Prologue

Uradel was once a small kingdom. It was called the land of misfortune, a place of war, death, and blood. No one visited that dark place except the armies of the two great kingdoms that divided the north and south of the central continent. The only kingdom that remained unconquered, Uradel, had become the playground of the kings of both kingdoms.

Its inhabitants were the most pitiful. Of course, also including the distinguished royal family, who at that point were nothing more than commoners with a surname that on a very distant past was respected and which gave the small territory of Uradel its name.

The territory was officially a year-round war ground. Young soldiers from both kingdoms were sent to patrol Uradel during most of the year, acting as if the kingdom belonged to them, without the royal family or the local army retaliating against them. The difference in military power between Uradel and the two great kingdoms was too great.

For two months a year, the two great kingdoms held some sort of short wars. During this period, the entire territory of the inferior kingdom was desolate. With each passing year, despair grew among the citizens who suffered from the irreparable damage that the wars were leaving on the territory.

All when "it" appeared. One day, strange vortexes began to appear in different places around the world. Fortunately, or by fate, one of them appeared in the capital of Uradel, the only habitable city in the kingdom.

Information of this fact reached the ears of the kings of both kingdoms. They prepared for a great war to obtain the privilege of exploring the interior of these vortexes.

A young prince, Alexander Von Uradel, relying on a local legend, entered the vortex before anyone could make a move. Tired of the tyranny of the great kingdoms, he delved into the mysteries that these vortexes represented.

200 years later, he would be remembered as the hero of the great Uradel Empire, the most powerful territory in all of Terrexia.
