13-The Test of the Strongest Commence

"The Feeling of Daylight is the best." Leo muttered under his breath. Leo's body was drenched in his own sweat due to the training that was given by Aud'Vaizer. Taking a towel while cleaning his body with it, Leo stared at the windows that he always sees every day. The Fascinating scene was always unchangeable, The Sun rising in the blue skies, The clouds passing through, The Birds flying above him, The Beautiful Forest that seems to have not changed, and The Mountains that could be seen on the horizon.

In this Prison Cell. The Coldness of the Night and The Warmness of the Daylight. These two were different things but Leo appreciates each of them. As time passes by, The Coldness of the night was slowly unaffecting him. It was a useful situation and Leo wanted it to continue. His Gaze began looking around the Prison Cell, His Blue Azure eyes representing dominance could be seen.

"Property Status." Leo spoke quietly. He knew that he could think of this word but it was better for him to say it. It has been a while since Leo open his status. He didn't want to see his status every day and only stop using it after the daily quest. He wanted a surprise to be made, Although he knew some of them due to the notifications that were given. The notification began ringing in his mind and the interface finally appeared in front of him.

Seeing the current status of Leo. He understood that the Attributes are comparable to the Human athletes. The only attribute that didn't pass the known boundary of average is Endurance but Leo can wait. Leo's martial arts was in the Elite Level. Due to his training in martial arts by doing it again and again. He manages to gain a lot of Skill Experience with his training. He was above basic martial arts and he knew that his current power was very strong for ordinary people.

"I really do need to kill something." Leo said quietly while clenching his fist. He needs to level up, The power of leveling would be useless if he didn't have something to kill. Aud already warned Leo that he needed the Experience to increase his strength. The Daily Quest wouldn't last long since the Leveling System needed something in exchange.

It has been a long time since the time of the Old World. The Scent of Blood is slowly disappearing from his body. Some might think that this is okay but to Leo, it was not okay. It was the sign of losing his edge, It was the proof that Leo was slowly losing his edge. The peaceful life in this Prison Cell without fighting anything.

The Wish of Leo being able to kill something was a weird wish. But this wish would probably come true.

The Iron door of Leo's prison cell slowly opens. The Revealing light of the hallway pierces through the Dark Prison Cell. Leo noticing it slowly turns his head and gazes towards the direction where the light came from. It has been a while but Wird was finally here in front of Leo.

"Long time no see Leo, It has been a month since we met. I hope you remember me." Wird had a smile on his face. His orange hair was seen with his green eyes, The face of Wird was above the normal face and he was kind of handsome. The First soldier with the Captain Insanis that Leo met for the first time was in front of him.

"Mister Wird, It is nice to meet you." Leo had a smile on his face, His Blue Azure eyes stared right at Wird's green eyes. It has been a long time since they met. Wird seeing Leo was somehow surprised at his current look. He had many prisoners to attend and his job doesn't stop at that. He was the caretaker of the prisoners. Stopping them from mental breakdown is somehow part of his job.

The last test that was given, Cause the death of 70% of the prisoners. Some of the survivors were mentally unstable while some of them were having a training arc on their own. He was ordered to stop doing his job towards the one that was training their bodies. He even heard of Leo's weird ritual from his staff mates.

"Leo, You have changed." Wird said while staring at Leo with his green eyes. Leo's boy was somehow ripped than before. It was very muscular and his maturity was showing itself. The Weak Leo was disappearing and Wird was somehow curious about his current weight. Leo, who was in front of Wird spoke.

"So why are you here, Mister Wird?" Leo asked. There was no reason for them to find him other than testing. With the current way, the secret facility is heading. The Secret Facility would probably make them fight other people that are weaker than Captain Insanis. This was just a theory but Leo could be wrong about it. The only thing he could do is follow and observe.

"It is time for the Test of the Strongest Leo, This will be dangerous you know. But I guess looking at you right now, You have a chance of surviving than the other ones so I guess this is good." Wird said while staring at Leo. This mentality was pretty much very obvious. It was impossible for Leo to die without the prisoners that were weaker than him dying first. This would mean that the staff would have to pull Leo before getting killed.

"That kind of mentality is dangerous." Leo said. A weird mentality of Wird. That kind of phrasing was pretty weird. Leo was confused about what he was thinking but Wird and Weird were technically the same if Leo thought or Speak it. This made him confused but this was only on the inside, Outside was his scary cold face and serious eyes.

