"Yes, you have not, thank you for answering the question", Lin fan didn't even bother to fight with this guy, he was not even angry, To him, this entire thing is like a fantasy world.

"LEAVE IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO HELP", Yelled the soldier who killed the Centaurus and saved him. As the Soldier ran to kill more... Only to be brutally murdered.

He was yanked back to the back of the back by the very same mage who talked to him earlier.
"DON'T BE SO USELESS"
"RAIN IT DOWWWWNNNN", yelled one of the Centaurus who was fighting the Human side's Commander
Lin fan watched under the sun as the sky was covered in arrows coming down towards the last and midlines.

Lin Fan didn't wait for a second, using the fact that he was behind the last backline, he immediately managed to find a Hiding spot.

Lin fan watch the dead body of the wizard, who yanked at him and who talked to him.

He watched the Centaurus who gave the orders.
"SECOND WAVE CHARGE", The Centaurus yelled again.

More and more of Centaurus are coming in, the Human side is going to be thoroughly annihilated.
"I know what I can do", Lin fan wasn't a warrior, who can fight in wars, He wasn't a wizard, who can kill millions using some kind of spells.
He was an assassin, They only have one thing, They Kill their targets
"Vanish", Muttered Lin fan as he dissolved into the thin air.
Vanish allows him to move suddenly for 3 seconds, apparently, No skill has any kind of cooldown either.
It really allows him to run towards his target. While Stealth will allow him to remain hidden.
The Centaurus Leader was Crossing the sword of the human Leader with his ax while grinning.
"You lost Human", It said and put strength several times more than the Human. He broke the sword in the next exchange.

"GET LOST", It raised its ax, and was to bring it down towards the Human Leader.

The Centaurus Leader was stabbed from behind.
Both the Centaurus Leader and the Human Leader were shocked when they saw a boy suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
No, The boy was produced from the air itself, and it really terrified them.
The Centaurus Leader, swing its ax towards the Boy, who was produced from the air itself.

Lin fan was perplexed, He can't dodge it, No matter what he does, He can't dodge it.
He instinctively took a step back and fall onto his ass.
As soon as the Ax moved towards the Boy, the Human Leader immediately stabbed the Centaurus Leader, with his broken sword.

The Seemingly almighty Centaurus Leader was dead.
Lin fan stared at the Human Leader.
Human Leader stared at Lin fan.
"Good Job", Spoke Human Leader
Lin fan nodded as he retrieves his daggers from the body of Centaurus.
Corporal Beirne: WE ARE UNDER HEAVY ATTACK, Everybody, get to the safe house..!! Move Move Move...
The Human Leader looked at Lin fan.
"Can you do that... appearing out of thin air, thing again"
Lin fan Nodded
"You see that Centaurus loading His Bow and Killing with the rest of his Squad?"
Lin Fan nodded again.
"You have to kill him, He is being stationed at the crucial position, we will use that position to launch an Attack on those Archers."
"But I won't be able to kill them, I wasn't able to do it with this one either. You are the one who killed it"

In the hiding spot, the Leader watched his fellow Humans getting butchered while the warriors trying to hold the Huge army of Centaurus off, It was not effective.
"Brat, do your thing, You only need to distract him, I will signal you when"

"You just have to go with everything you have Kid... Just grind it out, It's a game of attrition"

The Leader chuckled, "Are you afraid"
"Actually Nope, I feel pretty calm about nearly everything"
"I will tell you when you have hit that guy, Be in position, you will only have a single second to react to my orders", He didn't even hear the Answer of Lin fan as he ran towards the Centaurus archers by himself.
Lin fan watched the Old man who called himself his servant Joined the Human Leader, with the other two.
Taking a deep breath, "Vanish", Lin fan disappeared into the thin air.

"Ready", The Centaurus in front of the Archers raised his bow and loaded
"Aim", The Leader of Archers watched as the four of those idiotic Humans running straight to them.
They killed any Centaurus warriors trying to stop them as Kept running towards their dead end.
The Leader Of Centaurus Archers didn't understand what those Humans are thinking for them to run towards the dead-end so resolutely.
In fact, This applied to Humans besides their leader as well.
They were just doing what their leader ordered them, as they began to rush towards the Enemy Archers... It's way strategy to get range Archers to snipe them, or Have mages to kill them, But their archers and mages were mostly Killed, They could not apply this strategy, But they trust this man who protected them till now. They will Happily give their life for this man, after all, they trust him.
Humans were getting closer, as the Centaurus leading them grinned...

