How to stop or lessen the pheromones?

To stop pheromones an omega must use pills and heat restrainer dose.

What if I don't take those things during my heat?

Well it is easy you'll get pregnant or be forcefully mated by an alpha.

How can an omega be mated by an alpha?

During heat when an alpha bites your neck or nape that's when an alpha becomes your mate.

How can I avoid to be mated by an alpha even I don't use pills and heat restrainer dose?

You can use collars.
