After receiving the text message her mind flooded with what ifs. She kept thinking of the reasons for how he knew that she has arrived. What kind of guts he had to message her as if nothing had happened? Did he forget something? She took a screenshot photo of it and sends it to her pals.

Zoey: Guess who rose from hell?

Sweet: The who?

Zoey: *Send the screenshot

Lisa: What an actual f*ck?

Sweet: How did he know that you were here?

Shane: Guys, I think it's my fault. I mentioned it before to Leo that I asked Zoey to come home and he heard that Alfie confirmed his attendance together with Zoey. Z, I'm sorry.

Zoey: Hahahaha! You crazy woman, you don't need to say sorry to me. It's nothing although I don't get it why would he need to message me as if nothing had happened. What a shameless person!

They all graduated in the same school wherein they have been friends since day one they started schooling. Leo, whose Shane's future husband is Zoey's ex-boyfriend's cousin. She knows that with her small circle of friends, there was a possibility to see either of the two persons whom she tried to bury alive in her past.

She believed that time can heal all wounds, but she will never forget.

Zoey planned to keep herself busy and her vacation fruitful by attending all the wedding-related events such as bachelorette party, gown fitting, Shane's pamper day, wedding rehearsal and more.

She's been assigned to be her maid of honor, so her gown is more complicated and unique compared to the rest of the entourage.

"Where did you get this design?" Zoey asked while fitting her gown. "I saw it from a magazine; it was actually a bride's gown, and I just modified and redesigned it so it would be perfect for you." Shane proudly answered.

Shane is the most stylish among her friends; she already established her own boutique and salon at the age of twenty-one. Although she was born from a politician family, she never relayed on them for resources for her career. She was fitting her own gown when she asked Zoey. "Z, what will you do if you see Mike at my wedding?"

"Nothing. It was all in the past. I've already moved on." Zoey replied.

"I've heard that he will attend together with A." Shane is zipping her gown while looking at her reflection in the mirror while the boutique personnel assisted her by fixing the end trail of her gown.

"I see so they are still together." Zoey was checking her side by side at the mirror while asking the staff to readjust the hem of her gown.

"I think? I haven't heard anything for those two. I just found out that they are still alive because of this wedding. Did you know that Leo's parents wanted to invite everyone from their family? It will look like a family reunion instead of a wedding."

Zoey laughed at her complaints. She all wanted to have an intimate wedding reception for herself but couldn't rebut with the elders. They can only say yes to respect them.

"Well, it's actually not a big thing, you know. At least you will have a chance to meet everyone from Leo's side." Zoey jokingly replied.

"What can I say?" She smiled.

They continue fitting and readjusting some details of their gowns. Then afterward, they meet with Sweet and Lisa to try to test some makes up styles that would fit with their gowns.

The wedding's theme colors are gold and silver, it may look mediocre as there are already couples used the color combination. During the theme deliberation, Leo suggested having a Game of Thrones wedding theme as he really loved the concept of the 'Red Wedding' but Shane wasn't a fan of the said show, so she declined his idea. He didn't rebut anymore as he knew that Shane already planned her wedding since they were still in high school. The only plot twist he didn't expect was for him to fall for her madly. Luckily he will be the man who will wait for her in the altar.

"Anyways, I booked a hotel suite since Saturday. Should we invite your mom?" Sweet remembered that she finished setting everything for Shane's bachelorette party. Lisa pulled her to her side and whispered. "Are you crazy? Did you forget that we paid a stripper for Shane?"

Sweet anxiously laughed after realizing her fault. "Hahahaha! Never mind I forgot that Tita is a very busy person. Let's just celebrate it by ourselves."

The bride-to-be and her maid of honor didn't have any idea what their friends have planned. They thought that it would be just a simple night for them, where they will eat, party and sleep together.
