TA: Skill Training Part 3, GATE Labyrinth

In a Dark Cavern devoid of light, A black knife that was very hard to see due to the darkness was spinning rapidly for some reason. As the black knife spins faster, A golden lightning was slowly starting to form with the black knife. The Black Knife was spinning very fast with the Golden Lightning joining it creating a Bright Flash of light that almost covered the whole Cavern.

When the Bright flash of light disappeared in the darkness, What replace it was a human figure that was currently looking around the Cavern. A bright light forms in his hand slowly forming into some Flashlight.

"It's so dark here" Leo said as he look around the Dark Cavern, There was literally no light in this underground place.

"Charlotte Activate the builder Mode" Leo said towards Charlotte, Builder Mode was the new thing that he got from the Max rank Creation skill.

The Builder mode is something that records everything that Leo wants to build, It is like downloading and when Leo uses it he was like Uploading the thing that he Downloaded. The Builder mode was a powerful skill but considering that this was the S rank technique that was given when his Creation skill got maxed out.

The Cavern was still devoid of light, Leo was waiting for Charlotte's voice to come out as he just looks around in this Dark mysterious Cavern.

[Builder Mode Activated] Leo could hear Charlotte's emotionless and monotone voice.

[Let us Build Leo] Charlotte said towards Leo, Leo smiles when he heard Charlotte's words and saw a notification.

Leo saw the words that was listed in the notifications, He couldn't help but remember the games that he played on his old world. They were Games that had something like having a war against other factions or sometimes aliens, the Games were very fun.

"The Main Buildings should be the most Important buildings" Leo said as he looks at the Types of buildings that he could build.

The first type was Main Buildings, This was the foundation of his Base or Secret hideout. As long as the Main exist the Base itself can be rebuilt easily.

The second type was Production Buildings, He was supposed to gain materials for building his Base in the Production buildings which makes it the Second most important Buildings on his Base.

The third type was Basic Buildings, There are a lot of things Leo could think of but the whole thing about this is that the Basic buildings would buff his whole base which is good and this would make his base grow.

The Last type or the fourth type was Special Buildings, Leo's experience on games makes him think that the Special Buildings is where the most weird but useful buildings would come from.

"Now its time to build, The Cavern is perfectly in 2500 kilometers Diameters and probably the height of this Cavern is 50 kilometers" Leo said preparing to build his buildings.

"And when I think about it, 10 kilometers Below me is the Mantle" Leo said as he looks at the floor. This Cavern was very near the Mantle which was very dangerous.

[Don't worry Leo, This Cavern as you guest is completely surrounded by a special metal which is why the Cavern is still safe even if million of years past] Charlotte said with her monotone voice, Leo sighed in relief when he heard her. He didn't want some Crack to just break in this Cavern and fill it with Lava.

"Charlotte teleport me to the Center of this Cavern" Leo said as he prepares himself. When you build a base, You must build it with style. This was why Leo wants to put the Main buildings in the Center.

[Understood] Charlotte said with her emotionless voice.

Leo teleported to the center of the Cavern he found himself still engulf in Darkness, Leo then opens his Interface and chooses the Main buildings.

『Main Buildings』

[Command Base: A Dome like structure and the Center of Leo's base, This Command Center is 100 kilometers in Diameter and 20 kilometers in Height. This Massive building will be the Command Center and has control over the Territory of claimed by Leo which means the Whole Cavern.]

[Energy Reactor: This Structure will be built automatically inside the Command Base, This Energy Reactor is a Round structure that is 10 kilometers in Diameter and 5 kilometers in height. This Building would be the Heart of Leo's base, The power that this Structure is 1,000,000 times more than a Nuclear Reactor or Nuclear Plant.]

[Military Base: This Structure would be responsible of Leo's base Safety, The responsibility of this Base is to protect the whole Base that was made by Leo. This Military Base can also attack anything if Leo wants it to attack something.]

[Research Center: This Structure would research and will make Leo's technology advance further. This will help Leo on Creating Weapons or Creating something that could save lives.]

[Human Resources: Leo can Edit anything from Human Genetics and perfect it without any harmful side effects, The Human Resources was a Homunculus research center but when they succeeded on the research the name was change. The Humans that is produce in this Structure is 1000 per day max, The homunculus would be perfectly loyal to Leo. Leo must treat this New humans like his children so that their loyalty would solidify.]

Leo sighed when he reads the whole description of each buildings, The most building he was worried was the Human resources. He will just build this building when his Age is 16, No matter how Leo see it in his mind. It is impossible to be loyal on some kid which is why he decided to Build the Human Resources when he is old enough.

2 Years is enough for him to build an Army with the Human resources.

"Charlotte, build the Command Base, Energy Reactor and Research Center" Leo said towards Charlotte, The Military Base is no use without the human resources. He would just build this structure at the same time as Human resources.

[Command Base, Energy Reactor, and Research Center is Constructing] Charlotte said with her monotone voice.

A bright light forms in the Ground slowly growing and forming into some Structure, Leo was watching the Command Base Slowly building itself. He looks around and starts to wander, The Construction will take very long but Leo had patience to wait.

