"Admiral Neptune, What is this? What do you mean by GATE" Jeanne had many questions inside her mind waiting to be answered. She looks at Neptune hoping for an answer about the shit that is currently happening.

Seeing her confused, Neptune just smiled and stares at the GATE. It's purple portal was radiating its colors towards the two, Such technology needs to be use by humans.

"Let's give you a history lesson then." Neptune smiled and sat on some couch, Jeanne followed and sat with him. Neptune picks up a tea cup and puts tea in it, He drinks it with elegance while Jeanne was waiting patiently.

"This GATE was discovered by the Germans during world war 2, It was mystical to them and they sought on how it works. This discovery and with the help of Prussian Scientist, They unlock one of its millions of veils. And with this the German Empire manage to turn the tide of war" Neptune said towards Jeanne.

"But I thought the German Empire won using their superior engineering and their War tactics" Jeanne stares at Neptune with doubt.

"Well most of it is true since German engineering did unlock the veil of the GATE, And their war tactics played a good part during the War but did you think they could defeat many countries with some more superior than them in industrialization." Neptune smiled since he doubt his boss when he heard it himself.

"The America was just selling their weapons and had no plan on joining the war, They were like the businessman in world war 2. All the money they got was contributed towards the American economy which made them a super power unlike the Old empires who was falling apart."

"The Soviet was still busy solving their civil war and the red army was still fighting the other armies, With the Japanese fueling their war machines with the oil they got by building the first oil rig and from the import that came from America."

"But the whole Europe was conquered by the German Empire abolishing the 2 Old Empires, The German Empire spent a whole decade contributing to other nations that was conquered so that the citizens could integrate perfectly towards their Empire" Neptune stopped for a moment to have a sip on his tea and then continued.

"The Izan(Just read it backwards) Axis was created by some fascist who failed in an Austrian Art School, They were composed of high talented individuals that came all around the world. They look at themselves as if they were higher than a human being. This Izan Axis people came from all around the world with its members like Europeans, Americans, Asians, Russians, And Africans"

"While this was happening, their target was the German Empire splitting it apart by some radical views that was banned by the whole world. When the current Emperor of the German Empire died, the whole Europe was struck by many problems. They considered their Emperor as the greatest Emperor that exist but what would happen if he died? This questions were all around the Europeans during this time."

"Then year 1950 happen, A coup struck. Killing the many politicians that came from Europe, this made their problem even worse. The military decide to take its place to govern the empire temporarily until a general initiated a Coup d'etat that was leaded by Adolf Sedah. He uses his power to control part of the military overthrowing the whole constitution. He made his father the Emperor of the Empire and made a genocide that was unforgivable for mankind."

"The remaining German generals lead a resistance with the other regions Generals known as Britain and France. They used their power to fight back against the Izan as it took 2 years for the war to end, The German generals return back to German territory not planning to lead the Empire."

"The whole world thought that Europe would break apart after all that war and experience, But a girl that came from the country side took the role as Empress. And rename the German Empire as The European Union"

"The nations that existed before the world war was given back their own territory but instead of nations they were called Regions. The whole Europe ban together in one flag and rebuild their home and cities"

"Her name was Empress Europa, The first Empress of Europe. The restoration age happen, Many citizens had gotten their jobs back and the economy of the European Union flourish"

"The other countries around the whole world notices the fast restoration of Europe this made them threatened. This was the reason the whole world applied the Age of Unions, Many countries created their whole union."

"And many more things happen." Neptune stopped talking as he puts his tea cup on top of the table, He notices that he was far from the subject and smiles towards Jeanne who was still waiting for him to continue.

"It seems I have gotten far away from our conversation" Neptune said, While Jeanne nodded. He was literally explaining history towards her who came from Babylon.

"Well, It started on the middle ages. This was the words of our scientist and with many proofs this was the only theory that could be said 85% true. In the middle ages, The GATE activated itself on its own just like in the year 2000."

"The theory states that the GATE has open itself for 5 times during the Human civilization and before the current gate open, It open itself in year 1000. The theory was about ordinary people gaining powers that could defy the law of physics."

"The Witch?" Jeanne said towards Neptune, Neptune nodded and continued the current theory the scientist have.

