13 Invitation

Kiro decided to let Yue officially start her work the next day.

Yue and Ker went back to the studio and was welcomed with a hug from the smiling baby boy. Well, just Yue.

Yue played with the little one and fed him during lunch, went back playing until it's time to go home.

Kil followed Yue until they reached the place where Yyan parked his car.

Kiro didn't want to meet Yyan but can't pull Kil away from Yue.

Yyan was leaning on his car while waiting for his sister when he saw an unpleasant scene.

The little devil was taking advantage of his sister.

In his eyes, the scene was twisted into the little devil giving him a smug look while hugging Yue.

Yyan grabbed the guy from his collar and forcefully tugged him away from Yue and threw him to Kiro.

He pulled Yue away without saying goodbye to the two lost souls.

When Yyan's car was out of their sight, Kiro gave a big sigh.

"You're not going to cry? I thought you would throw a tantrum to keep your big sister Yue" Kiro looked questioningly to his little brother.

"Hmp, can't let my big sister think I'm willful. Besides I still can't beat that big brother" Kil said regretfully.

"Stinky black bellied brat. Good thing that you know you can't beat Yyan. You better keep your hands away from Yue else you wouldn't know when you die" Kiro seriously warned.

"Heh, I'll be able to be with big sister for nine hours and more if there's an overtime for five days while he would only be with big sis during weekends and breakfast and dinner, so who cares. With that large amount of time, I'll make sure to make my existence larger than anyone else in big sister's life" Kil was a five year old kid with high IQ.

Kiro knew that the brat only wanted to make their lives difficult whenever he threw tantrums but in truth he could be as sensible as long as he wants. And sometimes Kiro will be horrified by the brat's way of thinking like this time, the brat looks like a monster.

But don't be mistaken, he loves his brother to death even if they have a 20 year gap.

Yyan's blackened face was immediately replaced by a gentle look when it was just him and Yue.

"Is work tiring?" Yyan started.

"I will officially start tomorrow. I just played with Kil the whole day" Yue said happily.

"Hmm, by the way do you remember Claren?" Yyan didn't let the topic stay with the little devil. He need to reduce the little ones presence less he got replaced.

The little one and the big one think alike.

When Yue heard the name, she felt a slight pinch in her heart.

Yyan noticed the reaction of Yue and knew that she remembered.

From time to time, bits and pieces of her memory will resurface.

But if given a choice, he would rather she totally forget Claren.

"He, how is he?" Even if Yue didn't want to, but the original owner of the body loves Claren a lot, so that she was overwhelmed when she heard his name.

"He just got back from Country Y and will be engaged this Saturday. He sent us an invitation, would you like to come?"

Yyan was torn. He doesn't like Yue to attend to spare her heart but also like her to integrate and see a glimpse of how their world works.

Even if he wanted to protect her from the coming winds and storms, he didn't want her to be ignorant and helpless when he is not by her side.

"Uhn, I'd like to come" Yue smiled calmly.

Yue would like to see the man that left a very deep mark to the original owner so much that even if there are no remnants of the soul remaining, the body's reaction with the name was almost automatic.

Yue needed to kill this feeling as not to be a hinder.

"I'm glad you decided on that. I already arranged for a stylist. You don't have to bother about the preparation"
