20 Drake-Form
I could hear Legend's voice through the tactical communication system, "Why did you put me against this guy! He's some kind of anti-mage. He's dispelling everything!"
Tower's voice responded, "We need you to keep him busy, and away from the others. Use a lot of weak spells. "
"I don't have weak spells!" Legend replied, "Whatever, I'm gonna just use my sword."
InfiniteBloom spoke up. " They have an elemental control class over here too. Seems to be just like mine. Annoying..."
Phantasmal was quiet so I pulled up the digital command screen to check on him while hiding in stealth mode. The display depicted a birds-eye view of the battlefield. Little dots represented players and NPC's in real time as they moved about. A floating status bar illustrated health, mana, buff's, and de-buff's on all friendly units.
I watched as a huge explosion struck the healers and damage dealers behind Phantasmal. This brought over twenty people below 50% health in an instant.
Tower's voice instantly responded, "That bird is dropping fire-stones! What a cheap trick! Someone has to take it down!"
Legend responded, "We can't. It's flying too high. At this level players can't reach it. I could hit it with a spell if I cast it without the auto-target, but this guy has me locked down. "
I looked up at the bird, shifting back to elven form to access the sharp eyesight of my race. The bird had a pouch hung around its neck with some sort of bulging oblong objects inside. The winged beast showed human intelligence by reaching one of its talons inside the pouch to remove a red, glowing stone from within.
I heard Tower's voice again, "Fire-stones are a consumable that permanently increases fire power, but they are not usable until level 20. It was discovered that they will explode when dropped from a certain distance. We have to stop that bird, at all costs!"
"Myth! He's targeting you! " Bloom yelled, "Get ready to catch! I hope this works..."
The beast tamer's pet released the red gem, and it fell right towards me.
I felt a powerful gust of wind appear from beneath me, presumably from bloom. The fire-stone was slowed by the wind, and suddenly it was right in front of me.
My body reacted instantly and snatched the red gem with ease.

I heard Bloom cry out, "Damn! I'm hit! Gotta back up and heal. Your on your own now."
The beast tamer was just standing there, with a bunch of large warriors around him. I realized that he had stopped moving when the bird started dropping stones.
"I think the guy I'm fighting is controlling the bird. I'll handle this...I hope." I said with mock confidence.
With a mental command I turned off the auto-target and fired a nature bolt at the bird. The green bolt of energy flew towards the target with incredible speed.

"YES! You hit it! Good job!" Tower exclaimed.
The Beast tamer opened his eyes and lifted one of his arms while the bird began to move erratically. He called to the bird and it dove towards him.
This led me to believe that he was longer actively controlling his pet. A plan formulated in my mind, which I quickly put into motion.
I sprinted towards the beast tamer, casting entangle as I went. Huge thorns grew from the ground, covering the area between me and my target. Those inside became stunned and afflicted by the poison as soon as the thorns touched them including the beast tamer.
I shifted into my draconic snake form and cast shadow shift. The spell teleported me through the shadow into the thorns. My green scales camouflaged perfectly, allowing me to activate stealth while surrounded by enemies. I darted through the foliage and reached my target with less than a second of the stun still in effect. Wasting no time I coiled around him and used constrict.

Instead of attacking him, I waited...for the bird to return to him.
He was stunned so he couldn't give it a command to stop or turn away.
The bird opened its wings and landed on the beast tamers still upraised arm.
Quick as lightning I struck my unsuspecting prey, activating my once a day ability, absorb soul.

I heard Tower yell, "Myth, back up! The assassin is coming for you!"
The beast tamer was almost out of the stun, but sadly for him my cool-downs were reset.
I used constrict again, squeezing him with all of my strength.

I bit down hard with a quick strike that had 100% critical chance thanks to constricts secondary effect.

I didn't wait around to see if I had killed him. As soon as I had struck I cast shadow shift to retreat back to my allies, and not a moment too soon. The enemy commander had appeared, his blade slashed at the empty air as his ally turned to blue dust around him.
My squadron cheered as I shifted back to elven form among them.
" You did it! I can't believe it!" Tower cheered.
"I'm not done yet. I think its time to turn the tide. " I responded calmly, as I removed the fire-stone and set it on the ground. I mentally commanded my men to circle me and protect me for a minute.
My body changed and contorted as I shifted into my new drake form. My arms became tough leathery dragon-skin wings, with sharp claws at the edge for impaling a target. I shrunk down to 5 feet tall as the transformation completed. With the exception of the wings, my body was covered in tough dragon scales. I now looked like a small dragon, and I'm not gonna lie, it felt really cool.
I reached down and grasped the fire-stone with my talons. I spread my wings, and with a mighty leap I pushed off into the air.
"Legend! I'm coming to you, get ready! " I said as I rose higher and higher into the sky. "Tower, I'm gonna need you to guide me to that anti-mage. "
"What is that..? How did you..?" Tower stuttered.
"I managed to get one of their fire-stones. " I said. "I need you to guide me to where I should drop it. "
