The audacity of this man was unmeasurable. Did he think that he was the only man living in this world? Did he think that all the women here were head over heels in love with him?

He angered Zoey to the extent that she wanted to chop him off and let animals in the farm be feed. What a shameless piece of shit.

"Didn't you say when we were young that I'm your greatest love? You even promised that it was either me or no one will become your husband because you really love me that much."

What the fuck? Did she really say those things? Zoey didn't know if she needs to cry or laugh for all the bad memories which Michael recalled. Perhaps she was possessed by an evil spirit that was why she had the guts to say those things.

"Seriously? Did I really say those things? Oh! Maybe that was the evil spirit speaking."

"Even though I really said that it was already been eight years Michael? Haven't you heard the words, Move on?"

Zoey looked at her surrounding; she was outside the vicinity of the wedding reception, seeking for someone's help. She needed to produce one guy to make this asshole in front of her disappear from her sight.

Zoey was staring at the main entrance wishing that a person she knew will appear walking and will help her out. Zoey was on a brick of brutally murdering Michael or simply dismiss him and pretend that their talk was over.

She wanted to walk out pretty badly. She wanted to step out and avoid his presence. But she didn't want to look weak. She didn't want him to think that she hadn't recovered from the damages he had made. She didn't want to be the pathetic one in this conversation.

Zoey was praying to all the saints that she knew. She was praying internally that a miracle will arrive to help her escape this shit.

While contemplating with her thoughts, a man in a black tuxedo suddenly appeared on the main entrance. The man seemed like he was looking for someone or something.

When the man's eye's hit Zoey's features, his brows were slightly crumpled and he started to walk in her direction. He was asked by the wedding host to find her because her speech to the bride was about to come.

Seeing the man walking towards her Zoey's eye shone brightly. When the man was one arm away from her, she gripped his arm and clanged hers to his.

"There you are a babe!" Zoey leaned her head on his shoulder; she was like a tender cat that was sweetly rubbing its head on its owner.

Nickel who was just asked to look for her, froze when he felt her body close to him. It would be the first time that someone clung their arms to his. Call him to be a pervert but he actually felt her tender bosom on his arm. This sensation directly sent to his other leg that created a minimum reaction.

"You are?" Michael asked. His face turned red when he saw that Zoey was clinging her arms to the man who arrived. He didn't know this guy. He saw him today for the first time and seemed like he was Leo's best man. Michael knew all Leo's close friends except for this guy.

Did his cousin and wife pick him because he was Zoey's other half? He even saw him offering his sleeves during the ceremony when Zoey was teary. Realizing those situations made Michael think that there was something really going on with these two. And he could not accept it.

"Meet my boyfriend! Now it's time for you to back off Michael." Zoey casually answered as if she was the one to ask. To spare her from getting caught from the sin she spoke, she didn't let Nickel say a word.

Aside from the shock, he was currently experiencing due to their physical connection, hearing her say that he was her boyfriend, made his body electrified.

"Huh! I don't believe you. I bet you just came up with this." Michael mockingly said.

"Hahahaha! Come on Mike, don't be too full of yourself."

With that Zoey removed her arms from Nickel's and then hugged him tightly on his torso.

If Nickel felt that a slight contact with her bosom on his arm aroused him, now her hug him tight made everything worst.

'God this girl is too much!' He internally said to himself.

"He also studied in our school before but too bad for you when he left that was the time you arrived. You didn't have a chance to meet him because he changed school."

Zoey gathered this information last night when Sweet got curious of Leo's best man.

Shane had heard that they all studied in the same school since kindergarten up until their 6th grade. Their batch composed of ten sections and Nickel was either in section one or two back then. As for them, they were in sections three or four.

Sections one and two were the needy students, they didn't take part in any of the school fairs because for them they had to study hard than experience their childhood years. No one knew anyone from the said two sections, so Zoey, Shane, Sweet and Lisa didn't have any idea that this perfectly craved god-like man was their batchmate.

If you got curious why Leo got to know him, it was all because they were both living next door. They've been friends since they started walking. Both of their nannies during those times came from the same province. That was why their nannies felt a little connection with each other.
