The Mad Joker

As th storyteller was lost in his own imagination, a commotion had started just outside the tarven.

There was a handsome man with sharp eyebrows squinting his eyes. And in front of him was a child like person who was dressed like a joker.

It was naturally the person dressed like joker who was making the commotion. "Gusion, you bastard, why are you here? Are you coming here again to look for Lesley? How many times do I have to tell you that she won't follow you. Why don't you go after Gunivere whom your family has wanted you to get married. Oh wait..!! You left your home for the sake of battling it out. You had to go to battle. Sigh...!! Such a charming young woman but yet you left her. You're not a good person Gusion. If it were this Young Master then I'd really not let her go."

Gusion couldn't help but frown while listening to the insults thrown at him. He was a genius mage who for a sake of fighting, left his family instead of choosing to study magic traditionally like how the house of Paxley, Gusion's birth family, did. Originally, he was meant to marry Gunivere from the house of Baroque family, but Gusion wanted to make a name for himself in the land of Dawn, through the battlefield.

And now these points were being sprouted out from the short, joker like man. Yes, Gusion had seen Lesley once and he loved her resolve to fully carry out her duties. But no matter what he did, Lesley didn't care about Gusion at all.

"I came here because I heard that there was a person who was trying to sneak into the battlefield and came to subdue the person. You got it all wrong you mad joker. I am here for the mission of the land of Dawn. I didn't come here for Miss.Lesley. Do you take me for a skirt chaser like you?" Gusion replied. "If you have so much time then why don't you go make yourself a name so that you won't bring shame to your house Vance."

The short, joker like man was naturally the heir to the nobel house of Vance. Named Harley, he was naturally known as a troublemaker in the land of Dawn. But again he was also a hero of the battlefield, and was not any less famous as Gusion in the land of the Dawn.

What Harley didn't like was someone trying to belittle him and was protective of Lesley as she had been by his side since he was a child. Yes he was a big troublemaker, but that was before he went on a journey in the land of Dawn.

Harley himself was a genius mage and was admitted in the Lion Academy of Magical City in his young age. There he had gone through a life threatening situation which slowly changed his mindset of a troublemaker and caused him to travel through the the land of Dawn to make himself into a hero that he was today.
