Six months ago, his ex-partner in the secret agency, Bill Cooper, now president of Cooper-Blay Pharmaceuticals assigned him a mission to investigate a potentially dangerous project secretly being undertaken in his empire. Somehow linked to this secret project were two sixteen-year-old unsolved murders, and the best clue seemed to be to find the murderer(s) and unearth their secret.
