Everyone has a different taste and according to that they should involve them selves with whatever sports they like but the sports should involve physical exercise in it. The video games and mobile games are not called sports, those things are the most stupid things. The virtual games are neither helpful for the physical health nor it's helpful for the mental health. Moreover it causes trouble in human health. It makes people lazy and causes problem to their body, such as headache, weak vision and many more. Particularly the youngsters are getting addicted to it and that is very bad. So they should be controlled from these bad habits. The parents should help their kids to stay away from these virtual games and should encourage them to play the sports which involves physical exercise
