18-The Test of the Strongest Part 5

In the Giant Iron Gates of the Ancient Stadium, A Stampede could be heard. The Sound Echoed throughout the Stadium and the ground shook as the Stampede gets closer. The Second War was about to start, All the prisoners had to do is take care of the Younglings. Meanwhile, Leo and Alex would take care of the Huge Monster.

The Huge Monster used its tail as a replacement for its missing legs, It was about to retreat but Alex was already waiting behind it. The Huge Monster was trapped by two strong individuals, It began retreating. The only problem the Huge Monster had was the fact that he was heading away from the Giant Iron Gates. The Reinforcement would be useless if they cannot help the Huge Monster to fight Leo and Alex.

It had many Tentacles, Its tail really divided into tentacles. It was standing in a weird way and its ugly face could be seen staring right at Leo. He was currently in front of the Huge Monster while Alex was behind it, They didn't attack first since the Huge Monster was currently on Guard. The Former Tail or Tentacles were dangerous and could possibly be lethal.

"BATTLE FORMATION!!" Douglas voice could be heard, He shouted towards the 20 prisoners. They Began raising their spears and pointing them towards the Giant Iron Gates. They covered themselves with their shields, The Semi-Phalanx Formation was created. Some of them were experiencing fear, but if they wanted to survive. They needed to abandon their fear and fight what is in front of them.

The Sound of the Stampeded got Louder, The Ground Shook more frequently. Most of the prisoners knew that the numbers of the enemy were replenished. The First Wave of the Monster took a lot of them since they were scattered, With the formation. They could help themselves and survive by trusting one another.

It took a while but the Figures could finally be seen, It was hundreds. The Younglings that killed a lot of them were hundreds. 2 or 3 times much larger than before, With this fact. The Morale of the Prisoners lowered deep in the ground, They were shaking in fear and the 5 Strongest Prisoners with them clearly notice it.

"DO YOU WANT TO SURVIVE??!!" Douglas shouted towards the Prisoners, Hearing his loud voice. The Prisoners turn their heads towards Douglas, They could see him carrying his axe without fear towards the Monster Younglings in front of them. Do they want to Survive? Do they want to exit this Hell Hole?

"YES!!!" All of the Prisoners shouted. The 20 Prisoners were the Main Force, The Support Prisoners would take care of the Main Force's back. The 5 Strongest Prisoners would sweep the whole younglings. The only job the Main Force had was to block the Monsters with their weapons and shields. They Shouted in Vigor hearing Douglas, Their Morale was now back.

"IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE, KILL THIS MONSTERS!!!! KILL THE BASTARDS THAT TOOK A LOT OF OUR COMRADES!!!!" Douglas shouted while pointing his Axe towards the Monsters in front of them. The Human Hybrid Dog Monsters was very ugly, He needed something that could make his troops angry. The Monsters in front of him was a perfect target for that, Fear would be overcome by Hate. It was easy to turn this fear into hate, only a small push is needed.

"YES!!! KILL!! KILL!!" The 20 Prisoners kept saying two words. Their anger flame, The Dead bodies of the one they met was already in the ground getting devoured by the Monsters. They only met for one day, It was not enough for them to have deep feelings toward each other. But... Even 2 enemies could be friends when a new stronger enemy appeared in front of them.

'They really are noisy.' Leo thought to himself. The Prisoners were shouting the same word over and over again. It was to eliminate fear deep within their hearts, Leo knew that only Hate could overcome the fear. He didn't bother looking at them due to the Huge Monster's eyes focusing on him.

'A 15-year-old acting like that, It seems that this world isn't that simple after all.' Leo thought while clenching his daggers. The 5 strongest prisoners were about to fight the Younglings. They were strong, It was impossible for them to be this strong and smart at a young age. They were either kids that were raised to be like the current them or they had secrets they cannot tell.

'I don't have a business to find out about their secrets. Especially when the plan I wanted to succeed is slowly working.' Leo had a weird smile on his face. He had a plan in his head for a while, It took him a lot of time to decide if this plan would go on or not. Of course, with the current situation. It was obvious that Leo decided to go on with this plan, It was a weird plan but the effects were showing themselves.

'Showing myself as a dependable prisoner and a charismatic person is affecting them.' This was Leo's plan, It was an Evil plan about showing himself a good charismatic person. They would unconsciously think of him as their guardian of some sort. This was the plan about soft domination, Showing his strength while also showing his charisma.

'I feel gross doing this. But the plan is working so I guess I need to maintain the image.' This was a part of Leo, But it was not all of it. There was a reason why he manages to survive in the Old World. The Reasons was something that Leo didn't want to talk about. He just sighed and spoke towards Alex.

"Again." Leo began charging towards the Huge Monster, It was time for the take two of the fight. Alex seeing him also charge from behind the Huge Monster, She already found the weak spots of the Huge Monster from behind. All she needed was Leo's signal to attack, Her Katana then rises to the air and Alex began her attack.