"Charlotte, How did you get the Technologies and Buildings?" Leo ask, The builder mode and the buildings that were in the Interface are complete which means all of it is from knowledge to technology is complete.

[In order to Activate the Builder mode, Leo's 1000 gold is taken as compensation] Charlotte spoke to him with her Emotionless voice.

Leo was surprise on what the Builder mode cost but what made him curious was the 1000 gold. He didn't use it even once and he didn't even check the Item shop, Leo didn't have time and was so focus on his training that he forgot about the shop.

"Charlotte, What can I buy in the shop with that money?" Leo asked, He didn't check the shop so he wants to know what the hell the Item shop was selling.

[You can buy 10 ships that could destroy the Planet but you don't have authorization to own such things, The only things you can buy is Weapons, Armors, Potions, and Accessories] Charlotte said with her usual monotone voice.

"Well, That is disappointing. Is this hypocrisy when you want the Apocalypse to happen faster than normal" Leo sighed, The hypocrisy he was thinking was something he didn't even thought before. Leo knew that the apocalypse in this new world is much harder than the old world when he discovered the existence of some otherworldly monsters.

"Charlotte can you teleport me to the GATE you were talking about" Leo said towards Charlotte, He was curious on what this GATE was. This may be an Ancient Alien Technology and would be useful in adding new technology on his research.

[1250 kilometers on Leo's left is the location of the GATE, Teleportation will now be activating] Charlotte said with her emotionless and monotone voice.

Leo just waited for the Teleportation to be activated and the whole Cavern was in silence. He looks at the Command Base combine with 2 other structure that is still constructing. It was very weird since the way this buildings where built is like a Bright light forming into some building and solidifying itself as it turns into a structure.

"I wonder when I would bring Alex here" Leo smiles and remembered Alex, He really hopes that this project of his will be complete. He also wants to train his skills but training them is very easy.

[Teleporting in 3...2....1] Leo heard Charlotte monotone voice, He smirks as he disappeared from his spot.

A human figure was in front of a weird looking structure that looks like a GATE, The Human figure was holding his chin with his hand. He looks curiously at the GATE, as the whole place was filled with silence the Human Figure finally talk.

"This thing is really weird" Leo looks at the GATE that was in front of him. This structure is the only thing he didn't understand except for Charlotte's way of doing things.

The GATE was bigger that Leo's Command base, It was 400 kilometers in width and 40 kilometers in height. The GATE was really big like how the hell does this thing work, And the Center of the GATE or the Entrance was filled with a Purple portal that looks like Nether portal from Minecraft.

"Charlotte do you know who built this thing and also, Please tell me its uses" Leo said towards Charlotte who was silent and still didn't answer Leo. Leo waited for Charlotte to answer until he heard a notification.

[Processing Request....]

[Authorization is Approved]

[Information is Loading] Leo heard many of Charlotte's monotone voices in the Notification and sighed, Charlotte was still trying to tell herself if Leo's authorization is okay which was okay considering on what Leo heard.

[GATE: A teleportation structure that was made by the Ancient Ones to transfer their armies. This Structure was use as the replacement of things like FTL device from fictions, Trying to move in a speed of light with an Object is near impossible and the question is that if the Device and the people inside it Survives being at the Speed of Light]

"So this is a Teleportation Device that is used to transfer armies in this Alien Civilization, This GATE is something that could replace FTL travel instead of travelling on speed of light. This Alien Civilization just built a teleportation machine which is more faster that FTL and more safer. And the Last thing on the Description is what made me confuse, I just thought that there is shields that would protect the people from the Speed but it seems that this Alien Civilization didn't make it or it was impossible to make it." Leo said while still looking at the GATE.

[Ancient Ones: This race was a race that controlled many Galaxies including the Milky way, They were a very technological advance race but this made them arrogant and made war with something or someone they shouldn't have. It was the Last Devil which destroyed countless of worlds and 12 Universes, This Race murdered one of the Last Devil's fleet which cause his hatred towards the Ancient Ones and he declared war on them.]

[The Ancient Ones were very powerful and manage to repel the Last Devil out of the Current Universe with the help of other Sovereigns which was a very good feat but the Price was something that destroyed the whole Race as a whole] Charlotte said with her monotone voice.

"The Ancient Ones created the GATE but all of them was killed because of something like Alex's predecessor" Leo said, He was surprise on such history doesn't this mean Alex in this new world was something more.

[But the ones that destroyed them was something more, It was the Locust Swarm] Charlotte continued with her emotionless voice.

"What the Fuck, Charlotte what do you mean?" Leo furrowed his brows, The fucking name was very obvious. Leo knows what it means, This enemy that destroyed the whole Ancient ones were fucking race that is the same as Tyranids from Warhammer40k, Flood from HALO, or Zerg from Starcraft.

Leo still didn't hear Charlotte's voice and his face was very serious. Leo looks through his phone and saw the Dome which was pitch black, The windows of the Dome had a bright crimson neon lights which makes the whole Dome cool.

"Lets proceed on PROJECT SAFEHOUSE" This Project was the last project he didn't want to do but considering he was already building a base, Why not do the project in his free time.
