Samiras best friend,he had piercings and tattoos all over his body wore cargo pants and most of all he was a stinker, Paulo famous and cool for mainly two reasons:1) he sold drugs 2)he was a serial killer and got away from thirty two jails in total. Well Samira and he met when Samira went to jail for the first time when she broke into a convenience store her parents bailed her after like 36 hours and instead of being grateful Samira had screamed at them. Well she didn't take drugs nor was she a serial killer but she convinced people to buy drugs from Paulo which was really wrong as a matter of fact.