"This kind of Mentality was made by experience, Now let's stop talking about me and just follow." Wird said towards Leo, He then went out of the Iron Door leaving it open. He had a group of soldiers with him, There was no need for it to be like this but it was part of the protocol. Most of the soldiers and staff in the secret facility are weak but skilled. Most of the talented ones are probably under the observation of their own respective governments. The only thing they could get is the weak ones but most of them are skill so it was okay for the secret facility.

Leo was completely silent and slowly went out of his prison cell. The Familiar hallway that he saw a month ago was seen. The Current test would be dangerous, Although not dangerous than Captain Insanis. It was still very dangerous, The Soldiers with him was currently holding their own assault rifles. This was a huge problem since the first time Leo saw the soldiers. Most of them didn't have their own guns.

'I am strong but I'm not sure that I could outsmart the bullet.' Leo thought to himself. He was a very strong human but compared to conventional weapons. He could still get hurt and possibly be killed. There was also a possibility of the guns being more powerful than normal. Leo had no information about the world's weaponry but he could tell that they were modern advanced weaponry.

It took a while for Leo to be in the changing room. He was told to change his current clothes since he was half-naked. The Training Clothes was somehow different for him, It was Black Pants and a Black T-shirt. Putting on the Training clothes took 10 minutes since it was easy to put on.

"Leo!" Wird shouted towards Leo while throwing something towards him. Leo turns his head and catches the Thing that was thrown by Wird. Leo was curious about what it was and as he opens his hands Leo saw a necklace. It was a military tag but it was obviously not for the military.

"A Tag? Leo Sinclair, Subject Sinclair." Leo began reading the Necklace tag. It printed his name while also putting another print of his last name after the Subject. The Tag was obviously saying that Leo and the other prisoners in the Secret facility were lab rats. Leo shook his head and continue on with what he was doing.

After preparing in the changing room, Leo was told to follow Wird for the second time with his Soldier Friends surrounding Leo. It was told to be a protocol so this would mean that some prisoner kids are dangerous. With this assumption, Leo was beginning to plan a contingency purge. Killing all the kids that could possibly be a threat to him, He was also planning to kill Captain Insanis but that will be for later.

"Leo, It is time for me to stop here. Continue on your way and I hope we will meet next time." The two of them were standing in front of a Huge Wooden Door. Behind them was the group of soldiers that was escorting Leo. Wird spoke with a smirk on his face and went back on his way, The Soldiers followed him and Leo was left alone staring right at the Huge wooden door.

"They just left me like that. They are confident in me not escaping." Leo softly muttered while his Gaze was looking back at the hallway that was behind him. He didn't see anyone and Wird with his Soldiers already disappeared from his sight. There weren't any cameras and Leo wondered why the soldiers were confident.

'Let's not mind the weird behaviors and continue on our way.' Leo thought to himself, He then slowly open the huge wooden door. After Opening the Huge Wooden Door, Leo entered and saw many people in front of him. It was weird for him to see many people that didn't have any staff or soldier clothes.

'Aud, Can you scan everyone here?' Leo asked, From what he heard in the novels that he manages to read. There was some kind of appraisal ability of each system to scan the enemies. It could be dependent on the current strength of the host but the kids in front of him had the same or lower strength than him.

[Master Leo, I can scan everyone here.]

[But your Level is not enough to unlock the Scan ability.]

Aud'Vaizer shot down the thing that Leo wanted. Leo was still Level one which is very disappointing. He needed to gain experience to increase his levels while also unlocking the scan ability. In the end, Leo's fate was decided by the Experience he can get. Leo sighed when he heard what Aud said.

Leo could see many prisoner kids in front of him, The boys were wearing the same training uniforms as him which are Black Pants and Black T-shirts. The Girls were wearing the same but different colors of Training Uniforms which are Black Pants and White T-shirts. When Leo open the door, All of them were staring towards him.

'Something dangerous is hidden.' Leo's eyes turn cold and serious. The Bloodlust was targeting him and Leo gaze towards the students. But it was through the students, A Strong human was currently with the students and a voice could be heard within the students.

"Leo, You really are the same from the rumors that I heard about you. My name is Fatima Escobar, The Current Test Master." A woman could be seen, Her illusion was slowly getting broken. The Red Velvet hair and the Pitch Black eyes, Her THICC body was surprising. She was the Test Master in the Test of the Strongest.
