If the World Knew that these two met, they would be shocked to death. But let's go back to the two babies.

Dragon:"Dad,can you take care of these two. I don't have time to take care of them"

Garp:"bwahahah, just because it feels good. OK I will take care of them, but what are their names?"

Dragon:"The one who looks dumb is Luffy and the calm one is Blake"

After that Dragon disappeared and Garp took both of them in his big and strong hands.
