl said, The JUDGE realize that he had a guest today and looks towards Alex.

"Little girl, It is nice to meet you. For disturbing your time I will give you a gift that was proven to be worthy to you" The JUDGE said while a white ball of light exited from his Giant Eyeball then head towards Alex while floating.

"What is this and who is that Big sister over there" Alex asks what the Bright ball of light was while asking who the young girl that was floating on the sky.

"This is what I call a Lie Detector, Nothing can't go through it undetected. And if you want to asked who that young Lady floating in the sky you should ask her" The JUDGE explains the ability he gave to Alex and change the topic about the name of the young lady that was floating in the sky.

"Its time for you to go back little Alex, Your brother is waiting for you" The dark haired girl smiles towards Alex and patted her, She was currently in front of Alex and was patting her head.

"I can go home?" Alex asks excitedly, She was very worried about not going home and leaving her brother behind. She obviously didn't want that which was why she was happy when she heard about an exit.

"Of course you can, Your brother is waiting for you" The dark haired girl said towards Alex.

After patting Alex, The dark haired girl then proceeds to open a portal that had the same design as the GATE. Alex tilted her head when she saw the portal created by the Big sister in front of her.

"This is my Gift for your Birthday" The Dark haired girl gently smiles towards Alex and gave her a Black Scarf. Alex holds the scarf and hugs it with her hands.

"Thank you big sister" Alex smiled towards the Dark haired girl.

"Your Welcome, You should go home your brother is worried about you and is waiting for you in the other side" The Dark haired girl waves her had at Alex who was in front of the portal.

"Big sister, what is your name?" Alex asks while standing in front of the Purple Portal.

"My name? I will tell you if you keep it a secret" The dark haired girl said while smiling as she was staring at Alex with her Purple eyes.

"I will keep it a secret" Alex nodded, She was very good on keeping a promise. She was also curious on who the Dark haired girl in front of her was. The Dark haired girl smiles and spoke to Alex about her name.

"The name that was given to me is Charlotte" Before Alex could say a word, She was now inside the portal and was currently exiting the dreamscape.
