"I wanna buy the highest floor completely"

"Plz stop wasting our time, I need to get to other customers".

"I'm not joking, just call the owner of this place and I'll talk to him in private".

The girl didn't trust Beat but she still needed to report this to her boss.

He called his boss and soon a person came out from the upper floor.

He looked at Beat and said," sorry we do not sell any of the floors".

But before he could finish Best said:" I'll give you 20 million and I'll take the whole of the highest floor".

The guy knew that does was at least 5 million higher than what the highest floor was worth, so he signalled for Best to follow him.

Understanding the guy's gesture Beat started to follow him up.

They went to the second floor, where the boss used as his office.

He went inside and before anything could be done Best said, " I'll give you all the information you need about me and I'll come back later to pay in cash".

This part of what Beat said was a bit suspicious so he told Beat "is there any way you can confirm your identity".

Beat pulled out his driver's licence with his birth certificate he had with him.

He gave it to the owner then waited for him to give the birth certificate and his drivers licence back to him.

After he did, beat went downstairs and said they should paper everything, as when he comes back he will buy the top floor.

Sam wanted a small case that he could use to put the 20 million in.

He went to a shop close to where he was and bought a case.

After doing that he, put 20 million in the case then went to a car dealership.

He bought a nice looking car for 35k that was there just help with his transportation.

He gave the owner an extra 2 thousand to do everything in minutes, such as putting the car under his name, so he didn't have to waste his time doing that.

The owner came back in 20 minutes gave the keys to Beat "sir, everything is ready, you can take the car and go".

Beat got in the car and drove to his soon to be home.

When he reached the place there was a paper that he needed to sign so he could get the complete ownership of the top floor.

Beat gave the 20 million that was in the case and he in return got the key for the top floor.

He walked towards the lift but before he could get in, the owner said he could lead him to there.

They both got on the lift and were going towards the highest floor that this lift could take them too.

They both got off the lift, Beat was about to go to a random room on this floor when he heard the owner say, "this is not the final floor"

Best was confused as to what was going on when he noticed there was stair at the end of the hallway that was filled with room doors.

The went up a level where there were only a small hall and a door.

The owner looked at Beat and said, " this is the final floor and the best room in our hotel".

Beat opened the door and entered the room, the first thing he noticed was how huge this place was.

The owner said that he could phone the front desk and order food when he needed food but Beat replies with "don't worry I won't be needing food for the next 14 days".

Currently, it was the 2 week holiday so he could use these 14 days to lose all the fat on his body.

He looked around the top floor and there were 5 rooms, one big kitchen along with an even bigger living room, with a tv at least than 2 meters.

After doing that he went to the nearest room and took out 4 items that looked the same.

Beat "training"

After saying that, Beat threw one of the 4 items in the room then moved to the next room.

On top of each of this room, the words that beat said appeared.

He took off his clothes and then took out a short out of his ring.

The shorts didn't fit him but the moment it came into contact the size of the shorts changed to fit this fat body.

Beat changed to his new shorts and went to the first room, the moment he entered the whole scenario changed from a room to a small sized planet.

The gravity in here was at least 20 times the gravity of earth, (just imagine King Kai's planet from dragon ball only 10 times bigger).

There were many training items here, such as swords, spears but the important ones were the never-ending supply off martial arts technique that was inside a small library and the unimaginable Qi in the air, it also had many elemental training spots.

Beat snapped his finger and a book disappeared from the books that were inside the small looking library that had infinite space in it.

The book was called Elemental Dragon Fist, basically, a book that could use all elements to power its self.

The higher the ranking of the element the bigger in attack boost.

This fist technique was a Peak god level technique, even if put in front of the strongest beings in this universe they would run to it like a dog.

Unlike other books, this book when opened would disappear and fuse with the fists of the person that opened it.

when it fuses with somebody's fists it automatically activates the skill when a punch is thrown, the hard part obviously isn't learning the skill but its to get the skill, to build an affinity with elements.

But before he could learn this skill he needs to start cultivating and for that reason he snapped his finger again.