"Yes, You are right. The age of the witches and warlocks, The evil that was burned by the church. They were the ordinary individuals that gained their powers, Some either fall for it and got corrupted while some who can't control it became insane." Neptune said as his words became cold.

"We have them in our grasps but only 2 of them can be freed on the outside world while the remaining needed something to keep their sanity in. It is also said that our GATE aren't the only gate that existed in this world"

"Then if the powers is true. Aren-t" Jeanne couldn't help but stutter since she was fast on getting the same page as Neptune.

"Stopped it Jeanne, We don't know what happen to you but you are one of the two that can keep their sanity in check. The other one is Gilgamesh, A girl that is 10 years old homeless orphan. The soldiers found her during the fight with a terrorist near our borders, She was found in the middle of bodies that were cut in half."

"The soldiers thought that she was crazy but after detaining and interrogating her. The interrogators conclude the case as self defense and after 3 months of investigation we found out that she was tamed than the other subjects."

"With the recent experiments, Her powers seems to be controlling objects. It was very incredible but it has a lot of weakness, The Gravity. The more weight an object has the more focus and if she tries to overwork herself there would be a backlash in her getting Coma for 2 days." Neptune said as he shakes his head since the one that they were experimenting was just a kid.

"What do you want me to do, Admiral" Jeanne looks at Neptune with a serious face, Her fear last time just disappeared as if it didn't exist. She knows that Neptune was probably asking for her favor.

Hearing Jeanne, Neptune smiled and took out his brief case. He unlocks the locks that had a passcode and opens the briefcase. He took out a piece of paper and puts it on top of the table. Jeanne was curious on what Neptune took out from his brief case and looks at him with a questioning face.

"What is in the paper, Admiral Neptune" Jeanne said and stares at Neptune with a squinted eyes. Neptune chuckled on how brave the girl has become he founds it weird when she was just stuttering a while ago.

"You will be the guardian of Gilgamesh. You will take care of her and be her legal guardian, With this she will be called European. And many generals don't want to take care of her." Neptune said.

"Wha-"

"Hello there" A woman's voice could be heard. Jeanne looks around and saw a very beautiful woman that has a grey hair and blue eyes. She was in a generals uniform and was smiling towards Neptune.

"General Rommel" Neptune said with a frown, Rommel was still smiling towards Neptune while Jeanne was surprise at the identity of the woman in front of her.

"What are you doing here?" Neptune asked, He really didn't want someone like her bothering with his work.

"I want to be Gilgamesh's guardian" Rommel said with her seductive voice, Neptune frowned when he heard what Rommel want.

"The orders from the higher up is to have Battalion Captain Jeanne to be the Guardian of Gilgamesh. You are too late, The higher ups had already made the decision and no one can change it" Neptune said coldly towards Rommel, Jeanne was surprise on how the Good Neptune turn into this Neptune.

"Hmm.. So that's what they said, It seems I was too late. I hope I was not bothering you Neptune" Rommel said as she blink her right eye towards him, Neptune still didn't speak and just waited for her too leave.

A moment later, Rommel finally left and Neptune sighed as he looks at the paper again. Jeanne was still staring at Neptune while Neptune was getting uncomfortable by her staring.

"*Cough* Lets continue" Neptune fake a cough while arranging the papers for becoming Gilgamesh guardian.

"Admiral Neptune, Did something happen between you two?" Jeanne said.

Neptune looks at Jeanne and notice her curious eyes, He just sighed and stopped arranging the papers.

"We were married"

"What? How the hell are you married and why are you looking at her like that if you were married" Jeanne was shocked

"It was becau-" Neptune was stopped before he could say his words.

"Sir, We have found a possible G-user" A soldier said while panting, He was running for the news to be heard by the admiral. It was a great news for the Babylon when another G-user arrive, This people were very powerful if they were the allies of the Babylon this would make the future very great among the G-users.

"A G-user?" Neptune raised an eyebrow. He was surprised when he heard a G-user, It has been a year since he heard about finding a new G-user.

"Yes sir, We found her from the archives that came from the Izan terrorist." The soldier said.

"Where did you find it?" The place where they found it was important since there could be a lot of good information there.

"Near the underground base that exploded. There was a part of the underground base that didn't explode and according from our hackers it was a backup base that would store everything from important information and useless information."

"Then who is it?" Neptune wanted to know who the new G-user was.

"Her name is Alex, Sir"
