Legend had just got the souls into the valley when the spirits suddenly turn around to rush out of the valley.
Legend yells," Nooo! Come back! " as he throws a spear.

I rush in front of them and use HOWL!

The spirits in the valley freeze in place. Some fail there will save and flee further into the valley .
The girl flings a fireball.

All of the spirits lose one fourth of their health.
The boss is in the center of the demonic circle, a black swirling maelstrom of dark energy surrounds him.
All of the spirits are stuck in the valley.
Second fireball.

I cast entangle as howl begins to fade. The roots entangle the spirits,locking them in place and adding a dot effect.

I leave the finishing of the spirits to the others.
Wasting no time, I shift into snake form and activate stealth, disappearing from view.

With the spines of my snake-form I am able to traverse the ruins with ease. In a moment I reach the boss.
The dark maelstrom has calmed as the next phase begins. It is most likely that at this phase he would have gained health for each spirit he absorbed.
I use Sneak attack on the boss. My strike hits his neck and injects poisonous venom into his bloodstream.

I coil around him and use constrict before the boss can respond.
The boss passes his strength check and grabs my body, flinging me a good 20 feet into the air.
I manage to orient myself and wrap my tail around a nearby piece of ruin.
Using the force given by the boss I swing around like a pendulum using the added force to increase the total damage dealt.
I produce a different poison from my glands, the paralytic poison, and aim for his heart.

The paralytic poison seeps into his chest, spreading throughout it's body in a millisecond.
This damage starts the last phase as he disappears and calls his spirits again to heal him . The dark maelstrom begins and I take damage every second.

My health had dropped down to a 25% but the level up replenished my health and mana. Thankfully it also reset all of my cool-downs.
With the death of the spirits, the maelstrom ended preemptively.
I use this moment to activate constrict. The paralytic poison reduces the bosses ability to resist leading to success.
I quickly follow up with absorb soul.

A beam of moonlight appeared from the sky above, illuminating the whole area.
The Moon Goddess appeared, holding her hand out before her.

A blue circle amongst the ruins flares up with a bright light. This circle flashes with a brilliant green light and swells becoming a massive wall of energy. This wall moves outward from the circle, purifying everything it touches. The grass turns green, flowers grow as the landscape changes with every passing moment. As it passes by the remaining zombies they shift into normal living moon elves. The remaining spirits are set free from their bondage. They joyfully sing before dispersing into the sky.
I feel all of the energy disperse leaving me drained and exhausted.