The Leader was stabbed in the back by Some Human who Just appeared out of thin air.
The Centaurus Archer Leader wasn't killed in one shot, but that was enough to distract everyone.
Everyone, except the Leader of the Human side, was shocked after seeing the Human who just appeared at that spot.
The Centaurus Leader tried to get rid of this Human, and because of that, The Centaurus wasn't able to react when it was Beheaded by the Human Leader.
The Four Humans Entered the very close range of Archers. The Centaurus couldn't do anything. After all, they were not used to fight close range battles, They could fight in close range, but they were just not good enough. They fight from range after all.
Lin Fan in this chaos Vanished into the thin air.
Every time, a Centaurus tried to gain some distance and attack the Humans, Lin fan appeared out of thin air, and stab their back.
Although Lin Fan didn't kill any of the Centaurus, his Disappearing and Appearing out of nowhere strategy, alone made them turn the tides.
"USE THAT TECHNIQUE, HELP THE CIVILIANS, GO, WE WILL TAKE CARE HERE", The leader shouted again, and no one understands that Lin fan heard it or not, after all, he is in stealth mode. And can't be seen.
But it doesn't matter, For Centaurus, they are trying to fend these humans, and for Humans, they are trying to kill as many as these archers.

"Where are the Civilians", an Invisible voice asked Corporal Beirne
"Just down the road, on the west side". She instinctively answered as she was fighting with the Centaurus Warrior, whose ax was giving her trouble.

She realized her mistake and immediately tried to stop the voice from getting past her, But she was being stopped by the Ax wielding Centaurus.
This only make her angrier.
But there was nothing she could do to salvage the situation now, The Civilians who were fighting alongside them were getting torn up even before she said anything either.
"Don't let those damn beasts get to them..!!", The soldiers protecting them were already dead, as these villagers tried to protect the Girls, who was in the army as well.
In a normal situation, they wouldn't have allowed Women and Children to take part in the war, But they had no choice.
Only the Noble Kids were given the privilege to leave this cursed place.
"They're coming this way!"

Several Centaurus Warriors came straight at Civilians, as they held their weapons. trying to protect themselves.

All of them were shocked when suddenly out of no-where, a boy was produced from the thin Air.
The Boy appeared in between them.
As he cut the hidden rope on the tree.

To everyone's surprise, there was actually a Trap, as all Centaurus were trapped into the net.
The Boy turned back to the Villagers.
"Y-Young Master? You didn't leave?", One of them asked feeling shocked
How can they not Know this Boy, He was Lin Clan young Master and their Future Patriarch.
Lin Clan was quite big in Shaemoor as well.
Lin fan didn't care of any of these as he calmly said, "why aren't you running anymore"
"Y-Yes", They began to run again.
As Lin fan Vanished into the Thin air once more.

Because of Lin fan's Vanishing and appearing out thin air strategy, The humans were able to secure victory this time around.
Centaurus will have a hard time to recuperate this time, and Humans will have enough time to let some people run again.
"Sir, the Carriage is prepared", One of the Soldier said
"Very Well, as discussed earlier, Make Women and Children leave first"
"Yes Sir", The Soldier immediately went to make the necessary adjustments.
Lin fan was separated from other soldiers and have a stoic face, He witnessed murders, Blood, experienced war... Yet for some reason or another, He was way too calm and accepting... He began to wonder, whether the system has made him a Zombie.
"You sure, you don't wanna leave", ask the Old man, and the only person who sticks with him in this isolated place, away from the rest of the soldiers.
Lin fan shook his head, "It's better to let them have it"
The old man nodded his head, It's a famous saying that War Mature Peoples, Young Master have indeed grown.
Lin fan felt a nudge at his Bloody pants. He looked down only to see large eyes and round face.

The Kid couldn't even speak properly and was hidden somewhere with the rest of the children.
But before he Lin fan could even say anything, Another cute girl in ponytail and blood on her face came, "What you doing here, Let's cho", The Young Girl couldn't even speak properly herself, But her cute voice and round face with big eyes, were enough to melt anyone's heart.
The little guy whose hand was held by the cute and apparently the bigger girl, they left for the carriage.
"Don't you think, she was too mature", The Old knight said, "That's why wars are worst"
Lin fan felt bad for her... But that's it, she was nothing to him and He didn't even know her.
In the end, he could only nod at the old man
"Leader! There are more centaurs on the other side of town. Captain Thackeray's calling for reinforcements at the garrison..!!"
"If he's calling for help it must be serious, but I can't spare anyone. Brat, do you think you can handle more of that Vanishing act"
Lin fan nodded
"Alright, but as my Soldier, you only have to remember one thing, and prioritize it above all, Survive No matter what"
Lin fan nodded and vanished into thin air.