The Huge Hands of the Huge Monster was targeting Leo, It began heading towards him. The Hands was much faster than before but it was still slow compared to Leo. The Huge Monster's face was bloodied due to Leo's last attack, Where would Leo attack? It was obvious that the target of defanging the snake would be the Huge Hands.

Leo began slashing towards the Huge Monster using the two daggers. They were heading towards the Huge Monster's arm together in order to have critical damage. The Two Daggers connected into one of the Huge Monster's arms. It Pierced through the Arm, The Flesh was cut and the Two Daggers finally connected to the bone.

Alex, who was behind the Huge Monster also attack. She was targetting the tentacles of the monster, They weren't harder than the legs, and to be honest they were softer than the legs. This reason made Alex realize that the Tentacles was easy to slice. The Rising Katana of Alex was heading back down at a great speed.

Hitting one of the Tentacles, The Katana sliced through it as expected. When the Tentacle was cut off, The Remaining Tentacles began moving erratically. The Huge Monster notices that someone managed to cut off one of its Tentacle. But it cannot bother to care since Leo was keeping the Huge Monster's focus to himself.

The Other side. Which was about the Younglings and the Prisoners. The War between them had already begun, The Prisoners were blocking the younglings from helping the Huge Monster. 75% of the Monster's numbers were fighting against them while some who thought they were smart began circling around the formation.

The Monster Younglings would think that they were smart in circling around the formation but the fact that the Support Prisoner exists made their day bad. The Support Prisoners began killing the younglings that stray from the main group. The 5 Strongest Prisoners were mowing down the Younglings' main group from both sides.

"DEFEND YOUR POSITION!! DO NOT LET THIS MONSTERS PASS OUR WALL!!" Douglas was busy giving the troops their morale. He was mowing down the monsters with his Giant Axe, The Other Strongest Prisoners like him was also mowing down the monsters. This fact made the morale very stable and high, The Phalanx formation was well defended and the monsters were in one perfect line.

"This Guy." Grover Shook his head while killing the monsters near him, He had his own weapon which was a long sword. He was taught on fighting using the sword arts, His Family had many secret arts which was taught towards him before being brought to this Secret Facility.

"He is a good leader, So the situation of the other two?" A Gentle Voice could be heard, This Voice came from April Hatfield. The Girl, who was calm but was currently holding a mace with on arm. She was weird like the LOLI Amelia Moon, Weird personalities but the other strongest prisoners had no right to judge since they knew they were weird themselves.

"They are almost finished killing the Huge monster in the most painful way possible." Grover said while staring at the distance. He could see Alex and Leo fighting the monster, Tentacles and blood could be seen everywhere. The Huge Monster Kept screaming which signified its pain and suffering.

"We are also almost done at killing the Monsters in front of us, They really are weak against an organized group." April spoke while smiling, The Monsters were good at killing common and weak people. But the moment, That people became organize. Killing the monsters are easy, The Support Prisoners were also protecting the back of the Main force.

Blood could be seen everywhere, But unlike before. Most of it came from the Monster Younglings. It seems that the only way to fight against them was to work together. One person would be overwhelmed but what if 20 people were with him. The Deform and pierced body of the monsters, The Ugly faces that were also bloodied. The Second War between the Two factions which is the Prisoners and the Monsters were finally going to end.

With the Second War slowly ending, The fight between the Huge Monster and the two prisoners were also going to end. Alex, who was behind the monster was currently attacking it with everything she got. Leo, who was at the front of the monster was stabbing its deform face. Over and over again.

Alex cannot maintain the Clean body of hers, She didn't have the strength to maintain it. The Blood of the monster was gushing out of the body like a fountain. It wasn't acidic so it was okay to be hit by such blood. The only problem was the fact that it smells of sewers and this made Alex angry.

Leo on the other hand was stabbing the face of the Huge Monster. The Already deform and bloodied face of the monster was stabbed by Leo. Blood was gushing out but only Leo's hand was affected. It didn't go out like a fountain unlike the back of the monster. After stabbing the Head of the Huge Monster, Leo went back down.

"Alex, You look sweet like always." Leo had a smile on his face, Alex smells very bad since she was hit by the fountain of blood coming from the back of the monster. Alex hearing Leo turn her head and stares at Leo with her Cold Crimson Red eyes. Alex then clicked her tongue and continues attacking the back of the monster.

"Tsk..."

The Huge Monster was down to the ground, It didn't have any limbs and it lost a lot of blood. It was currently surrounded by a pool of blood coming from its body. Leo, who was in front of the Huge monster began heading towards it. He then steps at the Bloodied head with his leg and stabs the Huge Monster one last time with cold eyes.

A while later, A notification echoed in his mind.

[You have Killed, Small Titanus Human Hybrid Dog.]

"I can finally level up." Leo muttered while smiling. Many Notifications followed after his words.
